This is a team effort. It is masterfully done and well coordinated. Unbeknownst to me at the time a friend of mine had hired Bob and his team to help sell his house. He was just as happy and when I told him I hired Bob I felt even more reassured I made the right decision. I had two contracts fall through - no fault of the Lucido team. Each time Bob and his team rushed in and started all over. They don t give up. The third contract was the best contract and they watched me through the closing process it was like I never had a lift a finger.
