I am a home seller: they put my house as vacant and Bob Lucido as owner on Record. They received 2 notices from code enforcement and did not give me information about it until I asked to see the realtor Heidi Thomas. She came with the 2nd notice and said she had just received it. Now I am going to court because of them and facing possible fines. I asked for a letter to state they have never owned my property and was laughed at by his assistant Danielle or Michelle. Said she can't give me a letter, only Bob or Heidi can and have not received a response from either.
When you talk with them they will promise to post on every website, , BUT if you don't remind them and check that it's been done they will not do it. Blame goes on "admin" who is basically a sheep goat with no real name. Nightmare agency.
