Working with Ryan and the BMW team was GREAT! I decided to not finance through them which added additional steps in the process. The communication was very smooth and seamless. The team is very proactive and had all the paper work ready to go and sent to my lien holder immediately. When we went to go pick up my truck, we were in and out in less than an hour!
