Unfortunately we have moved many times and, as a result, worked with many realtors. Fortunately we choose Bob Lucido for our latest sale and had the pleasure of working directly with Bob, although many members of his team also supported the process. In additional to being very responsive, Bob and his team were on top of things every step of the way. He gave excellent, highly experienced advice but let us make our own decisions without pressuring us to do it his way. In the end, he not only sold our house quickly at a great price but also worked to get the best terms possible. To me, Bob and his team touched all the bases throughout the process.
