Three stars is the average of the scores for the pre-sale prep, free usage of trucks, marketing, and bringing people into our house (5 stars) and the follow-up, communication, and attention once we were under contract (1 star). At the beginning, I felt like a priority. After accepting an offer, I felt largely on my own, my concerns dismissed, and like just another commission basically in the bag. Don't fall for the lists of awards and honors. All of that is meaningless if the person who assists you doesn't act like they value your business.
