I have been coming to Concord BMW for years, and always had great experiences with the service staff. I am a M3/M2 owner, a "brand enthusiast" if you will. My recent visit to Concord BMW had even made me question my loyalty to the BMW brand.

The staff up front (receiving my M2 for service work/arranging loaner car) was extremely rude to me. As a business owner, that staff would not last a week in my store.

Here is the main reason for the one star; they scratched/swirled my BMW M2 (a car they still sell with a mark-up and are obviously quite proud of) and was offered 1/4 of what it will cost to fix! This is outrageous! I'm still steamed about this, and my car is still scratched/swirled up because I am a business owner and haven't yet had the time to take it in to a professional.

Customers beware, this is not the Concord BMW you remember from a few years ago.
