Not a man of his word. Very arrogant. We only saw him 1 time in all the months it took to sell our home, though he said in his only visit he would "personally" sell our home! He tried to get us to sell our house at a great loss only a few weeks into the selling stage. He was a team player for the buyer, not the seller (us). He's a difficult personality to have representing you.
