An oasis of calm and relaxation. My go-to place for selfish me-time to recharge my batteries. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the therapists make you feel amazing.

I took my friend and her daughter here to celebrate her 50th birthday. I loved it and would definitely go again. The pool area is beautiful, lovely grounds to walk around, our room was very comfortable and we had a beautiful evening meal in the restaurant.
Amazing treatments and facilities, all staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend
Absolutely a wonderful place, garden , building, Rooms and...everything here.
Delicious breakfast!
Lovely facilities nice clean pool, bedroom and changing rooms. Amazing staff, good food, lovey grounds and views. The only thing I would change is that instead of doing eyebrows plucking maby do waxing or threading instead, would give a more definition to the brow and be faster for the beauty therapist.
Great customer service, shame the building is a bit shabby in places
Fabulously relaxing visit! Thank you to all at Cedar Falls
Lovely staff, comfortable room, nice food and excellent if a little dated gym and pool facilities. Would definitely stay again, well done.
Nice relaxing day whilst celebrating a birthday. The only thing that lets it down is not enough relaxers in the conservatory for the amount of visitors, so you cannot leave your book, towel etc there while you go for a treatment as it has been moved by the time you come back
As a breastfeeding mother I would not want to come here because of it's discriminatory attitude and unwillingness to accommodate a simple request from a nursing mum to feed her baby in her car during a booking which was won in a competition. The baby wouldn't have been staying, just being brought in by his daddy for a feed. Surely it would have been easy to help this lady rather than rudely cancel her booking and telling her to take you to court?!! Having worked in management I understand how important it is to compromise and to at least try to help each and every customer and also remain within legal guidelines in such matters. Very disappointing.
Really relaxing break, staff are very friendly and top quality food. I will return again and again.
Relaxing country health spa in a Victorian mansion with lovely grounds and public rooms.. Could do with a few extra touches though. Food excellent but dinner portions could be improved. Good breakfast selection. Bedrooms ok.. ours recently refurbished but could hear neighbours talking. Some rooms a bit cramped and worth checking out first. Flowers around but mostly fake.... why? Given the cost of the place I think you may get better value elsewhere but it does attract many repeat visitors. Have to say it does have a relaxing feel and there are special areas for just that. Food options outside main meals limited. Pool - sauna - steam room nothing special but if you want them lots of extra pricey treatments. Included are fitness type classes which suit all types and run by an easy going, friendly young man. Have stayed in better hotels with similar, better facilities for less and although lovely not convinced good value for money overall.
My experience here was v negative, sadly, as I had very much enjoyed a stay here some years before. I would not eat here again. The supper menu choice was limited often with fattening ingredients and served tepid. Breakfast was included but More
The spa was stone cold with no heating. Food was delicious with great service. I booked a treatment with Liz and was taken into a cold room for an Indian head massage. Sat in old school chair for 50 minute treatment, which as you can image was uncomfortable. Will not be going back again!
Relaxed the moment we turned into the drive grounds, house and rooms lovely, staff friendly and helpful, food delicious and spa perfect. Our first visit and will definitely be staying again ... soon!
Just back from 2nd visit to Cedar Falls.
Lovely welcome. Rooms comfortable and spotless
Staff so friendly. The youngsters serving in restaurant were a delight.
Spa facilities good. Lovely treatments by talented member of staff.
Chef what a great improvement., really looked forward to our meals as food brilliant .
The little gift shop just heaven , Christmas started.
A perfect place to unwind.
Visited numerous times now and never fails to please.
Great facilities and service. Food and afternoon tea are fantastic.
Will be back again.
Nice place to relax. Can't comment on treatments but I believe from my wife that they're good. Pool, sauna, Steam room and hot tub suit me for a half day every now and then. Nice to relieve some tension.
Lovely place. Very relaxing with a great selection of different beauty, fitness and wellness treatments and activities. Staff are friendly and professional, the food is excellent, grounds are well kept. We never felt anything was bother. Been 3 times and will no doubt be going back.
Always brilliant Staff/food/stay never disappointed
Chilled out historic house, very good massage, with lovely food.
What a great day we had.The only negative things I would say was The lounge chairs had other clients things left on them so no one else could use them well they were off having treatments.
I love Cedar Falls. Not the most space age of spas but genuinely beautiful and a wonderful place to spend a day.
Absolutely lovely. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building, lovely relaxed atmosphere, just felt stress slip away as we drove up the driveway. The Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful at all times .All the facilities-- pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and loungers were clean and easily accessible. The treatments we had booked were well done, very professionally delivered and definitely worth the money. Our room was lovely, had beautiful views over the Quantock Hills. The food was first class; menu had plenty of options and catered for all tastes and food allergies/ intolerances. Really loved it and we can't wait to go again !!
Enjoyed the spa night. Showers were a little chilly.
Lovely day. Enjoyed outdoor pool on hot sunny day. Friendly staff .
This is my 5th visit to cedar falls and on every occasion I have found everyone very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. The spa is lovely and treatments and Lisa who is one of the therapists is one of my favourites.
The couture boutique is a must and you will find some beautiful gifts for you and friends.
Highly recommend it for either s day or a couple of days break. .
This was our third visit since last December . . and BY FAR the BEST we've had over the years we didn't have the room we requested but the one we were given (room 10) was larger than the one we requested (room 13) the staff were SUPER. . . The same restaurant ladies we saw in the summer were attentive and friendly - a HUGE improvement on the previous experience we had last year. Our treatments were enjoyable and really complemented our relaxing overnight stay . . . And, I almost forgot, getting carried away with the great restaurant service, the food was AMAZING with a capital A . . . Summing up my daughter and I's visit (13th to 14th December) the score we'd give is 11 out of 10 . We'll definitely be back
Gorgeous restful place, good rooms great food, staff wonderful.
Love this place. The food is always fantastic although the breakfasts are getting less and less. The rooms are slightly tired the staff are friendly and helpful. Great spa and treatment facilities.
Beds to super comfy despite being small. This place has so much character.. built in the 1700s.. food was the best I've ever had.
We went for the essential day and from the start the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were well maintained and the two treatments we had were lovely and relaxing. Lunch was excellent with a large cold buffet selection. We will be back!
Beautiful location and house. Great spa and treatment area.
Lovely location and grounds. Has its busy times and quiet times depending on day visitors. Building itself is grand but showing signs of missing upkeep in places. Sort of adds to it's character. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good treatments, massages etc. Spa facilities average with nice indoor and outdoor pools. Good value offers makes a nice relaxing venue. Food very good, staff always friendly and welcoming. Must have something as been going for over 6 years now.
Lovely location, great facilities, friendly staff but as a person with dietary requirements I found the food very disappointing even after 1 email and 3 phone calls to inform them.
Food took age's to get also not all food on menu . Bar service was very
slow .
Very noise room .
Would not stay again Mark
Staff are lovely. Although I do feel, for such an expensive place, there are issues. There are an awful lot of things that now require a surcharge. Like cooked breakfast or even a cheese board at dinner. There used to be a fantastic range of classes included, but this visit they all finished after the lunchtime walk. It's the loss of these little added extras that make the place feel like it's a bit money grabbing. Which is a shame as we did have a fabulous, relaxing, time overall.
Had a night away at Cedar Falls via Travelzoo. Staff were very friendly, room was really lovely. Food and spa were ok.
I really enjoy Cedar Falls summer and winter. This a unique hotel with spa and golfing facilities. It has indoor and outdoor heated pools (seasonal and weather dependent for the outdoor pool). It is a superb place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It has a charm all of its own, but if you re someone who likes corporate luxury hotels this is not for you. If you re someone who can appreciate a family run hotel with their own high standards but without corporate finance behind them, you will love it. Over the years that I have visited I have seen significant ongoing reinvestment which is fantastic as the family clearly takes great pride in running a chic establishment. The staff, in all areas, are helpful, warm and caring. I love the small boutique shop on site stocked with beautiful clothes, jewelry and footwear but more than anything I love how relaxing this place is. Throughout the summer I visited as often as I could sitting by the pool or in the rose garden sipping a blue magic gin and tonic with no children screaming or shouting, this is adults only as we all deserve some time out. The lovely part is that everyone who comes here does so to relax and enjoy themselves so you cannot ask for better company. For me Cedar Falls ticks every box
Tranquil and relaxing. Food is good and staff really happy to help. The spa is clean and functional, lovely pool, nice sauna. We stayed midweek and it did get a little busy but not overly so. One thing to note; if you are one to lie in a little or pop down to the gym early in the morning, note, breakfast finishes at 9:30 !
Perfect for a relaxing break. Rooms are excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious cater for all requirements. Really looking forward to my next visit.
Booked a January weekend break as we have been here before 5 years ago.
If you like being warm and cozy, don t come here, the poolside resting area is very comfortable but there is a fight for the blankets it was that cold.
The room was the same, even with an extra heater in, it still never got warm.
Dinner was very good but the chef was rude and unhelpful, after complaining to the front desk, I was told he is in a bad mood today, that helps doesn t it?
We woke up cold and decided to leave early and go home for a warm, the turkey breakfast didn t really appeal.
Cedar Falls used to be the place to go, now it s the place to avoid !!
Better than ever this year. Food and staff great will see you next year
A delightful retreat with wonderful food to escape from everyday life.
Was my first time and cedar falls , I had an amazing treatment which is the only thing I enjoyed , the staff and women waiter was really rude never smiled she was giving me and my mates funny looks throughout our stay which made us feel really uncomfortable, over hearing mine and my friends conversations saying we didn't think much of the breakfast which led to them writing a letter to my friend saying we was no longer welcome anymore to stay there , which is a pleasure cause I would never go here again and would not recommend this place to anyone , there was no chef to cook breakfast if u wanted cooked breakfast you hat to pay extra , this place is very old and outdated didn't felt clean , the sofas near the fire smelt old and damp where they haven't been cleaned , I had the most awful night sleep with the next room banging away most of the night, Ive had a better time in the Hilton hotel and alot better breakfast , I hope watchdog has something to say about this , what a waste of money and time very disappointed.
Cedar falls health farm is just fantastic! The staff are all very kind, professional and knowledgeable. The place is lovely and clean and rich in history. The spa which is where I spent my evening has everything you need to relax and unwind and enjoy a good chill wether as a couple or with family or friends. Food and drink is amazing too and a great price considering the great quality. Highly recommended
