From start to finish my experience with Brant County Ford was awesome ! My sales consultant Janelle listened to what I was looking for . She took the time to show me how to work it all on when I picked up my new Escape . Beth was friendly and helpful with my financing . I will be recommending Brant County Ford to all of my friends and family

Morris and I purchased a used Explorer from Brant County Ford and have also had some service work done there. We are very pleased with the vehicle and both the sales and service department and would, and have recommended Brant County Ford to everyone.

Brant County Ford gave me the gift of a Christmas miracle on Christmas Eve this year! I needed a tire installed and most places in town were closed but thankfully Brant County Ford was open and completed the task in a timely manner. All staff were very polite! I returned today to get some recalls done on my vehicle and again, polite staff, especially Al in the service department who worked on my vehicle both times.

My only complaint would be with the shuttle driver - I offered him directions to my address, but he chose to take his own way and ended up taking me to the wrong street. I wasn't in a hurry and he was very polite about it so it wasn't a big deal, but that could easily be a major inconvenience for another client.

Purchased a 2017 Escape. Had a specific price per month that I wanted to pay. Ron and his staff met my expectation. Very pleased with the personal service.

I took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic, David, did a great job! People are friendly and there is good service.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the service desk and the Service Manager Jorge will not hesitate to make things right if there is a problem. The technicians in the garage there are very honest and thorough as well, they were able to find the cause and correct the issue of a rattle noise I was hearing coming from my truck that the other dealership couldn't figure out.

I bought a used Ridgeline from this dealer and had a bad experience. The vehicle looked like and seemed like a quality purchase. Having looked it over and test driving it I asked if I could see it up on a hoist to look for leaks. None were available and the salesman Chris assured me they sell quality vehicles and they have inspected it and fixed any problems. Within a week after buying it I noticed a noise from the front right corner when I made left turns. Taking it to my mechanic and putting it on the hoist we find 2 leaking boots on the cv joints. Obviously one joint was bad. This issue existed before I bought it and could not have been missed if they inspected it. Went back to see if they would fix it since this was defective when they sold it to me. The used car Sales Manager told me they would if it was a safety issue. They wanted me to come back and they would look at it but wouldn't say they would cover the repair. At this point I didn't trust them. Went back to the shop I deal with and replaced the 2 front cv shafts. If you buy from these folks you will have to do a total inspection yourself for their claim of quality used vehicles to me is an empty promise

I have purchased two vehicles Brant County Ford. Chris Lye was amazing to deal with. His customer service is outstanding!!!! I would refer anyone to him.

Got a 2017 F150, thought alignment was out, Ford checked it and everything is ok. They gave me the report, I'm not use to the larger tires and could be a bad radial.
Ford said if I think if it feels out in couple weeks bring it back and they'll check out tires but they didn't notice any issues.

No excuses or delays got me in within my schedule, called once done.

It's nice when a customer says something, it's heard.
