I would like to thank Chantal from the customer service. She helped me enormously with the order that I had not ordered correctly. And after listening to my story why, I received a very sweet present today. Chantal I don't know you, but you're a nice person .... thank you Kitty Heur
Unfortunately the parents of our grandchildren have sent all the presents back. It was meant so well, but they don't accept the presents. These are difficult times.
