I have been to this location for service a few times and I haven't had a single pleasant experience. One time, I was told my tires were due for a change and I obliged. A couple of days after the service, I noticed the hub cap on one of the tires were missing. I had called them immediately and the service manager mentioned he would call me back after reviewing video footage. I got a call about two days later mentioning the car came in with the hub cap and left with it. It was a clear sign of the hub cap falling off since it was not fitted properly after the tires were changed but the dealership wanted to take no responsibility for it. During one of my earlier visits, I had requested a quote to have my plastic cover for passenger side mirror replaced. I was quoted $695 + labor (they said they had to change the entire motor assembly etc.). I was able to get it replaced at another certified Toyota dealership for ~$100. Clear indication of trying to make the customer spend more than what is needed. I will not recommend getting your Toyota serviced at this location.
