My wife had a terrible experice with this dealer service center a few months back. I had an appointment at 5. I showed up at 4:40 for an oil change and I was back on the road by 5. The service was top notch now and I will continue to use them.

I also had a piece of trim in my car that had come lose and was missing a mounting piece and they took care of it no questions asked for free.
The other thing that stood out was the fact that the other Toyota dealer I went to told me that my rear brake pads were needing to be replaced soon. This dealer told me they were perfectly fine and still had plenty of life left. Either the other dealer changed them while the car was getting warranty work done, or they exaggerated how worn they were.

I was not pressured to pay for any additional services despite needing an air filter and cabin air filter. I almost wish they would have offered to replace it, but I was crunched for time and the quick service was very helpful.

If you have had a bad experience with them in the past, I really suggest you give them another shot. They took my last complaints about their service to heart and turned things around completely.
