I have to say this was my first experience with BMW of Nashville since my move here from Indianapolis, IN and I was truly impressed with the service and professionalism shown and given from start to finish. Kevin Dittler was my service advisor and he was top notch, I had my front brakes done and there was a rebate for the servicing and he had gathered the information, had everything completely filled out ready for me when I picked up my car, all I had to do is stick it in an envelope and mail it. I noticed he had an award in his area for service advisor of the month for April 2016, it's no wonder. My car is a 2004 330ci but I drove away feeling like it was a 2017, thanks to the entire BMW of Nashville Team for making my first experience an exceptional experience!!!

The waiting room was very comfy...and Safety was at a premium with all the staff and customers required to wear face coverings. In my time of need they were the best. ...I even got a few things from Bob in the Parts department...Definitely My Dealership...

Everyone in the service department went out of their way being polite. I booked my appointment online and that was really easy. Love my BMW X5.

Had one of the best buying experiences at BMW of Nashville. My sales rep Phil Castillo treated me like gold and was super attentive and helpful. When I picked up the car they treated me to a "Red Carpet" experience and made me feel so special. It was a refreshing customer experience.

Good customer service, but because the indicator light was not on, at the time of service, the reservoir wasn't checked. My steering fluid was extremely low and my husband had to add it the next day. I mention this because I came in due to the light being on a day earlier.

Working with Ryan and the BMW team was GREAT! I decided to not finance through them which added additional steps in the process. The communication was very smooth and seamless. The team is very proactive and had all the paper work ready to go and sent to my lien holder immediately. When we went to go pick up my truck, we were in and out in less than an hour! Huge thank you to the team, and HUGE shout out to Ryan for making this purchase so easy!

I will say that my overall experience at this plac...

I will say that my overall experience at this place was acceptable. The few problems that I had were as follows. The vehicle that we looked at had a cleanable stain on the driver's seat ( corrected ) . We also found a razor blade lying on the back seat. The salesman seemed to be knowledgeable, but there seemed to be a problem locating the keys to the vehicle. Timing seemed to be a problem because we had a long wait between the salesman and the accountant. Also, there was a discrepancy between what the salesman was saying about the financing , and what the accountant said. Also, no one told us that there was a $599 processing fee. We bought the vehicle and received only one key. Also floor mats were missing (corrected ). We had made an appointment on Saturday to view and test drive this vehicle Monday afternoon . So, I found a lot of room for improvement.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic. She understood we were starting our search, and provided multiple prospects over three weeks. She gets Five stars + from us. The only issue, no one told us we had to do maintenance at BMW or the warranty was in jeopardy. If I had known that, I would not have spent so much time looking for a CPO. I generally have a local independent trusted shop do scheduled maintenance, told that would jeopardize CPO warranty. Because this is our daughter s car, we spent the money for the prepaid maintenance. CPO is a racket if you can only have maintenance provided at a BMW dealership.

They promote cars on their website at a very low price but it's simply to attract shoppers and try to up2 sale them. The car didn't exist. I will say it was Not the sales person himself. He was very nice. Low pressure himself & we could tell he felt very uncomfortable about it. It took upper mgmt quite a long time to come forth on it and say they don't actually have the car advertised. Ended up buying Jaguar and was much more expensive but they were very honest & forth coming.

My first visit to this dealership. I have been a BMW owner for nine years now and I own two. I'm not looking forward to taking the X5 to this dealership. Very crowded and very busy. You are treated like a number here. Every other dealership I was treated like family. I was offered a coolant flush and in the hustle and bustle of it all agreed but when I got home I looked through my records and saw where I had just got it done last two years (recommended every three years) at another BMW dealership. He asked me how my windshield wipers were and I wanted to say I'm paying you $800 why don't you check and see if they need to be replaced. Be warned!

The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of my service writer Brad Cochran if I could it would be 0 stars. I really hope that I will be able to get a different service writer for my service needs in the future. He even got in my face and yelled at me, he really needs to work on his customer service skills. I would give the Service Manager 5 stars, he is a great manager and quickly resolved the issue.

Besides the fact that the BMW is a great automobile (and we own two of them), Michael Ayers and Jamie Stratman are the service writer's service writers. They are cordial and accommodating, but more importantly, no-nonsense and business-like. When it comes to an investment like the BMW that's a real bonus.

But they saw my circumstance and worked with me and I couldn't be happier about it. There are a lot of gray areas in car maintenance and it's nice to see the corporate side work with the customer.

I have had the most absolute awful experience at this location, my wife took her car in for a diagnostic because her dash kept cutting off while driving and it was scaring her. Come to find out it was a recall because of a manufacturing defect, all she wanted was the vehicle fixed. They recommended that she change her oil and she told them no for all the extra additions that they were recommending. They told her that it would get taken care of inferring that no charge would be added and when she picked the vehicle up a week later she had over $300 in charges for an oil change and some carbon fiber vinyl being removed from the vehicle. If you don t have much knowledge about vehicles do not take your vehicle here. I will never recommend anyone to buy from here or take here to get serviced. Very disappointed with my experience.

Salesman was awesome, service after the sale was not so great.

We had David as our salesman and after we told him what we were looking for he showed us the lot and really took his time with us. We bought a Ford Edge, 2012 and bought an extended warranty because there were already 60k miles on it. We ended up trading the car in after a few months because of some major issues that ended up not being covered by that warranty. I called the finance department to get the prorated portion back. It's been 4 months and I can't get anyone to update me on the status of my money or anyone to return a call. Super disappointed.

Great place to shop for your next BMW. The facility is incredibly awesome. Great salespeople to work with and I enjoyed the technician that comes out and demonstrates all the features of your new BMW. I would advise all yo just please check your paperwork before signing. I was overcharge by $1000 over the internet sales price and after more than 2 weeks, still working to resolve this issue.

They sold me a fine used truck this last Saturday. I won't name names, but they pulled the wool over our eyes on permaplate protection for the vehicle, applied it to the car with tricky false consent, and charged us an additional $500 for the product. Sales told me to talk to financing about removing the products because they were optional. When I got back to financing I was told sales had me sign for it. This is why people don't trust dealerships. This is almost a week's paycheck for me. Happy with my purchase, just not sales and financing.

Prices seemed excessive compared to other dealer quotes, paid for $200 recommended service and at payment found that $64 of the price was to reset service lights. Special on oil change was not communicated, had to find it on web while researching other charges. Not what I expected from this level of vehicle ownership.

I received excellent service on my 750Li from Kenneth and BMW of Nashville! I was in town on a girls' trip (I live in Memphis) and had the horrible luck of getting a flat tire which actually ended up being a (much worse) cracked wheel. He was sympathetic to my situation and understood that my car issue was disrupting my vacation. Even though I came into the service department unnanounced and there were no loaner cars available, he had my car fixed quickly and made it possible for my friends and me to have lunch while we waited. While having car trouble on my trip was far from enjoyable, Kenneth and BMW Nashville did a great job making the repairs go as smoothly and quickly as possible!

I wrote a review a few days ago but I think Google may have deleted it. Anyways I cant say enough great things about this place. I came in to buy a USED jeep and Omar provided EXCELLENT service. (Even though I felt like I didnt belong there with all the expensive BMWs lol) I'm so happy I came in and purchased my jeep. Michael Green was the financier and he was so nice and informative about everything I asked him. I was not pressured into buying anything and Omar was very direct and honest about all the vehicles. Great team thank you for my car!!

I am writing this review to share how disgusted I ...

I am writing this review to share how disgusted I am with the service department at BMW of Nashville. My mom leased her 320xi from BMW of Nashville in May of 2014. Shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle there were a few problems, one being that the TPMS light would keep illuminating indicating that one of the tires had low pressure. Each time she would take the car in, they claimed to check the tires for punctures and told her none were low or had any punctures even though one of the rear tires would lose pressure over about a weeks time. Now this week the car was taken in for an oil change and of course the TPMS light being on. This time she was told that there is a nail in one of the tires and that she needed to replace all 4 tires due to them being worn out. The car has just over 20,000 miles on it at this point and the tread on the tires is no where close to being worn out. I work professionally as a mechanic for another manufacture and am shocked at how unprofessional the service department is at this dealership. There is no excuse for trying to take advantage of someone and sell them services they do not need. The level of customer service that should be delivered as a BMW customer is far from being achieved at this dealership.

After much research for a first car for my son, the selection and prices of this BMW Pre-owned in the 100 Oaks area of Nashville (a Sonic Automotive owned dealership) were head and shoulders above other dealerships. Ryan DeWolfe was great to work with on being efficient with the paperwork to create an early birthday surprise. There were a few follow-up items that I presented to Ryan and her team. They were extremely responsive to my questions and my son loves his gently used vehicle. I'd definitely recommend working with Ryan and look forward to purchasing another vehicle there soon.

Took my car to BMW Nashville and AJ helped me out. My car needed a part replaced and AJ was very professional and was able to provide a time frame of when this would arrive and be completed. I was given a loaner vehicle for about a week which did not disrupt my daily routines at all. Quick and easy! Thank you AJ!

I went to BMW of Nashville and was instantly greeted by an associate. Mitchell Pope took time to listen to what I was looking for. He didn t pressure me to look at several cars and did not show me anything that was out of my price range. He understood my concerns and was able to address any concerns I had. Once I selected the vehicle I wanted the process continued to be smooth and efficient. Everything was handled with ease and l felt heard, valued and treated as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. They even checked in with me the following day to make sure I was pleased. Everyone I spoke with was kind and greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend seeing Mitchell Pope at BMW of Nashville on Armory Oaks Dr. The Customer Service surpassed any I ve ever received at a dealership. Oh, and I m loving my new vehicle!

When I purchased my CPO vehicle, we were repeatedly told it would just be 15-20 minutes, then after an hour, would be told the same thing. The service was pitiful. After 3 hours I finally got my car (I drove 8 hours to be there, they knew I was coming, knew I was out of state, but still weren t even slightly prepared to sell me the already agreed upon car at the already agreed upon price)
I was willing to brush that aside because I was happy with the car
Then, they gave me 30 day tags and told me the title company would contact me to get me the title.
25 days later, I call to ask why no one has contacted me and they inform me that the title company has a 30 day turnaround. But my tags expired, so that had to be extended
Now, the title company finally contacts me and tells me I have to have it inspected, which is true, but I told them I have to have the title to do so, which is what they require. After having to explain that, they tell me my title is at the inspection location. I told them I needed it, but they insisted it be there. I get there, wait in line for an hour, just to be told that not only is it not there, but that they do not accept titles via mail, and that any newly purchased vehicle the title has to be sent to the purchaser (ME) like I said originally
This has been the most ridiculous cluster I have ever dealt with. I won t be purchasing a BMW EVER again, and certainly not from BMW of Nashville
