I just had the worst experience in my life at this dealership - since 2011 I have purchased three vehicles from Ford - a 2011 Fiesta which was great - a 2015 Ford F-250 which was awesome and I traded it for a 2017 F250 Aluminum body F250 which had been a nightmare - since I purchased the vehicle in January of 2018 it had been in for warranty problems 9 times - the latch motor for the tailgate had to be replaced - it has been in for tire sensor faults 4 times - the engine had a coolant leak which fluid was observed on the engine block and they tore the truck apart for two days and could t find the leak - recently I smelled burning antifreeze again from the engine and again they could not find the leak - I was obviously upset and the rude unprofessional with no interpersonal skills clerk at the desk hung up on me and just said your truck is ready come get it - on top of that they said they are not giving rental cars out so if it is your only vehicle I guess your walking - that s what you get for being a long time loyal customer
