Had some issues with my last service appointment. Prices seemed excessive compared to other dealer quotes, paid for $200 recommended service and at payment found that $64 of the price was to reset service lights. Special on oil change was not communicated, had to find it on web while researching other charges. Not what I expected from this level of vehicle ownership.
