Ordered a Miele dryer with full service, they dropped it in the hallway and did not install it, said they had no tools. Bol is working with Dynalogic now for such deliveries and installations, probably the worst logistics company in the Netherlands based on the reviews I've seen...i would not recommend you buy anything from here that requires installation. Amazon will be in the Netherlands soon, as long as they work with competent logistics companies, they won't have much competition...
