My experience has not been great so far and i always felt service technician was more interested on how much it can be charged than service.
Here is quick summary what i had gone through.
I have 04 745I. I was using gear switch wrongly and used both parking and drive mode same time couple of times. It resulted to get 'transmission fault' message. However, it was coming only when I start the vehicle and then goes out in 2 secs.
Stage 1:
it was taken to dealer and eventually i paid close to $700 with battery replacement and reprogramming of the vehicle. I was told reprogramming helped to resolved the issue and since battery was anyway due to replacement [not sure though] , they changed it.
NOTE: i paid $700.
Stage 2:
after getting the vehicle within 3 weeks, i did same mistake and got same message. I took the vehicle to showroom and here are my surprises:
A. I was told to pay $150 for another diagnostics test. Remember i went there less than a month.
B. I did it and then i was told it did not come anything and i need to pay $600 for additional test. YES, $600 just for additional diagnostics test, NOT repair. They told me repair cost would be different once its diagnosed. I did not do additional test that day.
This was absolutely crazy. Under no circumstances any one should pay $750 just to diagnose the issue.
I was sure it should be simple thing and i was able to connect dots what i was doing and how i got same message. Once i called them and requested for if I can do only 'reprograming', i was told it would cost another $200 and if the issue is not resolved, they can t be accountable for same.
Guess what, I did some research and took my vehicle to another repair store in Nashville who are famous for servicing European car, they have great reviews. They have got all equipment for diagnostic and reprograming any European cars. they are in business for more than 40 years.
Not only they listened me carefully as i explained everything, they reset it and as i expected, they charged me around $90 to reprogram it and everything got resolved. YES, NO FURTHER MESSAGE ON SCREEN AND ISSUE GOT RESOLVED for $90!!!
my entire experience with BMW showroom has been extremely bad, may be its one of that case, however, i felt i was treated more like money machine than BMW user who is looking for great service with reasonable price.
I will probably never go back to BMW of Nashville for any work unless it s the last option.
As of now, I became permanent customer of that shop in Nashville. They are in broadway, downtown.

This was by far the most horrible customer service. I will promise to never deal with BMW of Nashville again. Asking for a payment $1000 to hold a car, that we ve never seen...and even made an appointment (which was confirmed 30 mins before hand to the dealership to make sure the car was available) only to learn that it was sold 10 minutes before our arrival time. (Per the manager) I am beyond shocked. This whole day was a big waste of time texting photos back and fourth the whole day while my husband was driving back from Knoxville for work, and myself working as well.

This experience was the upmost disrespectful experience I have encountered with any sales consultant.

If you want great customer service go to Lexus of Nashville.

Very dissatisfied with this car buying experience. My boyfriend bought his car from here about 5 monthes ago and has yet to receive his license plate. Customer service has been very poor. He is now on his 5th drive out tag, which is against the law in the state of Tennesse and I do not understand why a simple call back could not happen. I have left a few messages and they have all been kind. I understand that it is a lost title situation however I have worked in the car business and it should not take this long to apply for a new title. I would not buy from this lot ever again. Something must be going on behind the scenes. I have been very kind until this point but I do not want other people to go through this stress such as we have.

The service manager, Michael Janca, at BMW CPO Nashville is one of the kindest and most helpful people I ve ever worked with in my personal car maintenance history! After getting a flat tire on my way in to get my car serviced, Michael went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best overall experience possible. From communicating with him about the status of my car, to delivering a loaner vehicle, to then delivering my car once it was ready- it was outstanding. Thank you, Michael!!! He deserves a pay raise for this alone.

Brandon Burdette is an awesome Service Manager. He goes above and beyond to ensure my service experience is always a 10 and this time was no exception. I leave feeling like I just bought a new BMW because it rides and looks as good as those displayed on the showroom floor. You can't ask for a better service experience as the one I received!!!!
Love you Brandon!!!

Another great day of service with Brandon. He is awesome!

I had a drop off car appt. After 4 days and no return call from the 2 vm I left, I finally called and asked to speak to a manager who was on vacation. Several people then tried to locate my car and kept asking what color it was. The information provided at pickup still had the previous owner personal information on it even though I had provided my information several times. The car was serviced, but I'm still trying to determine if the recall work was completed and why I couldn't find out why the service engine light was on and once again find myself with no return call. Overall, a really bad experience.

Purchased a BMW i3 last week from Carol Lawson with the help of her coworker Chad. They were both amazing and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Carol is extremely helpful, super sweet, and resourceful. This was our 3rd luxury vehicle purchase in Nashville (all 3 different dealerships) and it was by far our favorite.

I had a great experience with everyone I was in contact with at the dealership. I started my process with Eric, and he me my family and I for test drive. we didn't end up buying that vehicle, but found another we liked better. Bipul, our salesperson, was great to work with. fast communication and really was interested in providing the best customer service. the car buying experience for me was nice and somewhat laid back. not high pressure at all

My name is David High. Around a year ago I was in ...

My name is David High. Around a year ago I was in the market for a new vehicle. Being a Veteran of the United States Army I heard the bad reputation of how dealerships close to base are to soldiers. Friends of mine recommended I take the hour-long drive to BMW of Nashville. I decided to go, to see what they had to offer. After finding a car of my interest I decided to close the deal on a 08 Subaru STI. The man reason I decide to go with this purchase was because it was offered with a warranty. I have not messed with the vehicle in any way shape or form of modification since when I got it from the dealership. About 1 or 2 months ago my timing belt blew. When taken to the shop it was found to have internal damage done, due to it having an interference engine. Easy-care the warranty company that I purchased would not honor the contract. The repair bill totals over $5,200. It took Easy-Care a whole month to even tell me they weren t going to cover it. The whole time I thought my car was being taken care of. I had to call them for me to even find out they weren t going to cover it. I explained to easy care and the dealership multiple times that I was ordered to move to further my military career. I constantly tried to get in Contact with BMW of Nashville managers to fix my problem. I corresponded Paul Chisenhall, Greg King, Ryan Ziegler, Phillip Johnson, Constance Markou, and the GM John McClarty. Most of which were managers in some way shape or form. I constantly had problems getting in contact with some of the staff. I felt like I just kept being pushed off to someone else to be there problem. I ve emailed the GM Mr. McClarty multiple times to resolve this asking for correspondence back to no avail. When I talked to the finance manager Ms. Constance she finally shed some light on why easy care was not covering my vehicle and showed the reasons the adjuster listed. He listed the multiple deficiencies on why the car shouldn t be covered. Every one of them made me realize the gentleman did not know either his job or cars or at least my car. Everything he listed was incorrect. He listed all the parts that come stock on the car as modifications. If I had some of the stuff he listed I would not have even been able to register my car which is how I know he was not the most competent of his company s staff. He saw my friend s programmer in my truck that does not even hook-up to my car, and listed that as a modification. The icing on the cake was when he listed the two advertising stickers on my rear window as modifications. I responded to BMW of Nashville s GM John McClarty about this still not earning a response. This is still on going, and has not been resolved. I have not gotten any contact from them unless I somehow get lucky enough to get someone on the phone. Now all that BMW of Nashville is trying to do pay me the pro-rated amount of getting out of the warranty of $470. To me this seems like they are just trying to cover themselves by getting me out the contract so they don t have to cover for the warranty. If I wanted to be treated this poorly I would have stayed close to base and buy the same car with less miles that was $4,000 cheaper. The way they have made me feel as a customer through this ordeal is sickening. I will never forget how this company has made me feel, and treated me as a combat veteran. I deploy often, and one of the things I look forward to when I get home is driving my car. I can t even look forward to that now thanks to Easy-Care not honoring the warranty, and the apparent lack of caring it seems from BMW of Nashville. BEWARE OF BUYING A CAR OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS OR WARRANTYS THEY SALE YOU!!!!

Extremely positive experience!!! I started my search via the internet and email and everyone was very helpful, responsive and informative. I then stopped by for a test drive with Zorro and again was provided with answers to all of my questions and felt as though everyone did all they could to get me the best deal on my new X3. Finally, Michael Mayo was outstanding when it cam to writing up the purchase. He was helpful, friendly and informative through every step of the process and did not pressure me about anything. I could not be happier with my purchase experience and look forward to working with the service department and anyone else I may need assistance from at BMW. Thank you!!!

This dealership was great up until the point of sale. After that I had so many problems with finance and documentation. I called and left several messages for the general manager but he can t even take time out of his day to return my call. I purchased my car from them over two months ago and still have yet to finish up with the state of Arkansas on the title. I like the BMW product but this dealership fell WAY below my expectations. Won t be doing business with this dealership again.

They helped me replace my tires even without appointment. However i didn't get any proration for the older tires that should have lasted for another 20k miles. The excuse was due to fine prints (e.g. rotation...) in the wear warranty. Since I do all my services at the dealership, I believe that they should have done, or at least reminded me of, these rules. I will buy my next set of tires from another store.

My advisor was Brandon Burdette who I cannot praise enough. After a misunderstanding when I arrived, he handled the problem very professionally. Needless to say I was a little irritated that there was a problem but I must say even though he did not make a mistake, he handled the problem to my satisfaction.

He is a great BMW representative and was a pleasure to work with.

Horrible! Do not do business with this dealership! We purchased a car from them over 60 days ago, and we're still waiting on our tag. We received a temp extension tag after 30 days, but can't seem to get them to send another extension tag. We've called several times this week with "promises of a call back and resolution" but nothing. Sales rep is no longer there and we keep getting passed around, with no resolution.

We just had a very difficult situation with our BMW X 3, we felt frustrated and lost with no clue in what to do. BMW Customers Satisfaction Department lead us to talk about the issue with BMW of Nashville. If I tell you all the things this team of dedicated people did to solve our problem, you won't believe me. We received calls from everywhere and from everybody trying to help us. The BMW of Nashville Service Manager, the service advisor Brad Cocharn multiple times, BMW Murfreesboro Office, and others. They order the part from Germany and fixed the car. I recommend BMW of Nashville to anyone for anything you might face with your car. This guys make you feel like family.
Thank you BMW of Nashville!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Over the years that I've been seeking service though, I've noticed that the availability of a loaner car is never the earliest day an appointment can be made. Sometimes it's days out. Sometimes it's more than a week out. The two service advisors I've worked with have always been very pleasant. I like the updated text messages and emails with invoice details.

I've brought in 3 different cars into the service department here for BMW airbag recalls. The customer service at the counter is top notch. The new lobby design helps me work while I wait.
The parts counter is great and friendly as well. I've order several specialty bolts and even a new key here. They are always prompt to call me when things arrive in and they are super helpful.
The pricing on service here is a little high in my opinion. Whenever I've had service completed here they do a multi point inspection. The quotes they normally provide seem to be really high compared to other shops. Luckily I do most of the work myself.

From the moment I called to check for availability of the vehicle I was interested in I knew that their customer service was high on their priority list. I was assigned to John Bergeron, a sales man but also a BMW afficionado which made the experience so much more fun and times better. John and I had a blast througout the entire process. He made the dealing and negotiations go so smooth. At the end of the day I walked out with the car I wanted at a very good and reasonable price and with a new friend. Oh and also with a bag full of BMW swag. I drove from out of town since the BMW dealership in town couldnt match or better BMW of Nashville's offer. I am so glad I came her and worked with John to get my first Beemer. GO SEE JOHN!!!

I bought a new car from BMW of Nashville last week. My salesperson, Seven Campbell was a pleasure to work with as were the other employees I came in contact with. Our service visit yesterday was not a good one. It started with a communication breakdown between the garage crew, our Service Rep, and us. When we checked in, we identified our Service Rep and was told to go ahead inside and we would be contacted. Nothing happened for an hour until we had our Service Rep paged for help. Everything else went ok until we were checked out. There was a difference in the total charge from what was previously quoted over the phone as a final cost. I challenged the difference and our Service Rep corrected the amount to the previously quoted amount. Finally, a "Service Malfunction Light" was not flagged nor noted during our servicing by the technicians. I noticed it when I arrived at home. Wish this faulty brake light issue would have been noted and corrected before getting on the road. Sadly it was our worst visit to date.

On July 11th I made arrangements with the dealership to drive before I buy a 4 series that met my specs. The dealership knew I was driving from Fort Walton Beach, FL for the car and I was told it would be "gassed up and ready for me to drive at 0900". I had a friend take off work, just as I did, to drive me to Nashville to get the car and to my surprise I didn't see the car when we arrived at 0930. Note: I called the sales lady who I was in communication with the day before the appointment and at 0830 to let her know I was going to be late. After an hour she was through with a customer she discovered that the car was sold the previous day. Needless to say I was disappointed. I told them that no only did I take 2 days off to come to see the car my friend did also. I was flabbergasted. Representing the Management, Juan (who nobody can tell me he is a sales manager) said he would knock off extra on a car if I buy one. Perhaps I should have left then. As they scrambled to find another car nothing interesting could be found. The saleslady told me there was a car meeting my specifications in the Quality Assurance Line. I agreed to look at it and liked it. It was in a line to be inspected, wasn't cleaned out, but hey its certified... Juan tells us to have lunch at the steak house by the dealership and bring the receipt back as I debated on the car. Over lunch, which Juan said was on the dealership and I provided the receipt we paid, I decided to buy the car and made an offer and it was returned with a whooping 500 dollar discount. I made clear to him that they have jerked me around. The after leaving that afternoon I remembered that they didn't reimburse me for the meal and I called about the about reimbursement from the saleslady and never heard a peep again. Insulting considering how we were treated. Anyway, after further negotiation we agreed on an amount, but not because of a good deal and price, but I found a suitable car and bought it. The story gets worse...

The next day, while traveling, I noticed the right front fender skirt was painter over (white car) to hide a good scrape and a scrape on the front right rim. You have to look closely but its a M series rim and not cheap and being certified it shouldn't be damaged. That same day (sunday)I just happened to get an email from the dealership asking about the service I got and I told them this story and that I noticed the damage and I didn't think the car ever made it through the "QA lane" if they didn't notice it. I believe that if they did, they ignored it because a "Certified" car shouldn't be sold with that damage. Again, not a word back from the dealership.

Now for another nice nugget of customer service. On the financing sheet I told them that New Mexico tax is 3%. "Our system says 7 and we cannot change it. The state of New Mexico will give you the difference when you register it." New Mexico DMV said that was crazy and they will have to reimburse me. Now I am stuck with hundreds of dollars in needless tax out of my pocket to boot.

I have tried to call the Sales Manager. No answer. I never got a response from my email. With these issues in mind, it is my hope that the car doesn't have anymore issues. My recommendation is that if you want to be treated like you are lucky to have them sell you a car, lied to, by all means have a great time and enjoy your BMW.

From the very beginning it was an awful experience. This was my second time dealing with them and it was a nightmare. I went in to get my UV bulb changed on my 06' X5 and to get a decal put on my car. I dropped my car off at 1 and took the courtesy shuttle because they never have rental cars available. In the shuttle the driver was trying to come off as cool by talking about how he outruns cops on his motorcycle and is able to text and drive by wearing sunglasses. Needles to say I felt unsafe and wanted to get out of the car as soon as possible. He also stated how I have the worst service advisor in the whole department (which I already knew) and he said that I should cut my losses and get a Honda because its way better than a BMW. I returned back to the dealership at 5 and no progress had been made on my car. He didn't call me, I had to go pry him for more information. He couldn't figure out what the problem was and said if he had another hour he would be able to maybe figure it out but that the mechanics were leaving soon. I wasted a 38 mile trip to get my car fixed and they had done nothing. He said he would then call me the next day and failed to do that as well. He offered to get my car and bring a rental and never returned my phone calls or followed up with that offer. They were nothing but talk, extremely rude, and there was an up charge on everything. It was such a bad experience that I have to drive to the Atlanta dealership to get my car worked on because they at least always provide the greatest service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We had to get a lot of repairs done to our car, so it took a few days to get it back. We knew that before we dropped it off, so that was fine. We're from Clarksville and fought the idea of driving into Nashville for repairs, but it was worth it. Everything was fixed and we got back a nice running car- and clean! We dropped off a mechanical nightmare that was filthy and the staff not only fixed the inside, but also detailed the outside! Above and beyond service. We will definitely make the drive back to BMW for all our service needs! Thank you all for your wonderful service!

Pickup was easy-covered under warranty. Invoice correct. Vehicle cleaned and washed. Unfortunately, less than 24-hours later-check engine light on again. Service advisor apologetic-arranged loaner and the process is being repeated. Advised that a part had to be ordered, requires waiting for the part . . . but all-in-all, that happens. I was very pleased with my experience at BMW of Nashville. I arrived before schedule and still got to drive the car I wanted and my trade in valued. Incredible customer experience provided by Brandon B. in service! When I first arrived customer drop-off was busy but Brandon took ownership, checked me in, and arranged my transportation back to work. My car was in for a recall which was taken care of quickly and when I returned Brandon again took care of me quickly and got me back on the road. I hesitated to give 5 Stars because of the issues I'm having with oil leaks on my daughter's 07 X3 . The car is blowing through oil gaskets at oil pan and oil filter housing ..... with 120k(ish) miles I'm having to replace these gaskets for a 2nd time! The recall fix is suppose to prevent undo pressure on oil gaskets but BMW should at least provide heavily discounted pricing to fix these issues caused by their errors. I have Chevy products with over 200k miles and never have had such issues. Needless to say I'm no longer a BMW fan but Brandon deserved the 5 Stars for his service.

I have bought 2 cars and am currently leasing 1 now from the dealership at 100 oaks. Six months ago, when I moved out of state, I noticed that there was late reporting on my credit from when I traded that car in and bought my second car. When I went to trade it in, the dealership didn t pay off that balloon payment in time and so I was reported late to the credit bureau. I called over 2 months ago and spoke to 2 people, one being the manager and I have gotten nothing but the runaround since then. One person there told me to email them the documents showing the mistake and she would look into it. It took her 2 months to get back to me. After calling 2x a day for 2 days, I finally got a message from the her and she told me to call accounting?!!!!? You couldn t have passed the messsge along to accounting and my emails over the past 2 months and help resolve this??!!! So now I have to go through all of this again. BMW financial said that the dealership was at fault yet they won t do anything to help correct this! This dealership used to be top notch with customer service and this is how they treat loyal customers now!!! I wouldn t buy from them again EVER! I m going to try and reach the Sonic automotive group to make sure they are aware!
