His positive attitude, transparency through the buying experience and overall approach made him a class act whom I'd recommend as your first call if you are in the market for a BMW.

Working with our sales consultant Usama Khan my husband and I experienced the best car purchase experience in our history of purchasing cars. Usama was knowledgeable, and was patient. He took us through each and every step and answered all of our questions. He never rushed us and always made sure we were satisfied with the answers before moving to the next step. He asked great questions and ensured that my husbands new car was truly the one he was looking for. The sales process was amazing but the delivery was outstanding. Usama greeted us and walked us through everything and it was the best experience we have had to date. The dealership was spotless, and every person we spoke to was customer driven. Seriously, it was the best. My next car will be purchased from Usama and it will be with BMW Toronto.

I dropped off my car this morning and they had advised me of a shuttle service to my place. They asked for an address and they later called me to be dropped off at front and cherry, the drive pulled over at at street 2 blocks from front n cherry and I tell him this is not front n cherry, he says oh it's right there. He had pulled over on a 4 lane road and basically threw me out , to walk 4 blocks Inn the cold so that he did not have to drive to front n cherry. Had they asked for a intersection close to my place I would have assigned mill st n front st which is reasonable. Talk about being treated second class, by a company that says they are a first class establishment

Samir!!! The best sales consultant. He helped me with the purchase of my new 2019 330i, and made one of my bucket list wishes come to life, BMW EUROPEAN DELIVERY. Samir worked with me for over 4 months ordering the vehicle i wanted, the way i wanted it, setting everything up with European Delivery and tracking my vehicle as it made its progress all the way from Munich to Toronto! Samir was very proactive, transparent, honest and kept great communication throughout the whole sales process.
This is my 3rd BMW and hands down this was the best sales experience all possible only because of Samir. I would highly recommend Samir if you're in the market for a new BMW!!!

I had a very bad experience when l went to pick up...

I had a very bad experience when l went to pick up my car after maintenance service on Sep. 6, 2017. To my surprise, l found a dent on the right back door which wasn't there before. In addition, a crack at the edge of right back door has turned into a larger exposed area (it is almost at the same level as the dent, making me wonder if it was the same thing hitting my car twice). They did agree to repair the dent but refused to repair the scratch although l argued for a long time.
I'm very disappointed that they didn't handle customer's car carefully at all.
A maintenance can actually damage the car! And the reason they refused to fix the edge was that it had been a crack. However, the crack was not easy to notice, and now it is quite obvious (our car is white and now the black interior is exposed).
It's nothing to be proud of that the sales bring good experiences to customers, but the service doesn't. Apparently, the service guys did not handle customer's car with care.
And even if l suggested that l would pay half of the repair fee, they still did not agree.
And when I finally got my car back after the repair, we noticed that the dent was not removed completely. We can still see a sesame sized dent.
In conclusion, we are very disappointed. You would expect much better service from such an high-end car brand.
(Btw, if anyone is considering the appearance protection plan, I would not recommend it. There are lots of restrictions. And it won't even fix a less than 5mm crack.)

I recently purchased an x3 from BMW Toronto and I would have to say that it was a very positive experience. Eiraj was my sales person and would have to say that he did an excellent job form listening to my needs to showing me the vehicle that I ended up buying. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything. They gave me a fair price for my trade and a fair price for the vehicle that I am purchasing. I would Definitely buy from him again. I am also very happy with my purchase so far.

Before buying from BMW Toronto, I visited many delearships and this is also the second BMW I bought in the last year. My comments above also come from my experience in shopping for cars. I would recommend this dealership and my sales rep.

After years of coveting them, I finally decided to treat myself to a new BMW SUV. Dominique Girouard was incredibly helpful. She put up with my many questions, and endless deliberations regarding features, stereo, etc. Buying a car used to be a negotiations game of chess. With Dominique there was none of that. She fought to get me a great price on a beautiful car.

I have a story of my experience with financial department of this dealership. We have transferred lease of our 2018 X3 on July 20th of 2020 for cost of 1700$ for administration fee. Bu onn August 6th of 2020 monthly payment has been taken from my account, I have contacted the person who did our transfer. His first response was "I told you that this transfer will take 10 business day" while the money taken from my account 12 business day after transfer. His second answer was " this is not because of our dealership work and it is all on BMW finance". e said that he will send an email to BMW finance to follow. I waited for a week and nothing happened. So I called BMW finance myself. BMW finance response was " the dealer did not send new Lessie account information and that is why this transfer did not happened. The dealership need to send account information and a request to return money to my account and take the money from Lessie account". After contacting multiple time between dealership and BMW finance finally the transfer has done on August 13th. But now I am at middle of another communication to get my money back. This is really shameful that I have to communication this many time after paying administration fee. Without my following nothing is happening. Nobody care.

I like to add that from the beginning of getting this car until transferring the lease every single interaction I had with BMW for any reason was painful. The car was breaking every 2 months. And despite my communication with BMW customer service, they were not accepting any responsibility about quality of the car. beside a personal reason I would say that, bad costumer service and bad car quality were my first reason for transferring the car. Anyway I did left review wherever I could and I will continue to tell my friends about BMW experience. I hope this will help to remain BMW accountable. BMW, I was fan before.

Firstly, let me start by say, Scott Shadbolt's (sales) professionalism and level of detail was tops. Combined with his easy going personality made the buying experience a complete pleasure. The delivery was detailed but not overwhelming. Al, as a finance manager, provided great information and did not push (up sell) extras. He showed the options and allowed us to decide without trying to alter our decisions. He treated us and our decisions with respect as did Scott.

The car (2014 BMW 328i) experience is better than when I test drove it. I am enjoying it for subtle things like the box feel of the dash board that makes it more 'boxter' than many of the curved dashboards on most of today's cars. There are a lot of features on the vehicle that will take time to discover and enjoy, but the BMW's engineering detail and consideration placed into to the entire driving experience far exceeds any previous vehicles I have owned.

I can easily say, Scott Shadbolt's sales service has been the best sales service I have experienced when buying a vehicle and I feel like a part of BMW Toronto not just another sale. I look forward to stopping in and saying hi to Scott and Al when I have my regularly scheduled service.

Later on that day with Les' help and his wealth of technical knowledge I had enough information to buy that car for my wife. He had provided our final picked on another model for a better option. The dealer had covered another service call for brake fluid for free after we owned the car for 2 weeks. Zheng offered his liaison through all of these calls. Good job.

I recently switched in my BMW 328xi, which I had bought at this dealership, to the new BMW X4 X28 and am still amazed with the service I got at this dealership. George Stefankiewicz was amazing in providing information about this car, he is a very kind and accommodating person, and I would recommend all my friends to buy with him. I picked up the vehicle on March 24th, 2017, and certain things were not done to the car before I came to pick it up and George right away, no questions asked, went ahead and made sure the car was ready to my expectation. BMW Toronto is very lucky to have George working for them.

I recently purchased a 2016 BMX X5 from BMW Toronto. I worked with Kieran to complete this sale and it was an enjoyable and seamless experience. When the car was ready for pick-up I was out of the country, but Kieran delivered the car himself to my wife in Ancaster. Nice touch. Overall a great experience with the dealership, and the staff there (including the Business Manager). Even though BMW of Oakville/Hamilton is a closer dealership I will again be back here next year when purchasing another ride.......4/5 stars. Hard too give anyone/anyplace ....anytime...5 stars.

Reviewing and signing paperwork was relatively painless and Khaiser added humour and made the process fun. I recently leased a BMW 440i xDrive 2 doors. My experience was amazing, from the moment I walked into the store. I didn't have to wait long for Samir Umer to come and greet me. He was extremely patient in explaining the different models and options. He even shared some personal stories with me. I owned 2 BMWs in the past and the last car I leased was more than 10 years ago. Lots changed since, especially the technology. I showed up without an appointment and the service was excellent despite my last minute visit. I did a few test drives with Samir, he took the time to show me the different features. He quickly understood my preferences and made sure my final choice wouldn't end up being a bunch of compromises. We communicated that evening by email about an xDrive version instead of the M2 we test drove. He was kind enough to look up the inventory and find the perfect fit for me the next morning. I came back the next day and test drove 2 more models. I ended up picking the gray on red, not my first choice but I am very happy I did. He went as far as making some recommendations for winter tires and rims and he was right on. On the day of the delivery, he greeted me, showed me the car, and made sure I was happy with the final product. Samir made sure I would leave the showroom with a positive feeling, the beginning of my new Journey. This purchase is a big step in my career and he made the entire experience a delightful one. I highly recommend Samir Umer.

Wesley (and Nigel) were great. Not only was Wesley extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he was very enthusiastic about M cars. To an enthusiast, this is important. The facilities are world class.

Bad sales tactics, new car sales guy lied to us about numbers and was a huge waste of times, basically the salesguy would say anything over the phone just to get you walk into the showroom, once you get there it's a different story, there was no misunderstanding over the phone, both my friend and I talked to the salesguy over the phone and asked the same questions, we got pricing, % rate, buyback numbers with tax all is done over the phone, we wanted to purchase two new vehicles and we didnt have time to shop around, we knew what we wanted. BMW downtown wasted our time and tried to sell us more expensive and used vehicles "they call em demos!", they had some models they were trying to move. I ended up buying from a different dealership.
I feel this time it's my fault, because 10 years ago, I had a bad experience at this location, I didn't learn my listen, I should have not went back again. Some bad things never change.

Purchased a bmw 320i sports model from here and the experience was amazing!! The employees are super helpful and not pushy at all. They really take their time to show you the options and let you test drive it without being pressured to buy it. If you come here for your BMW purchase, you have to speak to AMBROSS or SATCHEL! They re the BEST and I ve never had a better experience at a car dealership except with the sales representative AMBROSS and SATCHEL! Came here the first time and was unable to find the exact car with specified seat colour, Satchel was super awesome and patient and still made me test drive a similar model with a different seat color so I can come back when I find the car closer to my specifications! Came back the next day to look for my car again, Satchel and Ambross helped me find a car closer to my specifications and test drive the car again. Ambross was extremely genuine, kind and honest. He spent hours helping me finalize the car purchased and even stayed hours until the dealership is closed. Ambross and Satchel are one of the most honest, hard working and genuine sales representatives at a dealership !! I m so happy with my car and Ambross takes his time to follow up on your new car even after you bring it home! If you go to BMW Toronto, make sure you book appointment and get seated with SATCHEL AND AMBROSS! You won t have a bad experience and they make the entire experience so much smoother. Can t wait to come back to BMW toronto again to buy another car soon! I would give 10 stars if it was possible for the incredible experience at BMW toronto!

Recently purchased a preowned vehicle from BMW Toronto. They specified that it would be ready for pick up at a specified date and time. On the pick up date they said the vehicle was not ready and I had to return the next day for pick up. I purposely took a day off work and drove from Richmond hill to find out that my vehicle was not ready to be picked up due to delayed detailing service and license plate registration. The pre-owned vehicle manager was very unprofessional dealing with this matter and almost refused to provide any sort of compensation for their mistake.

We recently drove up from Kingston to purchase a used car. I had been in contact with Zheng Wang through email before making the trip up, he was absolutely fantastic. He provided all the information that we asked for and made it a smooth process to complete, even in a different city!
The after sale service was phenomenal when we noticed an issue with the car. They were very accommodating of us not being in Toronto. Having 2 small children at home, I will be forever thankful for how easy they made the entire sale!

I want to start off by saying that I have been looking for a BMW for the past 1 year. I've been to every dealership from Oakville to Ajax to York Region. I consider myself a prudent consumer, I thoroughly research my expensive purchases and do my homework with all the numbers. The moment I walked into BMW Toronto and talked to Ahmed Mourad, I knew he was the guy to get me a solid deal. He is a genuine pro and a nice guy. He knew the cars and details thoroughly. Not once I felt pressured to sign on the dotted line. He went out of his way to negotiate my deal with the manager well after business hours. I still cant believe he got me that deal, I tried gettting that deal for the past 1 year and nobody could do it. I am very impressed and happy with Ahmed Mourad. He is now my BMW guy! I will be sending all my family to friends to him.

I was a Skeptic...im a life long Mercedes fan. Walking into the dealership downtown, I was very guarded. Eiraj welcomed me and was very receptive and professional and within minutes i felt at ease. Most amazing dealership experience I have had. I started speaking to Mas early November in regards to purchasing my dream BMW 335i. At the time the exact vehicle I wanted was hard to come across but Mas asked for my expected purchase date and said he will get me the car before then. Like promised Mas went above and beyond, he found one of the rarest 335i with all the specs I was looking for and all within my budget. Couldn t be happier with my BMW purchase experience. Great Job Mas, keep up the great service! I be sure to come back for my next BMW purchase.

The new car orientation by Andrew Chan was amazing!!! Andrew took the time to go over every detail of the new car and answer each and every question I had. In fact, he gave me his email address so I could ask questions or set up a follow up appointment anytime. His expertise and knowledge about BMW cars, combined with his patience, demeanour, and personality make him an MVP at BMW Toronto!

This is the best place to get motorcycle safety equipment in the city. Motorrad is great.

However, do not take an out-of-warranty car to their service department. They literally gave me a $12,000 quote for a weird problem caused by a faulty O2 sensor, that a friend helped me fix myself with an $80 part, to try to get me to buy a new car. Their service department has a terrible reputation for outrageous abusive quotes like this. Unbelievable attempted ripoff.

Buying a new vehicle is always a daunting experience for me, especially during that initial contact with a salesperson. But Enrico DiFede was right there every step of the way, even while away on a business trip he answered my questions/emails in a timely manner. Diligently setting me up with my X3 until the moment of delivery. The service made me feel inclusive to the BMW brand and far from a revolving door operation. Enrico's, no pressure to buy attitude, vehicle knowledge, and attentive to customer needs was top class!. Thanks again, love the ride!

Terrible buying experience with BMW Toronto. I willingly paid a premium of ~$2.5k for a pre-owned 2013 Altima SL (in late 2015) as compared to similar vehicles at smaller dealerships because I wanted a quality vehicle that would give me no hassles.
Within a week (!!) the oil change light came on and the Nissan dealership where I got the oil change done said that the engine and cabin filters needed to be replaced as well and that a tire had a leak!!! As well, the rotors were visibly rusted - something that I should have noticed when I took delivery of the car but did not given my high expectations from BMW Toronto.
When I called my salesperson about the many issues with the car, he said, "Well, it passed safety". Right. That's what I paid the extra $2.5 for. When he sensed that I wasn't impressed with his response, he offered me a complete detailing. This had zero value at the time because the car was in a great condition as I'd only got it only a week earlier (to be fair, they had done an excellent detailing job at the time of delivery).
In any case, I would not expect an offer than seeks to rectify poor value and service to expire, especially when it is something as modest as a detailing job. Yet, when I called recently to take up on this offer, the salesperson effectively denied making the offer (which I have in writing) and then stopped answering my emails. I was then turned me over to another salesperson and then again to the Pre-Owned Sales Manager...who indulged me with a call that he made clear was simply a formality because of my persistence. He did not seem keen to make good on their written offer but eventually reluctantly agreed to do so - probably because I said I wouldn't waste a Saturday morning driving to BMW Toronto and that I just wanted him to acknowledge that BMW Toronto was in fact reneging on a written promise. He agreed to send me an email confirming this. That was 4 weeks ago and his email is yet to arrive.
Suffice to say that the individuals with whom I had the displeasure of dealing need a refresher course on the basics of customer service. This was a complete waste of my time and I would advise you to stay away from this dealership unless you want a first-hand experience in a really poor customer experience.

Ahmed + Kristen @ BMW Toronto *** TOP NOTCH A+++ experience. We went into this dealership with our hackles up - expecting to be hard sold, pressured to commit - or ignored completely. We received the total opposite in every way dealing with Ahmed and Kristen from the moment we walked in. Ahmed was incredibly informative, with zero pressure, and actually ended up giving us promotions and incentives that we didn't even know about (after much research) VOLUNTARILY. He saved us over $7.5K....more than four thousand more than we had found online and through hours of research and calling around. After the initial model we test drove had higher payments than we were looking for with the options we wanted, Ahmed suggested looking at the 3 Series X Drive line due to the incentives and promotions currently available for that model. Within a day and a half we had multiple options to choose from, spec sheets, photos and pricing. Each option had MORE than we wanted for significantly LESS MONEY than our initial budget. He was incredibly responsive at all hours of the day and night for every little question we had. The total opposite of what we had expected (and the total opposite of what we had encountered at every other dealership). We were given an incredibly favourable credit for our non BWM trade in, and delivery of the vehicle in two days. Kristen spent an hour and a half on the day of delivery (with a big red bow on the car when it was presented to us!) walking us through all of the paperwork and then walking us through every option in the car, setting up our phones, bluetooth and driver preferences. We're incredibly over the moon with our lease - finding out there were additional upgrades on the vehicle we didn't think were included even - and to top it all off, were presented with a gift certificate as a thank you to buy some additional swag at the BMW Lifestyle store. A totally positive under promise-over deliver experience from start to finish. We won't hesitate to recommend this team to any and everyone looking. 1000% the best car experience we've had ever.

Over all, they sell good quality bmw cars, but if you buy a car/SUV which is used, already driven around 80k-100k km, please have these checked by your own mechanic. I bought a Lemon used SUV from them with expense price.

Wish if I could rate them negative. Haven t been to any place more unprofessional than BMW Toronto. They need to understand customer s time is valuable when they are asking to bring in the car for repair but then they never fix it and give non sensical explanation. BMW needs to reevaluate this service centre before claiming as authorized BMW service centre.

This place is a joke....When u spend Premium dollars on a vehicle u expect premium service.
They are the most pleasant people when they wanna sell u a vehicle...but once they have your money the after sales service stops.

I bought a 5 series bmw which was a certifies series. When i purchased the vehicle the salesperson told me that this is an extension of the manufactures warranty to 6 years or 160k
I paid approx 4-6 thousand more for this car compared to other vehicles without the extended warranty....all for piece of mind (which i never received)

The service department is a joke they will ask you on the phone exactly whats wrong with the car and it sounds like they are typing it into their system and then after 2weeks of actually getting ur appointment you have to go over everything again because they cant seem to find the notes.
They will also arrange a courtesy vehicle for you but will charge you a 25Fee (can u say nickle and dime)
Ive never had a dealer charge me for a loaner....and ive purchased many vechicles in my life from many different manufactures...this place is giving BMW a bad name

Every single time this car has gone in with problems they will always try to charge you $164 diagnostic fee if they cant find a problem...on my last visit i told them the car has a weak battery and i don't want to have any problem with the cold weather approaching.
not only did they not replace the battery they charged 1hour ($164) for telling me my battery was weak.
i was fuming mad and called Bmw canada...they said this is an independent dealership and theres nothing they could do for me (what a joke)
How can they justify 1 hour labour to check a weak battery.....i already told them it was weak.
! asked them to give me a detailed report of what the technician did (they refused)
Candian tire doesn't even charge to do battery checks lol

If u want to be treated like sh t then take your vechicle to Bmw Toronto!!!

I wanted to thank Krish Mulchand (Sales Manager) for the outstanding service. His follow up, problem solving was thorough and immediate. It was clear that customer service was a priority.

The service department is also very well run and customer oriented. They recently, even though I did not have an appointment, replaced a tire within an hour so I could leave on a family vacation.

Of all the BMW dealers we've been too, this one made us feel very welcome. From the time Samir Umer introduced himself everything just went very smoothly. He took his time to provide us with all our options and was never pushy . We found him to be very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as we went through all the specs for obtaining our new car.He kept us informed on all stages of our transaction.I must say by the end of the entire process we felt like we knew him for years.Highly recommend Samir to anyone buying a car at this dealership.

After a terrible experience at a competitor brand, Samir at BMO Toronto quickly redefined what buying a car should feel like. Attentive, empathetic, and solutions focused, he worked diligently to get us into a vehicle we were happy with that also worked with our budget. His patience and responsiveness throughout the process was a welcomed surprise to what I'd experienced before. Moreover, even after I took delivery, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of.

The experience of purchasing a vehicle may be changing, but Samir understands that it is (and will always be) about building relationships. I can't imagine buying a vehicle from anyone else moving forward.

We had the privilege to be very well taken care of by Adrian Tsang. He is both very knowledgeable and a personable member of their sales team. Adrian went well above and beyond, all while making me enjoy the purchasing experience. The car being a gift for my wife, was facilitated by him carefully assisting in presenting this surprise to her. She was so trilled by his disposition, had her raving over his professionalism. On top of this, being she was so impressed with him thus decided to change the SIRI feature from the standard "Hello BMW" to "Hello Adrian". We thought is was fun and a great way to remember our experience at BMW Toronto.

I being in the sales world for over 30 years, really enjoyed coming across someone of his caliber. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Over the past 2 years I have purchased 2 vehicles ...

Over the past 2 years I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. One was an M4 and the other was an X5. For both purchases I shopped around quite a lot and went to multiple dealerships (ie. Maranello, Endras, Budds, etc), ultimately coming back to BMW Toronto even though it is at the other end of the city for me. For both purchases Usama was my sales rep. What it really came down to was his exceptional customer service and his technical knowledge of the cars. Furthermore, being a frugal person he was able to get me the best possible deal. As such I highly recommend him for anyone that is in the market for a bmw.

The service and workmanship have been consistently unreliable, shoddy, and overpriced. The motor on my driver-side window has broken four times in the last 5 years. They refuse to take responsibility and now want me to pay 35% of the cost ($500) to have the same problem fixed a fourth time. (My mechanic priced the entire repair at $750.) They don't stand behind their product or workmanship. They consistently don't return calls when the say they will and repeatedly claim you need repairs that you don't. They will tell you your car is ready to pick up and then you'll wait for an hour at the dealership. The cost of repairs is about twice what it is at a BMW-certified mechanic. Great to buy a car here. But the work is shoddy and they don't stand behind it. Once the warranty expires you will pay through the nose for faulty work.

It was an awful experience. I have had other services at other BMW dealerships and this by far the worst. The service guys try to upsell every time with suggestions to spend nothing less than 1000 dollars. They charged me $219 dollars for a recall job and told me I came in for a check for my engine light. I am soo disappointed by this service I will never ever visit that location again. It is convenient as I work downtown but the upsell and trying to get clients to spend money is ridiculous. I will not recommend their service to anyone.

This review is based on a recent sales experience I had at BMW Toronto. I have been a BMW customer at various dealerships going back 10 years and it has not all been positive. That changed recently and proved to me that people make the difference. While the Toronto dealership is impressive and beautifully laid out it is nothing without good people. I was fortunate to meet Usama at the Auto show in February. He is approachable, friendly, professional, patient and informative, no matter how detailed or obscure my questions were. By early May, I took delivery of my new car and Usama made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend you ask for him. Best car purchase experience I have had in 10+ years.

I was stopped in traffic when I was suddenly rear-...

I was stopped in traffic when I was suddenly rear-ended -- at considerable speed -- sending me into the car stopped several feet in front of me. To make a long story short: my car was written off by my insurance company. I found myself in a position of having to buy another car, about five years prematurely! Luckily, I was not injured in the collision and I focused instead on that fact.
As my BMW had really saved my bacon, I got myself to downtown BMW to have a look at their Certified Pre-owned, or 'pre-loved' vehicles. I was attended to there by Mr. Mas Kangavari. Immedialtely, I felt at ease. He was well-informed, very helpful and I sensed no buying pressure whatsoever from him and I am quite sensitive to that factor. He listened to my needs and wants and together we sorted through the list of currently available vehicles.
Within a short while, we were on a test drive (on a terrific mixed-terrain route that he had designed) where my decision to buy the car was solidified. The car was a beauty; it looked brand new and came with the peace of mind that is assured, given the high standards that BMW applies to their certified, pre-owned fleet of vehicles.
Throughout the entire process, Mas Kangavari was kind, professional, knowledgeable and above all, genuine. He is a fine representative for a fine auto maker.
I would recommend anyone looking for trustworthy, well-informed, patient and kind assistantance, to ask for him by name. Better stil, call Downtown BMW and arrange to meet him there. Like me, you'll be glad that you did.
