I booked an appointment with BMW Toronto late in the evening on the pre-owned touring model after some web searching . The sales rep is kindly arranged our visit closed to the closed up hour. He had provided our final picked on another model for a better option. The dealer had covered another service call for brake fluid for free after we owned the car for 2 weeks. Zheng offered his liaison through all of these calls. Good job.
