I had the pleasure of dealing with Jess while having my vehicle recently serviced. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and vehicle was ready before promised.
Took my car here on a Thursday to get the full detailing (inside and out), and after picking it up I was driving home and noticed the tint in my drivers side window had a chip in it. I pulled over to look at the rest and 3/4 of the tint on the windows were scratched. I took it back right away and asked to see the woman in charge of detailing, Laurie or Louise or Lorraine- something along those lines. She looked at my windows and obviously offered to fix them and told me she would call the next day. It was nearing the end of the day Friday and I hadn't heard from her so I called and left a message, she returned my call and didn't sound enthused but asked me to bring my car in Monday at 8:30. I dropped it off at 8:30 and they said it would be done early afternoon- at 3:45 I called because I hadn't heard anything and finally it was done. Other than that the detailing was done nicely- not worth 180 after tax.
My car was recently at CSN after being hit in a parking lot. The service was exceptional and it was such a wonderful surprise to get my car back only to find it spotless, inside and out.

I purchased my car in 2016 for a good price and received excellent value for my trade in. I have it serviced there regularly. Service has been completed in a timely manner so I have never had to wait any longer than necessary although they do have a shuttle service if required. Staff members have always been courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation
Brant County Ford is an amazing dealership. They try their best to make customers comfortable and lead them through the process of purchasing a new and/or pre-owned vehicle. I recommend them to anyone.
Good dealership and the work the mechanics do is top notch ... My only gripe is while waiting there is no coffee or even water, that should be standard at a dealership waiting room, eases the pain of the giant bill you'll be paying!!
The service here has been outstanding. We had a small issue after my service and George and Ashley didn't hesitate to make it right. They stand behind they're service work. My car is always washed for me when I pick it up. The last couple of visits have included a water bottle with a thank you notice. Nice touch. Keep up the great work.

Brought my ford escort in for a lube, oil and filter and to check on my brakes. Lara was very cheerful upon my arrival and was very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful when the boys in the service dept. didn't try to convince me to buy new brakes that I don't need. Gotta love a business that believes in honesty and a smile!
I bought my F150 XLT from Brant County Ford last Oct and a few problems with starting but only once in awhile. They checked it over and found nothing. They contacted the ford motor company for help and couldn't get a solution to the trucks problem. They rented me a explorer for the weekend and worked on my truck. They went out of the way to help me and I was impressed on their customer service. The problem still exist but they are ready to help.

On a recent trip to this dealer I had a confusing problem. I own a 2016 Ford Edge and on 2 occasions in the last week I would lock my car at night and when I came out in the morning the front windows had automatically come down. Not able to figure it out I went to the dealer and asked the service advisor. He immediately found out that my car was not under warranty and wanted me to authorize a $125.00 expense minimum for a diagnosis because it sounded like an electrical problem to him. This answer seemed very fishy to me and I wasn't prepared to spend the money so I left. At home I googled the same question and immediately found out that with an electronic key; the FOB is programmed to do this if the lock key is depressed in your pocket for an extended period. Seems like a simple solution but now I am LIVID.
I feel the dealer should have provided this solution instead their advisor said nothing and was willing to take me for a minimum of $125.
I went back and told them this and told them they were a bunch of thieves. Their response was to tell me that I had 5 seconds to leave the premises or they would call the police. I PERSONALLY will never go to this DEALER because I question their HONESTY and INTEGRITY.
Gave me the wrong part. So the next day I had to drive in ,exchange the part and get the right one. Not just one but since they come in 2s I had to take both. Had to spend money on a part to sit in my garage when they could ve kept it and sold it to the next truck owner. Northway Ford is who I ll be dealing with from now on. Always had better service from them.

I had an excellent experience with the Brant County Service Department :) they were friendly and knowledgable. Always ready to greet you with a smile and go the extra mile. If needed I was offered a shuttle service as well as offered coffee/tea if I rather wait in house. Where I could watch TV or use Wifi... I appreciated complimentary car wash at the end of my service at Brant County :)

I was looking into getting into a Mustang. With plenty of time to negotiate and come to an agreement, Paul Kirby - refused to work with me based off of the notion that the dealer only made $200 per vehicle sold during Ford employee pricing.
I realize that it is a substantial rebate done by Ford to shoo the 2017 models away for the 2018s. When I asked Paul if the rebates cost the dealer anything he quickly replied with, "No".
MEANING. The dealer does not pay for the rebates. Which leaves the normal gross for negotiation.
So, I went to a few other Ford dealers to grab pricing. Every dealer gave me a price $50 less than what the Sales Professional Paul Kirby and his Manager gave me.
After asking why their payments were $45 higher than the one I received elsewhere and told me that it was because of a $1000 package... Lol...
Paul insisted that he and the manager were not in the position to work with me when I returned to negotiate with them.
I highly recommend you steer clear of the sneaky antics at Brant County Ford.
To sum up this review, Brant County Ford adds hidden fees to bump up your payments and act as if it is normal pricing and treat you without any respect when you say another dealer beat their blown up price. You'd think being one of the worst performing dealerships in town that they'd want to do better. Don't waste your time at Brant County Ford since there are countless Ford dealerships within an hour of their location.

We have had our F-150 for a month now and we really love it! Especially my wife and daughter, Lol. We purchased a used 2010 with the help of Evan. He was very honest, helpful, thorough and sincere without being the typical pushy salesperson. He helped with the pros and cons of new versus used, answered any questions I had which helped to make the decision very easy. Evan also took the time to come back in on the day we picked up the truck to thank us one more time.
Finally he followed up afterwards to make sure that we were happy with our truck, that our Sirius radio had kicked in and all was well.

Service department was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable, my vehicle was taken in and fixed very promptly without any problems and was fixed proper the first time.

I also just had a very pleasant experience dealing with Daniel Wray and Brant County... I had solicited internet quotes from 8 Hamilton/ GTA area Ford dealers for my Explorer... Daniel's price was the best from the get-go... He told me that some Ford Dealers "may laugh at" me when I asked them to sharpen their pencils, but that Brant County was always motivated to try to make a deal...sure enough another dealer told me that if I wanted a cheaper price, I would need to reduce the number of options...some dealers just wanted to sell me the vehicle they had on their lot, even if it wasn't exactly what I was looking for...Daniel did not have my exact vehicle but went out and found it and brought it in for me...He spent about a half hour twice with me going over all the features on the vehicle, patiently describing how everything worked...Beth Anderson , the Finance Manager was also a pleasure to deal with...overall a great experience!
Evan Higgins gave me great assistance when buying my 2017 Explorer. Evan came In early the day I inspected the truck and was very helpful in showing me all the options. He gave me no pressure to buy, and knew it was a big purchase for me and did not rush me into making a decision. Being an out of town customer I will surely consider this dealership in future purchases.

Mother in law had tires in storage and didn t remember where they were. I finally found them, service people say they have them. Manager calls and says they were throw out and if I pay $480 he will give me new tires.
What a scam, don t deal with these people. They for sure sold the tires and are double dipping.
They never called to say they were throwing out the tires. Even admitted to that on the phone.
Left 2 messages with the GM and haven t gotten a phone call back.
The service adviser was very cordial and the work was done in a timely manner.
The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. None of the usual pressures with going into a dealership. They worked with budget limitations to get the vehicle that I wanted and would suit me best. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle!

Quick story:
I had a factory bug deflector installed and unfortunately due to a defect it did not stay secured. It lifted and started whistling! I took it back and they reimbursed me for the bug deflector and offered to have it replaced or to give the truck a complementary cleaning to remove any residue that remained! These guys are amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming and family friendly! Definitely recommend paying Chadd a visit. Thank you Brant County Ford for making me feel so well taken care of!

I called multiple times to book an appointment to get my car serviced. Each time I was told to leave a message and that someone would get back to me. Naturally no one has ever returned my call. Terrible service!

There customer service was excellent with me and my 2013 escape, they could not help me out any better then what they did. They help me by getting me a rental for the days my car was in getting repaired and the customer service manager was great explaining all the thing they need to do all my car which help being under warranty. He went with me for test drives to help me out wondering about noises I heard and explaining my concerns. With my car being under warranty I have now told people it was the best thing my wife and I could have done when we bought it.

Drove the car off the lot and within 5KM had two lights come on, one saying my tires are flat, and my oil light came on. They said that the brakes were knew, and they are already starting to go. Not impressed, but you live and learn with buying used cars.
Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and absolutely love it. After a bad experience with my 2015 Ford Focus lease, I'm extremely happy with my new (used) car. Evan was extremely helpful and absolutely amazing. Highly recommend working with him for used vehicles :)

My truck just came out of warranty and they wouldn't even scan my truck (without charging me)to let me know what the problem is. You spend $70,000 and wont even help you out.
Nepatistic, toxic work environment, with uneducated, dinosaur leadership. Treat top earning employees horribly using anger and emotion instead of true business sense to make decisions. Don't take or buy your vehicle here.

Had the car in for service last & oil change last week. Passenger side door was "sticking" and both FOB batteries were warning low. Car is a 2014 but has 78,000kms. We had purchased the additional premium extended coverage. Got a call that the door stripping had shifted and that the door need to be realigned. This was not going to be covered under warranty. (it would've been covered under basic - but it isn't under the extended coverage we bought to extend the car warranty to 100,000km or life of loan whichever came first). Obviously unhappy with this news I asked to speak with someone - over a week later still no phone call to discuss the +2000.00 we paid in extra coverage that doesn't cover basic warranty. :|
We don't drive anything else. We don't buy anywhere else. We don't get service anywhere else. Why? Because we get what we want, when we want and any concerns are always addressed. It's that simple.
Just bought an escape two months ago and the rotors are already warped. The dealship is doing nothing for me so I have to pay out of my own pocket. It was not a cheap purchase and there are already problems.

Unfortunately, our new Escape may be a "Lemon" due to a mechanical problem that has come to light with less than 400kms on the vehicle. The salesperson, Paul Yarek is "tops" but the service advisors Ashely & Martin need to revisit proper customer relations protocol. The engineering Dept of Ford Motor Co has been unable to resolve the source of the menacing noise made by the transmission after replacing too many parts to mention. We took delivery on Jan 28 and the dealer reluctantly agreed to provide a rental during the time that they needed to investigate the source of the noise coming from the transmission. They finally agreed to provide a rental after they heard the noise and investigated the source from Feb 27/17 until March 16/17 without success. Another part had to be ordered so they put the transmission back together so we could leave for our trip to Florida. When we returned home with our car that day we noticed a noise made by braking a highway speeds which required another Ford dealer to turn the rear brake rotors. This is our 3rd Escape (5th Ford product) and the worst consumer experience ever. If these problems persist, It will become a legitimate claim filed with CANVAP.

The used sales team is lazy and unprofessional. I will never be purchasing a vehicle from here nor should anyone. They act as if they don't care if they even sell a vehicle anyways. Head over to northway Ford if your interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle.

Our experience with Brant County Ford has been great - we like working with them and are happy with the work they do. We bought our 2014 Ford Escape from Brant County Ford last April and last week our block heater went on it...it ended up being a very expensive bill for us...something obviously unexpected with having a newer vehicle, and not really a tough winter for a block heater to go. We are happy they were able to fix it - although we are a bit disappointed that we already had such a cost on it. We had hoped Brant County could have helped by giving us a bit of a break seeing as we had bought our vehicle from them less then a year ago.
Excellent place where everybody is friendly & will help you out for whatever your needs are.
