I picked up my new car from BMW Toronto and I was assigned to the product genius, Khaiser. He took the time to review all the vehicle upgrades and details and answered all our questions. Reviewing and signing paperwork was relatively painless and Khaiser added humour and made the process fun. He helped me set up my BMW Remote App and was available to fix a problem with the app. Thanks for your help!
