Great experience. The gentleman that handled the service for me that day was great. I brought the car in for brakes, and there was a complication--but the additional required work was covered by my extended warranty. He arranged for a rental car for me so I could go home rather than wait around a few hours. He called me to let me know my car was ready, and I went back and saw him. He went over the work with me, and walked to the payment window--and everything was smooth and professional. Great experience--nice work by your staff there.

I went there to lease a highlander and was treated so bad by the empolyees and one of the mangers they showed no interest in the sale until the next day when you called. When i looked at the "new" demo car the car was dirty and had change and someones stuff in the car. After that he said if i didn't like the car i could just leave. They think because they have good prices they can treat you like trash. NEVER GO TO BOCH TOYOTA

Boch Toyota lacks integrity. I Always had a positive impression of Earnie when listening to him on the radio or seeing his commercials.
But when it comes down to it, his staff doesn't represent the man he portrays. They reneged on a deal that was provided in writing.
Do not trust their online pricing.....They would not honor it......

My husband and I had a very positive experience buying a used vehicle at Boch Toyota. We went on a Saturday morning and did not have an appointment. We were helped as soon as we walked in. Our car salesmen was Martin. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He never made us feel like we had to purchase the vehicle and gave my husband and myself time to talk over what we wanted to do. Everyone we encountered that day was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend people to purchase a new or used vehicle from Boch Toyota!

There is a lot of pressure on the service department guys to get 10's on the customer evaluation. Not sure if that is a good thing or not. Some guys come off as contrived. I don't want rude service, but I would rather genuine than forced for the evaluations sake.

The words Sorry and apologize were found for them. Don't believe these guys and visit show room, their internet sales team just attract you by giving false quotes and later they use the most common words sorry, apologize by mistake we sent you wrong quote. I have good impression on Boch before going there, what i heard and read is wrong they don't deserve for that. I will never visit BOCH Again.

Worst customer service experience of my life. The sales rep that helped me lied to me throughout the process. First she didn't inform me of proper procedures that led to my registration being delayed (and didn't warn me until I arrived to go pick up my new car). And as a result of inconvenience she said she would drop my car off the next day. However, they messed up my registration again so were hours late. And then she lost the second key to my car and told me she was on her way while she was looking for the key. After all of this, when I explained the situation to the sales manager, he defended her and attributed her incompetence to her age and told me to "give her a break". As a result, I received my new car a couple days late. Then, I had an issue with my first payment, it showed as not paid even though I had put that money down when I signed. When I called the sales manager and asked him to check on that for me he said "it'll be fine, it'll be fine" just to get me off the phone and out of his hair. I recommend never stepping foot into this place unless you want to be disrespected and treated with disregard. Also, they try to be very vague and deceive you into paying more on a lease, they're all snakes.

I have been to this location for service a few times and I haven't had a single pleasant experience. One time, I was told my tires were due for a change and I obliged. A couple of days after the service, I noticed the hub cap on one of the tires were missing. I had called them immediately and the service manager mentioned he would call me back after reviewing video footage. I got a call about two days later mentioning the car came in with the hub cap and left with it. It was a clear sign of the hub cap falling off since it was not fitted properly after the tires were changed but the dealership wanted to take no responsibility for it. During one of my earlier visits, I had requested a quote to have my plastic cover for passenger side mirror replaced. I was quoted $695 + labor (they said they had to change the entire motor assembly etc.). I was able to get it replaced at another certified Toyota dealership for ~$100. Clear indication of trying to make the customer spend more than what is needed. I will not recommend getting your Toyota serviced at this location.

They were able to diagnose and fix a rattle/jiggle noise that another dealership figure out. Although they are very nice, I just feel that they find too many other things that need to be done /fixed. They are probably just doing their job, but it can be overwhelming.

Hi Boch Toyota and especially Monique Silva. I picked up my new (2016) Camry) on Monday, 3/20 from Monique. My wife and I love it and feel we picked out just the right one... silver SE with black interior. I met with Monique Silva on a couple for different occasions and she was very patient and helpful during the entire process. I am the Director of Tennis at the Longwood Cricket Club and we pride ourselves on not just the tennis but especially on our customer service. Monique was excellent in all respects of her customer service; attitude, helpfulness and follow-through. No doubt we will refer any friends and members to her and will be back when we need to replace our other Camry, a 207 in a couple of years!

Very poor experience, had an appointment to see a Toyota Highlander, the sales person did NOT know anything about the car and its motor noise, just told me it was normal, (NOT NORMAL) I turned another highlander on and it didn't have so called normal noise, when I asked about lease options, he just said " we don't have good lease options right now" we got back, he left me, there was this other guy, and as asked, can I ask you a quick question? he just said NO, im busy and turned his back on me. very bad sales people working in this place. would never recommend.

I just bought my 4-th vehicle from this dealership and overall I am very pleased with the experience. They sell great cars (Camry :--), the service is great, the prices are fair and the post-purchase care is excellent. I've consistently had good experiences there and would recommend the place if you are in the market for a Toyota ... did I say Camry :--)). And if you go in - make sure you ask for Ron Datoli.

I am very disappointed with the Boch Toyota dealer in Norwood, MA. The last time I was there they did not make a deal with me, although I had been in business with them for 4 cars prior. I would not recommend them because the person was making the sum of my car and the car that I was going to exchange for was absolutely wrong and I had to correct it myself. When you get a letter with an offer from Boch Toyota, put it in the trash because it is a lie.

I am very disappointed of the Boch Toyota dealer in Norwood, MA, the last time I was there they did not make a fair deal with me. Although I have had more than 4 cars with them. Today I do not recommend it to anyone, for the reason that even the person who was doing the sum of my car and the car that I was going to change, made it totally wrong. I had to correct it. And when a letter comes with an offer, throw it in the trash, which is a lie.

I liked my experience with my Sales Rep, Julien. He had the car ready that I was looking for when I came in, and was very helpful with it's added features and the test drive. However, I did not like the high pressure tactics of his Sales Manager to "get me to buy the car today," and I would not and did not purchase it that day as I told him I would not do. I left the dealership, not intending to make my purchase there because of this.
Julien followed up with me though, and listened to what I had to say. We worked out the where we were too far apart to get the deal done. People want to buy but they do not want to but under high pressure. He understands that, and is very good with customer service. Anything else that I needed he took care of, and followed the sale through as well as any after sale issues I had.
As a former Sales Manager myself, he is the kind of rep that I would highly recommend for a Management position within your company.

I purchased a vehicle at Booch Toyota Norwood in the month of April 2012. I thought that this purchase would be a good investment for me because it is Toyota we are talking about. When I first received this vehicle I was the happiest person alive. I just graduated from college and had a 2007 Mecury Millian, it felt great. The car I bought was a trade in from another client and yes it was used but only had two owners prior to myself. The car was great for the first month and then a month into me having the car it broke down on me while I was with my friends. I barely made it to the dealer the next morning to drop it off. I drove all the way from Rhode Island to Norwood Mass twice, just to have them tell me nothing is wrong with the car. But I knew something was not right with the vehicle.

I decided to bring it to Booch Toyota in Attleboro Mass which is closer to me. I knew that Norwood did not fully diagnose the car properly. So when I got it diagnosed from Attleboro sure enough the coils on the car failed. As I said I knew something was wrong with the car, it s just really sad that their own staff couldn t detect it. So since it was within the first 60 days of me purchasing the car it was taken care of by the Norwood store. But again according to them my car was fine. The job cost about $1200 to fix and due to the lemon law they had to fix it. So since that was fixed on the car I had no problems with it up until yesterday 8/15/2012.

I drove the car to work that morning and on my lunch break I notice the wheel was super stiff. I got the car towed to Toyota in Attleboro where they informed me that the serpentine belt failed and it would cost me $415 to fix it. Wow after I just purchase this car now another problem. I have an extended warranty that I bought for about $1,000 and this is NOT covered. I called up the Norwood store and no one there could help me. I am very upset. I thought this was a good invest and I thought these people would have my back, well they didn t. So now I will pay out of my own pocket $400 to fix my car only 4 months after purchasing it. I would recommend NOT going to Booch Toyota Norwood. It seems like they only want your money. They even tried to convince me to trade in my car for another vehicle today. NO WAY! I would prefer to go somewhere else to trade in my car. I had a horrible day and even worse dealing with the guys at NORWOOD. Thanks for NOTHING!

Awful experience. First offerred $7K less for my trade in than CarMax, after a long discussion and showing them the instant offer I had with me, they agreed to match their offer (what a concession). Second, after telling them what I was looking for (White 4runner, SR5 with leather), they kept showing me TRD's and Limited's, it took 4 trips out to the lot before they could locate the car I was looking for (only wrong color). After more discussions with my grease-ball salesman about how I wasn't going to budge and to find me my car I wanted, I talked to a manager who told me I was "Looking for a needle in a haystack" and I promptly exited the dealership. 3 weeks later I am the proud owner of a 4Runner from Harr, who gave me more for my trade than CarMax and actually treated me with a modicum of respect.
Don't be fooled by their sleazy sales tactics, they tried everything in the book to try to get me into the car THEY wanted me in. Do yourself a favor and skip this place on your list, you can get better deals and service just about anywhere else in the state.

the service department thought they could get me to pay $600 dollars for 1 spare key to my car, they thought that because I was 19 years old and showed up without a parent that they could take advantage of me, little did they know that I wasn't going to spend 500 dollars of my own college tuition savings on a key that only cost 120 at the OTHER BOCH DEALERSHIP. how spineless to try to target a young kid thinking I would believe a car key (without remote) would cost $600. Do you trust these kinds of people with your car? they also tried to sell me a water pump saying 3 technicians heard a strange noise from my engine. my car passed inspection 3 days ago. WHAT PART OF PRODUCING A KEY WITHOUT A REMOTE INVOLES RUNNING MY CARS ENGINE. there is no need for my car to be running after the valet guy parks it in their garage. Luckily the service manager was willing to help resolve the issue. However he spoke with his team and they lied to him about much of what happened. This sounds VERY SIMILAR TO THE OTHER REVIEW OF THE ELDERLY MAN GETTING RIPPED OFF. clearly this is the EXPECTED experience at this dealership. we returned a few days later after speaking to the service manager and being assured that if we returned we could get a key quickly made and turns out that was a lie since it took 2 hours again. my family will never return to Boch again you have lost 7 longtime customers. would love to bochs explanation for this one.......?

My schedule was hectic - and his patience and service was great! Dave Mclean helped me sail smoothly through the purchase process. He made certain I knew the vehicle that I was purchasing and explained its features and latest improvements. The Toyota Prius Prime Premium was exactly what I was looking for and was in stock in Hypersonic Red. Dave Mclean guided me through everything I needed to close on my purchase and the car was ready for me to drive - serviced, washed, gassed, plates attached, stickered and ready to go when I arrived on Friday morning.

To summarize: Dave Mclean is a professional and he made my buying experience first class. I will definetly recommend Boch Toyota to my friends and anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

Stay away from Boch Toyota Norwood. I just purchased a CPO 4Runner at Boch Toyota last week. I went in on Monday of Thanksgiving week and purchased, signed everything and completed the deal and was going to pick up Wednesday. I was told to call my insurance company to get the policy switched to complete registration which I did Tuesday. I expected to leave there on Wednesday with everything all set. When i arrived the salesman is not there and I'm waiting for the vehicle. When he arrives he pulls the car out front switches the plates off my trade and hands me my old registration and basically sends me on my way. I asked about registration and he says you have 7 days from purchase. He again tells me to contact my insurance company to start the reg. I told him I already have and he says to text him on Monday. I text him Monday morning about reg and he gets back to me Monday night at 6pm and tells me to call my insurance company saying they have nothing from them. I call Amica on Tuesday morning and they state they've received nothing from Boch. He finally calls on Tuesday and says everthing is set to get the sticker and inspection done tomorrow (Wed). I leave work early on Wednesday to complete everything and pull into the service bay around 12:35 to get the reg and inspection done and surprise, surprise, they can't find the reg and nothing has been done. They AGAIN tell me to call my insurance company. When I called at 12:45 about this not being done she tells me she still has nothing from Boch about new vehicle. She checks the recent faxes and says she found it and it was faxed over at 12:43 a minute before I called. So having to wait around until 2 to finally complete the salesman offers me a free tank of gas for my trouble but since I had 3/4 I could come back for it. I left finally with the reg and inspection done with no paperwork for the purchase. Nothing on the extra coverage I purchased 7yr/100k warranty.

They also tried to sell me a remote starter that was already on the vehicle which I found out it had by accidentally pushing the lock button three times while it was in my driveway.

Again, stay away. I've never been treated so poorly while spending 35k on a vehicle.

We liked a used Sienna at Boch Toyota, which we wanted to tradeoff for our Honda Pilot. We were not picky as we knew what we wanted & decided to purchase it. That's when the rigamarole started ! We were told, they need to get the title of the sienna , which should take a week's time . We said Ok, after a week, we started calling them up to check the status.We had to leave couple of voice messages to the sales agent, finance manager & the manager of the agent. No one bothered to return our call. I then found a customer relation manager name from the reviews & contacted her. She did help to get the agent return our calls. Ok, after 15 days, we were told the title is here & to come & sign the papers. We reach there with our 2 kids, had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs, then we are told, they worked on our finances & increased our monthly payment not by 10 or 20 dollars, but 85 dollars !!! If there were issues, why did they not tell us before hand ?? Why wait for 2 weeks to tell us ? We have been to many many dealers in the past & Boch Toyota provided the worst customer service ever !! Stay away from them ! After this worst experience we went to Toyota of Acton, not just they gave us $2000 more for our tradeoff, but we got a good deal on the sienna & drove home in our sienna within 2 days !!!

Alena Assists me a lot after I have a rough time with BDC unit staffs because the car they reserved for me is sold out when got there and forced me to pay more than agreed price.
I appreciated Alena's customer service skill and even she is available to answer my text after 10:00 pm. That the one change my mind toward positive to Bosch Toyota and give 5 Point for over all services.

Very shady business. I have stopped dealing with Boch in general, whether it is Boch Honda or Toyota. These people are crooks. For example, they charged $450 for replacing a wheel nut, and don't allow me to leave until an hour later they asked me to sign a waiver. A few years ago, they tried to sell me a used 4runner for almost full price of a new car. Later I found out from Carmack that the car was a rental car from south.
This is a very shady business. Avoid Boch if you can!

Horrible experience on both service and sales. I went there to check a transmission for my 2005 Matrix and they quoted $5k. Then I asked the service guy to introduce sales guy. I've asked the sales person for used Camry with buy back of my car. She was kind but her boss was arrogant and didn't hide uninteresting for my sale. He quoted my car $0 and suggested me to abandon it away to somewhere so someone might take it. It was humiliated moment and I grab my car back to private mechanics and they just fixed the transmission perfectly with only $170!!

I leased my car and late last year financed via toyota financial to own. My experience with finance department has been horrible with the so called accounting department because he made sign some paperwork which was not a requirement to finance the car. Later I went to I signed a ca form to pull out even before the new contract picked in. He advised that will see the recalculated accounts may be by end of 2nd or 3rd billing cycle. I have not see changes reflected in my account. I have also been calling and emailing him to reprint my contract papers and he has chosen not to reply my emails or my call. Its been 4 months now. It looks like they are just after your big money.

I initially thought I would just be browsing the day I bought my car and would sleep on any offers, but working with Avet and the team at Boch Toyota was such a pleasant and streamlined process we had a deal done before I left in the evening. Avet especially was very helpful throughout the process, showing us the vehicles and keeping us informed with all of the steps. I had my 4 month old with me and it was important to have him out the door to be home for a reasonable bed time and from the showroom to the test drive to making a deal with the management to finalizing the financing paperwork I felt everyone were sympathetic to expediating the process and coming through with a win for everybody.

They sold me a car at night (8pm), I wanted to pay cash for it (bank was closed), they told me that the next day the car would cost me an extra $250..thats after i put a $1000 dollars deposit on the car... I really wanted the car so I figure to do so, when i came in the next day they informed me they sold the car to somebody else...yep even though i had a deposit on it, also it took them 7days to return my money. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time with these unprofessional clowns!

Went in to look at a vehicle I saw online. Called the dealer to confirm it was still available and if the price negotiable. The person on the phone told me that it was the end of the month and there would be some leeway in the pricing. After driving halfway across the state, I was told that the price was not negotiable and that "I should either lower my expectations, or increase my budget". In addition, I was treated to multiple stories of "people driving miles to come to visit this dealer". Unless you see something you want to buy at the price they are selling, don't bother going there. They will insult you until you want to drive away

Will never go near the place again. So dishonest and deceptive. Sold me a car with an accessory (wheel locks) but I soon learned that they were not on the car. I have it in writing. When I went back to get them they refused. Their position basically was: "Make me". How stupid to give up continuing service revenue, future sales, etc. for a $96 item.

My wife leased a corolla from Boch and then when we went in and were considering a Prius but were weighing it against other make options, after hours of being there, a greasy-haired manager came out and literally said the words "polar bear" and "environment" to get us to get the Prius. Eventually we did, but they were sleazy.

When that lease was up and Boch contacted us about purchasing the lease early we went in while in town (we moved out of state). The rep and new greasy-haired manager were both terrible and weren't playing ball. We walked out and kept the lease going (about 6 months early). They kept calling and texting, harassing us. On top of that, while other dealerships have "repeat buyer" incentives they did not. Because of how rudely we've been treated in the past, that sealed the deal that we would never again go to Boch for a car.

To follow up, a customer service rep from Boch called me to see why I rated them poorly. When I pointed out all our previous issues and then the lack of any incentive to go back to them after having already done so for 2 cars, she said something to the effect of "We do have customer retention measures in place: we have a customer service department that follows up with people."

I think that one went way over her head.

I am terrified of car dealerships. But the great folks at Boch Toyota Norwood made this the best car buying experience I ve ever had. No full court press or hard sell. Just an extremely knowledgeable staff that put tons of effort into helping me find the perfect car for my needs and budget. I walked out of there with a beautiful new SUV, feeling like I got a true deal on both my purchase and my trade-in. Huge thanks to General Manager Jason Aufeiro and Sales Associate Mike Maldonado! - Truly nice guys that put in overtime to help me get what I wanted. After this, I would never buy from any other dealership. You guys are the best! Thanks again!!

Peter Andersen, Service Advisor, was fantastic today when I brought my Toyota Sienna in for a 15,000-mile check and a state inspection sticker. The rest of the staff were fantastic too, explaining my options to me with optional but recommended things like my air filters and alignment. It was a pleasant experience.

I came to this dealership to look at a 2017 Toyota...

I came to this dealership to look at a 2017 Toyota Tundra. When I arrived the vehicle was not in the lot because one of the managers took the vehicle for personal use. A waste of 2 hours. My sales advisor assured me the vehicle would be back tomorrow. He said he'll call me when it back.

No one called me the next day. Another day passes before the sales manager called me and ask me how far away was I from make a deal. He had no idea I still didn't see the truck. When I informed him of this he told me its still available and pleadge with me to come see the truck.

Againest my best judgment I went to the dealership. The dealship did not want to play ball when I arrived. I noted some issues and point it out to the sales manager. I explained that standard options where removed by prior owner but the dealship did not care and would not budge on prices. For example, the Toyota track system, tonneau cover, and side steps to name a few.

Another big issues was the truck was not certified pre owned. The manager said it fits all the criterias to be a certified pre owned vehicle but the dealership choose not to file the paperwork necessary because of cost. The sales manager said he could sell me a 3 party warranty. This warranty cost $1,900 and would cover bumper to bumper. After some investing I finded out this warranty only works at THEIR dealership. I can NOT use it anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor and find an another dealership. These guys are scam artists and are out to get your hard earned money.

found a good deal for a 2018 corolla, called up and confirmed the price (considering that i am not eligible for any rebates), set up the appointment, drove down 10 miles to their showroom only to be told that they wouldn't honor the online price since it had a built in - graduate and loyalty rebate! What's more, "Gilbert" the sales guy was incredibly acerbic and rude and was unable to point out any condition in the online price that would indicate any such rebates built in.

Wrote to their sales head - Jason about my experience who offered me a 750 rebate. Thanks but no thanks! They might just say they've run out of 2018 stock next! Avoid. Go to Tufankjian or Expressway instead who have much better reviews.

Everything looks good,except 2 things, first they were charged me coolant top off cost $20 something which is other dealer offers free of charge ,second I have done there tire rotation with $25 fee and very next day I got email coupon from Boch that is free with oil change.

Excellent people working there - friendly and outg...

Excellent people working there - friendly and outgoing. However,

the Parts department must be responsible for generating significant portion of the profits for this dealership - as they are pricing wayyyyyy above list prices for parts. A quick check on the internet will show the difference and it is dramatic.

Shop around before taking your car there for service. Again, very professional - but very pricey.

They repeatedly pull all sorts of nonsense to up the bill. I avoid them at all costs. My parents still insist on going there for some reason. About a month ago they went in with a bad spark plug and came out with $800 worth of unnecessary "repairs," cracked the windshield, sent my mom home with the car knowing the windshield was cracked, and then gave her a hard time when she demanded a new windshield. This happens *every time*. They're continually coming up with new ways to screw people over and hide mistakes. I will never, ever buy a car there.

Don't trust multi-points inspection! Brought in 2...

Don't trust multi-points inspection! Brought in 2010 highlander for noise when turning right(heard it when bought car here used at 50k miles, so that inspection is useless. I mean, who knew that was a problem? I am not a car person). Fixed, repaired, replaced part under warranty(bushings, steering columns). Two weeks later, noise came back. I asked for a car rental because I just came 2 weeks ago with same complaints to car. Rep replied, no toyota car available and 2hr wait until find out if repair is under extended warranty to cover enterprise rental.

Where is responsibilty to accept that the repair wasn't done properly? Only two weeks after repair, less than 200 miles of driving during that time on local roads to pickup kids from daycare (this is not going off roading or anything ), with multi point inspection and all, so where could the noise come from Except from improper repair?

Place is nice and everything, service rep nice and respectful, but I will not come back to a place that makes customer wait 2 hrs for car rental decision due to a problem that was supposed to be addressed 2 weeks ago at previous visit. I mean, it's a car! We are not here to treat a disease, management should implement policies that respect customer time instead of making customer return due to same problem and make them wait over 2 hrs for a car decision. We don't have time to take off from work to come back for repairs and wait in yr nice waiting room.

Good thing this is America. plenty of toyota dealerships, so I'll go to a different one that is more considerate of their customers' time.

The salesman and finance manager were both friendly and helpful.

The price for a new 2019 Tacoma TRD Offroad was good...love the truck.

I returned a few weeks later to have a remote starter installed and inquired about a bed cap while I was there. They gave me a good price for a bed cap so I will be returning again to have the cap installed.

Update: cap is installed. It looks good...nice paint match. I think all the modifications are done for now.

If you don't like the dreaded Dealer experience of waiting. playing the back and forth with numbers then go in and see her. Not your typical Sales person! We went to 3 other places before stopping in this Dealership and walked out the same day with out car thanks to Monike.
