I can't say anything from the seller perspective, but as a very interested buyer of one of Mr. Bob's listing, he was very unprofessional. Bob and and never responded after we gave him our offer for the house. Once the sale was done, we were never contacted that the seller was accepting another offer. I've talked to multiple other agents and they all had very similar experience with him.
