I had a problem with my car and when I discovered it was the Transmission, i took it straight to the Brant County Ford shop. They took it in quickly and got it diagnosed and were able to identify the whole problem. They fixed it promptly and were very clear and friendly every step of the way. They took a stressful situation for me and helped me get through it hassel-free and put my car back on the road in no time. They were very open, helpful and kind. Both Al and Darren are the guys i dealt with and they really went the extra mile to help me out any way the could. When ever something happens to my car, this is where i am going.
