Just leased our 2nd new BMW in last 3 years and it was actually a pleasure the way Peter handled the whole transaction from start to finish, and the way Alyce got us through finance effortlessly and quickly! I usually HATE going to dealerships for all the obvious reasons, but this is a different experience and as returning customers you definitely feel appreciated for your loyalty which is nice.
