Had my vehicle in yesterday for an oil change and detail. exceptionally pleased!!!! they were not only quick and efficient, they were friendly and very accommodating. Leanne's team in the detail department did an awesome job, they exceeded my expectations. Thank You to Al in the service department, I very much appreciate you fitting me in on short notice. I highly recommend Brant County Ford for detailing and service, you wont be disappointing!

Well my truck went back in to the shop again. With one problem it is the 4th time the truck has been brought in and we now give up on getting any help from this dealer. I do not recommend dealing with this site. They give great excuses and tell you to contact Ford directly and leave you hanging. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BEFORE YOU BUY TALK TO PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR POST SALES SERVICE. I have dealt with many dealers over the years and this is by far the worst.

I have not been able to use my brand new Ford 150 Lariat for over 3 weeks.
I had my vehicle in 5 times for problems. the latest being the locking mechanisms. i have had to borrow 3 vehicles. There does not seem to be any compassion in regards to our situation. I spent a lot of money on a new truck that i has spent more time in your shop than in my driveway. never again

STAY AWAY, FAR AS POSSIBLE!! sold me a used lemon, within two weeks of having it I've had issues, cost me over $2000 to repair. They don't stand behind their work, used cars are certified ...NOT. Put a sticker on it and get it off the lot. Dealt with Rick Manfredi (he sold me the lemon), then Ron Bradley (Sales Manager, misinformed me from the get go about warranty). Do not trust a word that comes out of their mouths.
Lets just say my family of 5 will never buy a FORD again.
BRANT COUNTY FORD should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

Paula called me to remind me that service was due We arranged the appointment, I was there the next morning, a kind lady shuttled me to my work, BCF called when the vehicle was done, the kind lady returned to my work to take me back for my car, the service people explained everything they'd done and I was on my way. Not one single glitch. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to criticize. Just good service. Thanks...

I just had the worst experience in my life at this...

I just had the worst experience in my life at this dealership - since 2011 I have purchased three vehicles from Ford - a 2011 Fiesta which was great - a 2015 Ford F-250 which was awesome and I traded it for a 2017 F250 Aluminum body F250 which had been a nightmare - since I purchased the vehicle in January of 2018 it had been in for warranty problems 9 times - the latch motor for the tailgate had to be replaced - it has been in for tire sensor faults 4 times - the engine had a coolant leak which fluid was observed on the engine block and they tore the truck apart for two days and could t find the leak - recently I smelled burning antifreeze again from the engine and again they could not find the leak - I was obviously upset and the rude unprofessional with no interpersonal skills clerk at the desk hung up on me and just said your truck is ready come get it - on top of that they said they are not giving rental cars out so if it is your only vehicle I guess your walking - that s what you get for being a long time loyal customer

Gary was about to start his vacation yet took the time to advise of a newly arrived vehicle (not yet on the lot), he believed suited my needs.
Evin processed the sale in an engaging, happy and truthful manner. He was very patient with my (likely) unusual concerns. He was accommodating to relocate the trade-in.
I am a very happy owner of my "new" 2016 Lincoln. WOW!

On my way to work a couple of weeks ago my Fusion let me know I had low tire pressure. I immediately called Brant County Ford and they fit me in right away! Within 45 minutes of my arrival I was once again on my way to work!
Way to go, Brant County Ford!!! :)

Love my little Fiesta, perfect for a small family and is super cheap on gas. The employees here are very nice and understanding to your needs compared to other places we have experienced. Getting the car serviced is super quick, they are understanding to your issues with the car and explain thurroughly what they did to improve the car. Thanks again!

I was disappointed that my wife had to wait for the vehicle due to curtesy vehicle being unable to drop her off. Other dealerships also wash your vehicle when in for service which you didn't do, it might not sound like much but it's why I don't bring my truck to you for work.

Went into Brant County Ford with a "just looking" attitude. The sales person Evan Higgins and his no pressure, super friendly approach combined with the beauty of the 2019 Ford Fusion I ended up driving out with made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Will definitely be returning for years to come.

Evan Higgins helped us get our new Ford Escape and we are very happy!! We cant thank him enough for everything he did to help us find something to suit our family. We never once felt pressured....he was wonderful and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle!!

I always get treated like a very special customer here, they are friendly and help you and explain as much as they can, Not happy I bought a Ford Focus here 4 yrs ago without knowing I would have all the transmission problems, but they have always sorted it out for me...the staff make it worthwhile for me...Paul in service dept is amazing !!

I highly recommend Brant County Ford on Lynden Road. I have bought two vehicles from them now and have always taken them there for my maintenace and repairs. Darren Ensell and his team have excellent customer. This is the place to go. Happy customer.

This is my third Ford Escape from this dealership ...

This is my third Ford Escape from this dealership and as before, the transaction has been first class all the way. The Service Department folks are friendly and seem to care about resolving issues. Follow-up is a phone call a few days after a visit and I have always been assured any comments are immediately fed back to the appropriate people. Always a pleasant experience!

They always meet the commitments they make and do so very professionally. I would like to send an honourable mention to Jorge, one of the head mechanics there. Had the most amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle from Brant County Ford, the salesperson Brock Jensen was very experienced and friendly and non pressured, was very knowledgeable and provided me with information on the handling of my new Mustang and also Dan Wray who gave me inside information on my extended warranty and other services that was offered!
I would highly recommend anyone of thinking of purchasing a new car or truck to contact Brant County Ford

Purchased a 2011 Edge in January. Prefer the no haggle pricing and found the price to be a fair market value. Dealt with Eddy English and his customer service is top notch. Answered questions, emails and phone calls promptly. Brant County let me take the vehicle home over night to show the family and I also had it inspected by my mechanic. The Edge had not gone through Brant County's inspection yet but any issues I pointed out were addressed. Will definitely visit Brant County Ford when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

After an unpleasant dealings at Eastgate we found our way to Brant County n met Evan Higgins. A great guy,laid back,no pressure. We wer lookin to buy a used escape but after Evan explained the facts ended up buying a brand new one for the same payments as the used. A truely great guy all around. While the great service may be tempting to write about, it's the overall vehicle knowledge the mechanics have from the yester years to the current that makes them so outstanding. It's never the guessing game that most garages capitalize on by changing out 25 parts to finally discover the real problem. It all come down to pure knowledge that makes the real difference and cheaper.

Had tires changed over for the summer. Everyone was courteous and I thought all was well until the next day when I went on the highway and started getting a strange sound and feel to the driving. It turned out that the front left tire lug nuts had not been tightened and the passenger side were loose.
I returned to the dealership on the next work day and spoke to managers. they took the car in to check it out. I mentioned that I had problems getting the tools and spare tire back in place and asked for that to be done too.
They said the car was OK and that the technician had worked for them for 15 years without issue. The spare tire was not put back in place and I had to figure it out. Don't know if we will return to this dealership

I dropped my car off for a recall repair at 10:00 ...

I dropped my car off for a recall repair at 10:00 a.m. and the service was not completed until about 5:00 p.m. but, during the repair, the car doors were left open in order to access my airbags for repair which burned my battery out. My personal mechanic advised that they should have disconnected my battery for such a long repair. After some debate with the service manager I was only offered $18.00 off a new battery which costs about $200.00. I had my lawyer write to them requesting that half of the costs be paid which would be a fair resolution but they would not even respond to his letter. So now I am out money for negligent service when the only reason I even went to their service department was due to an unsafe recalled item!

Although I purchased my vehicle in Eastern Ontario, having recently moved to the Brantford area over the past year, I have had the regular servicing of the vehicle done at Brant County Ford and the service department has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have always been treated with red carpet service and the service staff have gone out of their way to accommodate my busy work schedule. As a result, we recently purchased for our organization a new vehicle from Brant County Ford and the Sales Manager again was fantastic!

Had a great experience at brant county Ford. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! They make, what could be a stressful situation, much easier! The mechanics are amazing. Jorge was able to pin point the problem with no problems!! I feel very safe driving after they have had my vehicle!

Their service is ok as far as car dealerships go. It's not the greatest, but certainly not near the worst dealership I've dealt with. My Fusion has had a seemingly abnormal amount of recalls that have been needed. Brant County Ford is usually pretty good for notifying me of them andcompleting them in a timely manner.

They offer most every repair service and my insurance company has their body shop on their reccomend list. So it's nice to be able to take it to your own dealership with no hassle.

Thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Brant County in regards to my 2012 Ford Focus. When I brought it in I was in touch with service advisor Mike Mete. He treated me with great respect and was able to schedule me in right away. The problem being that the transmission in my car seemed to have a hard time shifting properly. Following the repairs, Jorge the Service Manager was great in making sure I was satisfied. The car runs great now and I couldn't be happier. I will be sure to return to these guys for any future needs and my next Ford for sure! Cheers fellas

I found them to be excellent to deal with, helpful, very fair, and efficient. I would recommend Brant county Ford as the best best place to do business with.

My Insurance Company suggested that I take my vehicle to CSN Collision Centre in Brantford for the repairs that had been caused, when it was hit by another drivers vehicle . I was VERY impressed by the lady (leona Bowen) damage assessor, who noted things I had not seen.that needed repairing. On picking up my car after the damage repair, I could not fault the the excellent condition of the finished product, and the fact that my car had been washed and cleaned inside and out. I will certainly recommend this Body Shop to my friends.

When we picked up our vehicle she sat with us and explained every detail so we would feel comfortable driving away. Took in my vehicle at noon on Wednesday. Received a call Thursday at 3:30 telling me that it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I finally called them at 4:00 on Friday and found out that the vehicle had been ready but no one called to let me know. Waited all day for a call! Poor customer service for a $1500.00 bill.

I had a problem with my car and when I discovered it was the Transmission, i took it straight to the Brant County Ford shop. They took it in quickly and got it diagnosed and were able to identify the whole problem. They fixed it promptly and were very clear and friendly every step of the way. They took a stressful situation for me and helped me get through it hassel-free and put my car back on the road in no time. They were very open, helpful and kind. Both Al and Darren are the guys i dealt with and they really went the extra mile to help me out any way the could. When ever something happens to my car, this is where i am going. Thanks guys, thank you so much for all your help.

My car is not fixed. I was told in order to make it start properly I should drive to a gas station out of town to purchase gas. I have absolutely no faith in the quality of workmanship. I spoke with the manager of the dealership who assured me that they wanted to earn back my trust. This has not happened and he has not made any attempt to follow up. He will not address the fact that I have requested a refund for the service agreement that I requested based on the inability to fix my car I certainly cannot trust that maintenance will be completed in a correct manner.
