Aaron Brock in the service department overcharged me by $108.50. He then repeatedly lied to me about it telling me that he'd given me a discount and that I didn t remember our original discussion about the total: twice over the phone, once after I got there in person to clear up the charges, and then again after clearing up the excess charges. Classic gaslighting. I was also unhappy that the service department had bumped my initial appointment to begin with, probably after selling the tires they had originally promised me. Dan Zika, a service advisor, returned my phone call and left a message saying that the excess charges would be deducted but did not once apologize for the fiasco.
I purchased my car new at this dealership almost 6 years ago. Since then, I have only taken it to be serviced here. Until now, I have had good experiences.
