Our buying experience was positive. The BMW Concord team was welcoming, attentive and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Genius took us on a test drive while explaining all the features. After the paperwork was signed, we were given a thorough tutorial on the car functions. Definitely worth the drive to Concord for us.
