I had a very bad experience when l went to pick up...

I had a very bad experience when l went to pick up my car after maintenance service on Sep. 6, 2017. To my surprise, l found a dent on the right back door which wasn't there before. In addition, a crack at the edge of right back door has turned into a larger exposed area (it is almost at the same level as the dent, making me wonder if it was the same thing hitting my car twice). They did agree to repair the dent but refused to repair the scratch although l argued for a long time.
I'm very disappointed that they didn't handle customer's car carefully at all.
A maintenance can actually damage the car! And the reason they refused to fix the edge was that it had been a crack. However, the crack was not easy to notice, and now it is quite obvious (our car is white and now the black interior is exposed).
It's nothing to be proud of that the sales bring good experiences to customers, but the service doesn't. Apparently, the service guys did not handle customer's car with care.
And even if l suggested that l would pay half of the repair fee, they still did not agree.
And when I finally got my car back after the repair, we noticed that the dent was not removed completely. We can still see a sesame sized dent.
In conclusion, we are very disappointed. You would expect much better service from such an high-end car brand.
(Btw, if anyone is considering the appearance protection plan, I would not recommend it. There are lots of restrictions. And it won't even fix a less than 5mm crack.)
