They do great work. Just impossible to get through to them to pick up my car. Tried for over an hour with no success - had to walk to the dealer to pickup my car. They need to fix this. Nice clean facility, nice people otherwise.

Terrible experience with the service department. Had a rock take out both our windshield and moon roof while on vacation here in Seattle. Got a estimate over the phone for a ridiculous $6500 to replace. Brought it in first thing in the morning to take a quick visual look to see if that estimate could be reduced. We were told the inspection fee would be waved and we would hear back later that day. Didn t hear back until the next day and the estimate was only reduced to $4500. Decided to take the car elsewhere as the estimate was still double over what we were hearing from other over the phone quotes. As we were out the door they reduced the price to $2700. At that point it was too late as we had completely lost trust so we were gone. To add insult to injury, the inspection fee was not waved and we were out over $200. Once we took it to an independent shop we received prompt and free inspection in a matter of minutes and got the work scheduled at rates our insurance would cover. BMW of Seattle should take a lesson on how to take care of customers.

I enjoy bringing my vehicle here for servicing. They promptly check me in, go over the details fully, and have a nice lounge with fast wifi available. Nice offerings in their coffee lounge and its easy to socially distance oneself. The service representative was professional and got me checked out quickly. The car was washed and I was on my way. Highly recommended!

The service department deserves 5 stars for sure, they are always super quick and have a loaner car or shuttle to take me to work and back. The sales department is very pushy, even if you're clear you are simply browsing and have more shopping to do, so three stars for them. Average of 4 stars to be fair to all.

Very poor Customer Service from the Service Manager to the Advisor. They made my car worst then it came in and no one ever even apologized and they were not willing to work on it any further. Will not suggest this dealer to anyone.

Make sure check your vehicle inside and out when you get it back. The tech left a grease mark on my b-pillar and someone scratched my bumper. Their solution... a free detail.

I brought my vehicle in for 4 issues. Not a single one of them was resolved to my satisfaction. From a rough / surging idle to a check engine light that was on and off for months. They did their best to not address any of my problems, and couldn't even fix my check engine light. Instead they swapped parts around it hopes that it will throw another code, and have me bring my vehicle in again.

If your vehicle is under warranty why not take it to the dealer. If my vehicle wasn't under warranty I would have been charged for diagnostic work that got no solutions and damage to my vehicle. Good luck at BMW of Seattle.

No long negotiating or going back and forth, you know the deal. It was pretty straightforward and they put a package together that was tailored to my needs. In terms of financing, Staci was phenomenal. Believe it or not, financing department plays a critical role in the car buying process and she was very thorough, not pushy, and just took a consultative approach. If you re looking for a luxury vehicle, BMW Seattle is the best place. No doubt about that. There s a lot of unprofessional car dealerships that should learn from BMW Seattle! Our family's first time purchasing through BMW through BMW Seattle. The whole process was smooth like butter especially with the pandemic going on. Real highlight for me was Benson whom took care of us with care and superb follow up. Kudos to him and the rest of the BMW Seattle team. Will let you know how it goes but for day one with the car, we are happy campers.

Absolutely abysmal dealership across the board. Completely negligent staff denies any liability when at fault. Multiple visits over the course of a year for a defective part which they could not fix, stating in the end that it's as-designed rather than taking accountability for their incompetent staff. Issues only get resolved when threatening lawsuit and getting corporate big whigs involved. Promise one thing, deliver another. Avoid at all costs.

BMW of Seattle did an oil change for me on my 330i xDrive. Arrived about 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and was greeted by an attendant as soon as I pulled into the facility. They directed me into a beautiful waiting area which had ample and very comfortable seating, coffee and pastries. A service advisor checked me in and quoted me a time period for the work to be done. If I wanted to go downtown Seattle a complimentary shuttle service was available to and from. They took my cell number and said they would send a text message when my car was ready for me. They were very busy but it appeared customers were reunited with their vehicles continously while I was waiting. I took a book to read so the wait didn't seem very long but it was just a little over an hour. I highly recommend BMW of Seattle for your maintenance of your car. They wash your car before they return it to you.

The used car that I went to view had been in an accident and the bodywork was terrible hence the good price. The salesman was quite upfront about the vehicle. He also had great knowledge of the inventory and of the servicing needs of their products. I didn't buy a car from them but would definitely do business there. Great atmosphere.

Normally I don't write bad reviews but in this case I'm making an exception. I have driven BMWs for more than 30 years and this is the single worst dealer shop I have ever encountered. So bad, in fact, that we are going to be leaving the BMW brand rather than have to take our car back there again.

I love BMW so I truly wish this were not the case but Seattle BMW has not completed a single repair on any issue on our X1 the first time. Worse, my wife and I have gotten all the usual excuses along the way... can't replicate the problem, nothing wrong, our instruments are showing "within spec. "

The mechanics and shop seem to have a perverse incentive to increase shop turnover rather than to complete repairs. Only after I got BMW Germany and BMW USA involved, for example, did Seattle BMW take my concerns about warped front brake rotors seriously and actually fix them. Bringing in a car 5-6 times for the same issue gets old quickly.

Worse, every time we bring the car in there's a "new" issue that materializes out of thin air. BMW Seattle changed all four tires, for example, and suddenly on the next visit - imagine that - all four rims are bent on the inside edge despite never having driven off road, never having hit a serious bump, etc. This is like going to the hospital for an ear infection and catching the flu while you're there. The dealership denies they're responsible naturally, which is par for the course given the pattern of behavior we've experienced.

The world's "ultimate driving machine" doesn't matter one iota if the shop tasked with keeping you on the road can't live up to the BMW nameplate.

The effort and attention to detailed cleanliness, during COVID, was apparent while at the dealership. Every part of the experience felt right. It was fun. I highly recommend!

With all my experience in comparing prices, BMW Seattle offers the BEST quote and final pricing in comparison with several other dealerships in the Puget Sound area. To be honest, I do have a very limited budget to buy entry-level BMW car. My dream is to own a BMW. After several visits to BMW Seattle, I met Karl Enemark, one of the best and experienced client advisors. He's amazing, extremely honest, kind and patient. I told him all my recent experience, going here and there for months to compare prices, but no one understands me and after sometime I lost my hope. I'm just an international student who has a great admiration to BMW. Fortunately, Karl Enemark convinced me that he's going to be my last salesperson, I'm greatly surprised and my hope raised suddenly. He talked to me with great understanding and passion. Although I requested him for a big discount, he was still in a great mood to work upon my request. My dream was just fulfilled because of him. I was looking to get a Certified Pre-Owned X5, specifically the 3.5 Diesel version.
I did a search at on the BMW of Seattle site and found a 2013 that seemed to fit the bill perfectly.
I reached out via the website regrading the X5 as well as my trade-in vehicle. I was contacted almost immediately by Karl Enemark. First off he asked me what my preferred method of communication was, what an excellent question I thought. I like to text as it lets me work on other tasks and ask more detailed questions, most of my experience doing this has been marginal at best ... Not with Karl his communication was and continues to be excellent. He answered every single one of my questions/concerns quickly and knowledgeably. If he couldn't answer immediately he quickly apologizes for any inconvenience it may have caused as well... simply amazing! Karl made the entire transaction a pleasure.
I'm a serious car-guy, I've bought, sold , modified, worked on, more cars than I can remember. Buying a car is usually me knowing what I am buying and sadly having to tolerate the salespersons lack of product knowledge...
Karl is a breath of fresh air. Not only is he a perfect gentleman, he knows BMW, he knows these machines and likes, no loves, what he is presenting. His enthusiasm is seriously contagious. It was so cool to know that he was the person who sold what is now my beautiful X5 to it's first owner.
Everything that has transpired at BMW of Seattle has been absolutely beyond my expectations. The dealership is stunning...it's Car Nirvana.
Oh yes...before I forget, did I mention that we also have a 2011 328 Coupe? We purchased it from another BMW dealer in the Puget Sound and well ... I won't be going back either to purchase another BMW or service our current BMWs...not that it was bad it's just definitely not BMW of Seattle.

Michael Brown is a FABULOUS salesperson. He has spent an enormous amount of time with my husband and I and we're not even sure the i3 can work for me/us. We were also pleasantly surprised to see that one of the service managers is the son of my bestie's widower. ZERO pressure and full disclosure AND only about a mile away from our home. This vehicle is DEFINITELY at the top of our list of four makes that we're considering.

I have only had an excellent experience with BMW Seattle. I went in for a test drive with Kalvin for an M2, even stating up front that I was looking at a car from an internet dealer but wanted to get a driving experience from a car they had in stock. Kalvin was very understanding of my needs and very personable, and also helped me understand up front what I could expect from pricing.

From the service side, everything has been excellent so far too. I brought my used car in for a PPI to verify everything looked good. I used the dealership's Lyft program, and this worked super smoothly and was totally free for me. This beats a shuttle for sure, and sometimes even a loaner since I don't need to worry about driving or parking.

My service advisors so far have also been amazing - Alex, Alvaro, Nik. Everyone has been very communicative and updated me during the process. In one inspection, I also got a text with a video showing me the issue the car had as well as the condition of the tires/brakes. I've owned other luxury cars but for me, the complete experience at BMW Seattle has been unmatched.

I got my car detailing done, and their service was pretty good when it comes to getting the detailing done. The detailing was almost immaculate, though a tid-bit here and there left somethings to be desired. However, there were other peripheral things which threw my overall experience a little bit. Hopefully, it can be flawless next time around.

I really hated it here and didn't buy a car. The employees were all angry and just made me feel like not buying a car from them. Even the employees who were not helping me were having open conversations about how much they hated their jobs. The funny thing is that I was actually going to buy a car here, but the salesman took 2 weeks to follow up with me after my visit. I ended up buying a Lexus while waiting for the BMW dealer to return my calls.

I bought a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP ( @ a BMW dealership ) about 2 weeks ago from CA Andy Chau , as is no warranty , 83,000 , rode the bus up to the city , drove it home and the check engine light comes on , figured I was on my own , well let me tell everyone that I was really impressed with Andy , he is a solid professional all the way down the line , he stepped up post sale and got my back. I wound up meeting a service advisor today by the name of Joel Elkins , this guy gets serious props , he went to bat for me like he knew me personally , I got a tire replaced N/C , and a rather expensive exhaust repair to fix my problem with the check engine malfunction N/C , neither one of these gentlemen had to give me the time of day but they did 110% , Andy and Joel are two outstanding guys at Seattle BMW , both of them are standup as far as I'm concerned , Thank you both ( as well as the tech I met who worked on my car today , I lost your name but I will see you again )

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned 528i from BMW of Seattle, and my experience with everyone there was amazing! From the ladies at the front desk, our sales advisors and my finance person... everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was assisted by both Miles and Marty - and their customer service and knowledge was outstanding. They took the time to show me every single feature that the car had and truly were BMW enthusiasts which I can definitely appreciate. The facilities, service, knowledge and inventory there was by far superior to BMW of Bellevue... if you are in the market for a car and want a BMW - go to Seattle!

One of the worst dealerships in Seattle such a bummer for BMW. Forget about there stuff how they treated the costume and of course never answer the phone. I had experience with General Manager his name Steve Bates is unprofessional, and don t know what is MORALS. He definitely need to learn how to deal with people. I will never buy BMW again in my life. Worst experience ever. They should get rid of this kind stuff. I was not expecting something like this from German brand to have have stuff like him. stay away if you please there are not human feel bad for some of bmw stuff who s work with this kind of person.............................

Can t say enough good things about my experience with BMW of Seattle. I worked with Benson Yim who was absolutely outstanding. Benson actually located two different options for me from out of state dealerships. He spent a lot of time going over each car and their list of options. Benson helped me with my trade in and when my new car came in, was extremely informative and went over functions and features. I was pleased at the ease of the transaction. What they said would happen is exactly what did. No hidden costs or surprises. I can t recommend Benson enough. He s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and thorough. Bait and switch scam! My car was imported from US ...

Bait and switch scam! My car was imported from US to Canada so I had to get my car serviced in the US as it still included service according to BMW. I called ahead of time to confirm this. I gave them my VIN and they said it is correct that if I bring my car over they will do the regular service for free. I traveled 124 miles and made a road trip out of it. When I got there they said I do not have the service agreement and I had to pay out of pocket. Since I was there they just went ahead and dod the service and I basically had to pay the same price I would have paid in Canada but in US dollars. Never going back there again.

They offered me way under what my car was worth on trade all because it was modified and they would have to cover it under their short term used warranty. The modifications were suspension and they don t break, so there should have been no concern. The sales staff I did work with was nice; their used manager has to have a screw loose.

Although there were a couple of delays experienced...

Although there were a couple of delays experienced during the purchase of my car - largely due to reasons beyond my advisor's (Ashraf Aried) control - which caused me to spend long hours examining the cars in the showroom, the decor of the place, the photographs, and scrutinizing the architecture of the building...in the end BMW Seattle delivered. Ashraf conducted himself well and made the best of a disadvantageous situation. He was friendly, courteous, patient and professional, and above all showed great care for his customer, and in seeing the deal go through. Good ownership on his part. I left the facility satisfied, with a tank full of gas, curtesy BMW Seattle and Ashraf Aried.

Marta Cano-Hinz was patient, professional and efficient. She listened to my needs and found ways to meet them without a trace of condescension (which she had every right to be since my insurance card was expired and I had to provide it via email). She drove us out of the spot, even though it's a stick, and took us to a place where we could look at and evaluate the car in a meaningful way. She didn't insist it was perfect or flawless, and was willing to have a relaxed dialogue about its comparative strengths and weaknesses in relation to the other cars I was looking at.

I was exhausted after a long day at work, and I'm sure she was as well, when I arrived. I deeply appreciate the fact that she didn't try to get me to be "happy" with overly bubbly behavior. Instead she accepted -- and returned -- my polite-but-firm demeanor, which allowed us to get through the negotiation process quickly.

I'd definitely buy from Marta again.

The service is really awesome. All the employees are very warm and welcoming. Special mention to Ashraf, who went above and beyond to help me buy my first car. He is a very delightful person and made sure I was able to get the best rates and personally helped me collect all the required documents within no time. His service is impeccable. Also a special mention to Andy who helped me understand all the financial details and made sure nothing is overlooked while signing the papers. My 2015 car was serviced last Thursday. Simple annual checkup. On Friday when I headed to work there was a terrible crackling sound. The whirring continued throughout my commute. I called service and explained the prior day service and the first words from the service person's mouth were "we didn't do that". I was transferred and the support contact person was less obvious but it certainly felt like BMW was saying everything they could to distance themselves from the problem. I went in Saturday to have it looked at. After an hour plus i was told that when they changed the micro filter a leaf got into the filter and was sucked up by the the blower motor. (Something to that effect). I get that honest mistakes happen. Where I was put off was the distancing from the problem and then after the problem was uncovered there was no simple apology for "sorry for your inconvenience". I was told there would be "no charge" several times but the issue was the time and inconvenience. A simple "we're so sorry" would have meant everything.

This saleswoman named Joy were just simply terrible.
I had offer from audi but my wife like this x3 better. So I simply said I have offer from audi can you do little better deal that she offer. BTW deal was 1000 off from 2021 x3.
She simply said. Audi is cheap car if I wanna drive cheap car I should head over to buy that car..
Terrible customer service. Terrible sales skill.
Just awful experience.
P.s. I ended up buying audi Q5 with exactly same msrp with x3.

I took my BMW 535i car to get ride of three minor ...

I took my BMW 535i car to get ride of three minor issues and two issues were taken care and I am really happy with the service. One issue out of the three was the Smell that was coming when the AC was turned on and they tried couple of things like changing the micro fiber filter, cleaning the went, etc. But still the smell is not gone and it is still bothering me. I am not sure what to do and i am not happy to get into the car and feel like driving.

My service experience with BMW Seattle has been HORRIBLE! I m a first time BMW owner. I experienced a flat tire. I called the service center so I could come in (I was previously told I had so make an appointment for any type service). THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I went for 2 days. No call. I had to take my car to Les Schwab where they put a used tire on as a temporary fix. When I took my car into Seattle BMW, they NOT check to see that I DID have the 5 Year Wheel and Tire warranty, they replaced the temporary tire with a new $450.00 tire and now they refuse to honor my warranty.

They didn t believe that I called. So I produced phone records. They didn t believe that Les Schwab declared the old tire unusable- I produced proof! Still they will not honor my warranty that I paid extra for.

I expected more from Seattle BMW!!
Now I m in search of a new BMW Service shop.

When I purchased my Subaru I got a call from the dealership to make sure everything was going well. I was asked if I had questions or needed assistance with any of the electronics on the car. I was sent a hand written Thank You note. None of that happened at BMW Seattle. They certainly need to step up their game.

DON'T GO TO THAT LOCATION... THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
MY CAR WAS NOT FIXED AND I HAD A WEEK WASTED, MONEY AND TIME!!!

My car is a convertible and still, under warranty, that being said one of the arms to the top is leaking and needed to be replaced. it was freezing when being lowered and raised.
my mechanic took it to the Seattle location where they had it for a week. when I went to get my car after being told it was ready for pickup and that they had my name and the keys waiting for me, the desk girl told me they had no record of my car or me and I told her it is the car sitting out front. the girl then said she has no idea where the car records are... she acted like she had no idea how to do her job. they made me wait for 30 minutes before giving me my car they as I drove off the lot my tire sensor went off telling me I had a flat! I was really low and I don't see how they didn't notice it!
that is their job right?
to top it all off they didn't even fix the car!!!!! the hydraulic arm was still leaking and the top was still not working they didn't do any work to my car they just kept it for a week!!! I had to pay for a lyft the whole WEEK.

I've purchased two cars at BMW Seattle in the past...

I've purchased two cars at BMW Seattle in the past month. I love the process of receiving new cars (who doesn't), but normally hate the experience of buying cars. The process is usually akin to falling into a meat grinder for me.

I have to say that the sales and delivery process is not only painless, but it was actually enjoyable. Informing, knowledgable and friendly staff made the process quick and easyo to both come to a deal, but to take delivery.

It made me go back a month later for another car. I will go back again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

They've remodeled in the last year revamping their dealership and their service center. From fresh coffee to fruit or pastries they will welcome you in on a cold morning. All of their staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

I've had bad experiences at places like Lexus but I've never had a negative interaction with BMW.

I rarely write reviews but Stanley Ng at BMW Seattle definitely deserves praise for helping us purchase our new x5 ride. He made the process super easy for us and was so patient and kind! Not once in the process did we feel rushed, judged or pressured! Thanks Stanley!

I purchased a 2020 BMW 840i xDrive today. The sales person, Ashraf, made the whole process of purchasing a car including negotiation for the price of the new car and the trade in so easy and simple. He said in the beginning that he was working for me. You usually wouldn t believe that from a car sales person. But he actually did. He talks straight forward, and is a person of integrity. He worked so hard to make the deal I wanted possible. I ve purchased many cars in my life but this was by far the best car shopping experience, period. If you are looking to buy a BMW, new or used. I highly recommend Ashraf at BMW Seattle.

Everyone seems to, or is doing a good job of pretending, be embracing the new safety protocols and Andrew Massart continues to be a rockstar. After my X5 started throwing a DEF warning and threatening shutdown, Massart knew just what to do and got it sorted out for me with perfect communication and appropriate accomodation. It's a bummer the loaner car situation is currently bleak, but otherwise it was all fives!

Please pass along my thanks not just to Andrew, but the entire service team; I can see their smiles underneath the masks!

I just bought a BMW down in Portland and wanted to get it inspected and get a wheel lock key for my tires. I called to see if they had those in stock and spoke to Cory in the parts department, he was extremely helpful knowing I was driving from far away and that that key is something they have to fit in person had me send photos over of my tires to see if he could match the key before I drove all that way and was able to be sure they had the one i needed. So i drove out there to pick that up and see if they could inspect my car with no appointment, they got me in no problem & To say that I am amazed by the service there is an understatement. I was nervous going Inside because of Covid-19 i had been staying isolated and I am just amazed about how much effort was put into keeping that environment safe and clean. Overall i was there for a few hours, they had all the seating spaced out, completely cleaned&wiped down the whole seating area about 6 times, had hand sanitizer, wipes, gloves available. Plastic shields at the service counter. They had me on my way home in about half the time i was expecting. Everyone was super helpful. I will definitely be choosing them to service my car period. They are about 2 hours each way for me and there is a closer option but its worth the drive.
