Service advisor Kenneth Swezea was very helpful in getting me through in a timely manner for my first service appointment with the dealership. Kenneth was very professional and efficient.
Everyone in the service department went out of their way being polite. I booked my appointment online and that was really easy. Love my BMW X5.
