I had our 2017 Escape serviced last week. Paula called me to remind me that service was due We arranged the appointment, I was there the next morning, a kind lady shuttled me to my work, BCF called when the vehicle was done, the kind lady returned to my work to take me back for my car, the service people explained everything they'd done and I was on my way. Not one single glitch. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to criticize. Just good service. Thanks...
