Three stars is the average of the scores for the pre-sale prep, free usage of trucks, marketing, and bringing people into our house (5 stars) and the follow-up, communication, and attention once we were under contract (1 star). At the beginning, I felt like a priority. After accepting an offer, I felt largely on my own, my concerns dismissed, and like just another commission basically in the bag. Don't fall for the lists of awards and honors. All of that is meaningless if the person who assists you doesn't act like they value your business.

I can't say anything from the seller perspective, but as a very interested buyer of one of Mr. Bob's listing, he was very unprofessional. Bob and and never responded after we gave him our offer for the house. Once the sale was done, we were never contacted that the seller was accepting another offer. I've talked to multiple other agents and they all had very similar experience with him.

I am a home seller: they put my house as vacant and Bob Lucido as owner on Record. They received 2 notices from code enforcement and did not give me information about it until I asked to see the realtor Heidi Thomas. She came with the 2nd notice and said she had just received it. Now I am going to court because of them and facing possible fines. I asked for a letter to state they have never owned my property and was laughed at by his assistant Danielle or Michelle. Said she can't give me a letter, only Bob or Heidi can and have not received a response from either.
When you talk with them they will promise to post on every website, , BUT if you don't remind them and check that it's been done they will not do it. Blame goes on "admin" who is basically a sheep goat with no real name. Nightmare agency.

Went to put in a contract on a home on Saturday, April 8th afternoon ( after a pre-open house visit ) only to find a contract had been offered. My realtor left 2 messages for listing agent ( Bob Lucido ) to offer our contract. There was never a call back to our agent. Not a good way to do business.

This is a bait and switch deal. You always talk with one of the staff or someone else. In the rare chance Bob does talk to you on the phone, he rushes you off and doesn't really care what you say and doesn't listen to you. It's a mass production business to them with terrible customer service. They give you big promises and DO NOT Deliver. They are always too busy trying to continually get more and more listings and they don't put any real effort in selling your house. They hope the multiple list and other agents will sell the house for you.

I signed on with Bob Lucido's Partner Scott Alder, I signed 8/21/18 I explained I needed to sell asap. He put i on the Market 9/1/18 Pictures were done on 9/5/18 It is coming off the Market today NOT one showing. There was 1 open house 9/16/18 but not by Scott, he was busy. This is how Bob and Scott made me feel. Like I was a bother. I called Bob on 09/17/18 about my concerns after about 2 or 3 mins he cut me off and said do you have a quick question I'm in a meeting. Wasted a month of my life. If I didn't have to give them any stars I wouldn't. They are all talk no action. Scott even changed the size of my house for the flyer and said that I had central a/c when I didn't. The first I saw them was on the showing. Re think them.
Not a man of his word. Very arrogant. We only saw him 1 time in all the months it took to sell our home, though he said in his only visit he would "personally" sell our home! He tried to get us to sell our house at a great loss only a few weeks into the selling stage. He was a team player for the buyer, not the seller (us). He's a difficult personality to have representing you.
Clearly made the 1st offer on a property but was later informed another offer had been made and was accepted. Was told to increase our offer by a way larger amount. Inquired why we didnt get a chance to adjust our offer and got the response " Thank you, but another offer has already been accepted." The property is still for sale on all realtor websites. If an offer was accepted just curious as to why it would still be on the market and still available to view by video or in person.
