Salesman was awesome, service after the sale was not so great.

We had David as our salesman and after we told him what we were looking for he showed us the lot and really took his time with us. We bought a Ford Edge, 2012 and bought an extended warranty because there were already 60k miles on it. We ended up trading the car in after a few months because of some major issues that ended up not being covered by that warranty. I called the finance department to get the prorated portion back. It's been 4 months and I can't get anyone to update me on the status of my money or anyone to return a call. Super disappointed.
