Ordered before 22:00, delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately that did not happen and I called customer service.
I had a very friendly lady on the phone and she explained the problem to me.

Received this today, very thoughtful.
Instead of being negative, the lady in question may be put in the limelight for the after-sales .
