Went to put in a contract on a home on Saturday, April 8th afternoon ( after a pre-open house visit ) only to find a contract had been offered. My realtor left 2 messages for listing agent ( Bob Lucido ) to offer our contract. There was never a call back to our agent. Not a good way to do business.
