I bought my BMW from BMW Nashville from comfort of my home through online. I was not comfortable buying a 40k car online but team at BMW made it very comfortable and easy. Sales person Michale Ayres was very patient and very knowledgable so as the finance person Steve Handcock, they answered my question patiently. They have given best car buying experience ever. I bought 3 cars before and this is the best experience i had without stepping in to the dealership. Keep up the good work Michale and Steve
