Erin helped my wife and I find beautiful dresses (without each other knowing what we were wearing at all!!!) that beautifully complemented each other on our wedding day. She was warm, friendly, a great listener and very talented. We would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Erin.

Couldn't buy a dress here because we are eloping in two weeks, and I don't fit sample sizes. Ashley was amazing, she gave me a ton of helpful suggestions for finding a dress in such a short amount of time. I really recommend shopping here if you have the time to wait for special order.

My shopping experience at Bisou was very memorable. All the dresses are stunning and exclusive. I was very tempted to try on ALL the dresses in the store. The Bisou girls were even more amazing than the dresses. They were so patient in helping me pick out THE dress. They kept my preferences in mind and provided me honest opinions when I was overwhelmed with choices. I was so comfortable trusting their expertise and help in finding my perfect dress. I LOVE the dress we found together!
I should also mention that the girls even helped me find my reception dress last min! Colleen used her magic power to fly in the Monique Lhuillier evening dress from New York just in time for my big day.

I d also like to thank the incredible Lani (hope this is the right spelling..). She tailored my dresses perfectly.

To sum it up, Bisou has the prettiest dresses, the signature-Bisou-girls (they are like your best girlfriends who would give you all the advice and time you need to pick out the perfect dress & share your joy and emotions when you find the dress) and the nicest magical tailor.

Had an appointment here with Carly and accidentally showed up early. Carly was super sweet and accommodating to let us come in early. A lot of the dresses were beyond my price range but I never felt pressure to look outside the budget. Found two really beautiful gowns that I was strongly considering (but ultimately did not end up buying a dress here). Would highly recommend.

Bissou was AMAZING - so helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I found several dresses I loved. They had a great selection in a variety of styles. I thought the prices covered a wide range of budgets as well. Erin made me feel very comfortable, which was lovely. Combined, it's easy to see why this is THE store in Vancouver to buy your wedding dress. Ultimately I chose a gown from a different shop because it was just "the dress." But it came down to a very close race between that one and 2 others at Bisou. If I ever had the need for a second dress, I'd definitely be back!

I absolutely recommend Bisou bridal for all brides. This store has the best quality designer dresses in the entire city. My consultant was Dani she was able to help me chose a dress that was an extension of myself. She is kind, caring and patient and definitely knows the designers well to provide you with recommendations for your body type. I really loved my dress! Bisou was the first bridal salon that I visited when hunting for my wedding dress and they set a very high standard from the start! My stylist was Erin and she was very sweet and genuinely invested in helping me find my perfect dress. Contrary to several salons that we visited in New Westminster, Bisou provided a safe and supportive environment as I shopped, and were never pushy or impatient with me. Prior to visiting Bisou I had basically found my dream dress online, and even though they didn t carry that particular dress in the store, they bent over backwards to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted. The alternations staff are also top notch. Thank you very much Bisou for the wonderful experience!

I ve been meaning to write a review for the longest time... I got my dream gown at Bisou last year, Erin is absolutely amazing. She s so sweet and pays attention to every detail and listens to your questions and concerns. I just tried on a second gown with Erin since my wedding got postponed and the service was impeccable as always. I highly recommend to book in with her. I ended up getting my second gown somewhere else but the service was not nearly as good as at Bisou. I ve been to 5 different wedding dress boutiques in the past year and Bisou tops them all! I had an amazing experience at Bisou. I came to them just 10 days before my wedding because the dress that I bought from a different store was not correct. The staff were unbelievable and my dress (a Lazaro, purchased off the rack) was perfect. They even made fast alterations in time for my wedding. Shop here...you will not be disappointed.

Bisou Bridal was my favourite bridal shop in the Lower Mainland. I went to many, but Bisou was the only place that was relaxed, playful and had a very personal feel. Every visit from my first to my last was easy, fun and I felt very cared for. A special shout out to Dani, Kiara and Vija who I worked with directly, you all helped make my big day more special. The collections are well curated so it's not overwhelming. The consultants are also very professional and not pushy. My consultant, Vanessa was absolutely amazing to work with, she made the appointment so fun and enjoyable.

I had been to two bridal dresses stores before. Dani helped me pick my dream dress. I looked at the dress she was recommending at first and didn't think I'd like it but the moment I put it on I realize how amazing her taste was!! If you are going to Bisou go with Dani. She has excellent taste and will show you unique styles. My dress was 50 percent off and didn't need any alterations. She is all about the look rather than upsell etc. Amazing experience. The gowns at Bisou are stunning. The stylist at my appointment listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose a beautiful dress. She was not pushy and was entirely genuine which I appreciated and was not my experience at other salons. When the dress came in, the colour of the illusion layer was not what I ordered. After some back and forth and a few tears, the owner called me directly and told me she was going to make it right. It was only a month before my wedding and I didn't have much hope they could fix the error. She ended up finding me the right dress a size too big. Bisou covered the cost of the alterations to fit the dress to me. The alterations specialist was incredible and worked magic to pull off finishing it beautifully and on time. I was beyond impressed with this level of personal service and very happy with the end result.

Amazing customer service. Bisou bridal Team made the entire bridal gown process very seamless for me and put me at ease. Would highly recommend this boutique for any bride to be.

I'm the bride's maid of honor who was planning everything and knew all wedding's details.

We decided to order the bridal dress from Bisou because everything seemed smooth and reasonable from the start. The manager was very nice and helpful. But everything was turned after the order was ready. The dress was ordered in November 2017 and was ready by April. However, bride's first appointment was booked only in June. From the very first, salon knew the wedding date was on Augest 19th. After 5 sessions of altering the dress, the dress was only ready the day before the wedding, August 18th.

On August 16th, the bride was really stressed and she was crying, while her wedding was in 2 days. Since she had no time the day before her wedding, she finally couldn't make it to pick up her dress herself.

This shouldn't happen to any bride who is expecting her special day. I found the salon very irresponsible at that time. Once I asked about the delay, I was told because the salon was very busy and took a lot of orders at the same time. BUT this was salon's problem. I strongly believe, if they accept orders, should be responsible for it.

We had to repeat what needed to get done on each appointment. they didn t make any changes in the first 3 fittings and only the last 2 fittings they made the changes we had asked them.

Although from the very first appointment dress was too long, the height was not adjusted till the 5th time!!!!! The veil was also ready to try only the last session, two days before the wedding!!!! It was a waste of our time going their so much.

After spending 7K+, I didn't expect such a chaos. I also paid 700+ for alterations, and interestingly was told by the store's sale manager that I was snappy only because I didn't think it's fair to spend such amount of money by the stress they caused to us!!!! Also the way that she led the conversation was so dissapointing.

At the end what was heartwarming was that the store manager called me the day after the wedding to find out what was going wrong. I appreciate her attention, care and professionalism.

Hope no other bride goes through the same experience. If you're a bride and feel something is going wrong, I recommend to ask for the manager and let her know what is your concern ASAP :)

I should add the dress was stunning and the bride enjoyed her night. I appreciate all efforts put into altering the dress and making it fitting amazing.

I have never written a review for anything but I couldn't resist because I had the most amazing experience at Bisou Bridal. I just purchased my wedding dress two weeks ago and Alex made sure I enjoyed every minute of it. Alex made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every dress I put on. Bisou Bridal and Alex made me dress fairytale come true and I could not be more happier.

Wedding dress shopping is very stressful. From dealing with personal body image issues, the pressure of the big day, the cost of dresses and consultants trying to rush you into a sale - its very overwhelming.

When I was looking for my wedding dress I went to five different stores and tried on over 80 dresses.

My experience at Bisou was incredible. My dress consultant listened to the style I was after, and knew exactly the perfect dress to pull for me. The first dress she put me in ended up being THE dress.

All the staff who work there with made me feel so special from my first appointment through all my alterations.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service and to feel very special during your wedding dress shopping experience.

What an amazing experience! I had an appointment with Erin and she welcomed me with the warmest smile and took me into the dressing area. We sat down and she explained to me what the process was for that day so that I knew what to expect which was very helpful for a nervous and anxious bride like myself. I showed her photos of dresses that I liked but didnt know if it may look good on me. She took me around where the dresses were hung and explained thoroughly where each section was from etc.. I picked out 3 dresses from the section that Erin suggested that I would like and tried them all on. I fell in love with the second dress. Erin made me feel like a beautiful bride and really listened to what I was looking for. When my dress came in, she ordered the perfect size because it fit me like a glove and barely needed any alterations. Erin handled the process seamlessly and reassured me along the way that I ve made the right choice when it came to my wedding dress.

Bisou was the first bride store I started with and I found THE DRESS right away!!! The staff were amazingly friendly, made me feel like home, specially with their fluffy slippers. Erin is such a lovely and honest person, she put a lot time for me and knew exactly what I want. The quality, price and comfortably of all dresses were gorgeous!

Bisou Bridal has consistently exceeded my expectations. I first visited them in January during a snow storm and although many shops closed that they day they called letting me know they were there if I could get in. We made it from Whistler and Colleen was super welcoming when we arrived. Erin was amazing and so patient during the appointment and even helped in describing the dresses over Facetime with my mother who was back in the UK to make her feel part of the appointment.
Once my dress arrived in the summer - weddings plans had changed due to covid and Nathalie ensured I knew the fitting process and Vera and herself were always working together to ensure my dress was perfect.

This shop was beautiful and displayed the dresses nicely. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very welcomed here. It is one of the higher end boutiques, but they do have a fair number under $3500. I almost purchased my dress here but it just wasn't the right one for me. Great experience, if I get married again I'll return! :)

At Bisou Bridal, the atmosphere is lush and customer service is first rate. Staff are pleasant and as elegant as the merchandise that they sell. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes a customer feel valued. I was especially impressed with Emily who offered gracious assistance sifting through the many selections available. I expect all the staff are trained to help the customer make the best choice but Emily was particularly design savvy. She really listens to what you re saying and helps you find exactly what you re looking for even when you re not sure what that might be. A dress that might initially look underwhelming is transformed after she persuades you to try it on. The selection at Bisou is fabulous, so if you re looking for Theia or a Monique you can count on finding the perfect gown. Four of out five stars only because it would be handy if it were located to similar places, for comparison purposes but that said, if you visit Bisou you probably will end up buying there. It s a lovely experience.

The best dresses in town! They are a little pricier than other areas like New West, etc but you get what you pay for. The brands, quality, styles are unbeatable. I went to at least 10 different stores and I knew from the second I walked into Bisou that it would be me favorite store but far. The owner, Colleen, is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very professional! Highly recommend!

My shopping experience at Bisou: deceiving, dishonest and lack of transparency with its client.

My wife and I ordered a wedding gown from Bisou Bridal back in March 20th, 2015. As part of the deal, Bisou offered us free alteration and a good deal on the matching veil. We paid 60% deposit and asked our sales to confirm the delivery date so we could get it ready before we leave the country for our wedding in July. However, our sales associate had never approached us for the delivery time since we left the deposit. Starting in June, I had placed at least 4 calls to the store and asked for a call back regarding the delivery date, which they never did. I finally had a chance to get hold onto our sales through email. The gown arrived on time on July 14 but what happened afterward totally ruined our experience at Bisou. When my wife went to the store for the first fitting, the store didn't mention anything about price difference. Fortunately, my wife noticed the difference on price during her second visit. At first, the store tried to cover it up by making a lie that "it is a mistake and the price tag is wrong". Because our other friend bought a gown from Bisou as well, she checked the price on our friend's gown and it had a decreased price as well. Finally Bisou admitted that there was a price decrease in the gowns. After a round of talks, Bisou reluctantly agreed to give us the price deduction but asked for $300 for alteration. Being annoyed and tied up with our schedule, my wife agreed despite that fact that we had already reached agreement on free alteration at the time we ordered the gown. To worsen our experience, when we checked our final invoice, Bisou charged us $850 for alteration. My wife had paid the balance because she was leaving on the very next day and she had to take the gown with her.
I am writing this letter, not to express our frustration and dissatisfaction with the service, but to share our experience to other couples who may consider to shop at Bisou Bridal for their special occasion. A honest recommendation is to check the price at all time and make sure that you will be paying the fair amount of money.
As working in the high end luxury retail business as well, I would like to say that if my store treat our clients like the way Bisou treated my wife and me, our will store will be out of business. When we are doing a special order for our client, we will make periodic update with the client on the status of the order. Whenever there is a price adjustment, either increase or decrease, we will always be upfront about it with our client. This is how business should be operated.

My experience with Bisou Bridal was a bit out of the ordinary for wedding dress shopping. I actually bought the dress over the phone and had it shipped to Alberta without ever seeing it in person. As this would normally be nerve wracking, Bisou made the process virtually seamless. The dress was in immaculate condition and exactly as they described. I dealt mainly with the lovely Natasha, but also spoke to Dani and the owner, Colleen at sometime during the process. Everyone was professional and extremely kind answering all the questions I had. I wish I got to actually visit the store as I know these ladies would have made it a wonderful experience. Can t wait for my postponed wedding date to wear my amazing dress. The selection of dresses and bridal experience with Vanessa was very good and enjoyable. Warm and sincere welcome upon entry and appreciated the mini tour of the space and designers/bridal dresses was well thought out. In addition, it was an inclusive experience (there were 3 friends and 1 bride). Style of bridal dresses were modern, clean lines, some classic/traditional and CDN designer Ines Disanto. Would definitely reccomend Bisou in your wedding dress search.

I had a good experience with my consultant, Dani.
She was helpful in narrowing down my style and wasn t pushy. I would have liked to see a greater selection of gowns. There was a lot of lace and revealing which I don t gravitate too. But overall it was a solid visit.

From the beautiful space to the exceptional service, my entire experience was incredible. Dani helped me find styles that suited my vision, as well as introduce me to new ones I had never considered. Within a few minutes she was pulling dresses that were somehow better than the previous ones. I really felt she understood me, my body and what would look best. I highly recommend Bisou Bridal to anyone looking to feel special, appreciated and beautiful while trying on bridal gowns.

I wasn't able to find my dress at this store but I wanted to comment on what a wonderful experience I had here. Nathalie was very kind and encouraging, she took a lot of care in showing me dresses within my budget but also giving me an orientation to their entire collection. The store carries higher end designers that create beautiful dresses. If you can't afford couture, I do recommend checking out their sample section! The boutique also allows, encourages and facilitates photographs, for me this made a world of difference in making a decision!

I had the most amazing experience at Bisou Bridal. I never felt pressured even though I could not make up my mind on my dream dress for a few weeks. My stylist Natasha was such an angel, she gave me valuable advice and told me I didn t have to buy a dress till I absolutely love it and see myself in it. Colleen -the owner is an amazing woman and she will go above and beyond to make you feel as a queen in your gown. I recently purchased my wedding gown from Bisou Bridal. Dani was the consultant and she was great - kind, helpful and very informative in explaining about each brand. She did not make me feel rushed or pressured into purchasing which was something I experienced at another store. The store is beautiful and even with COVID we all had the best experience!

This place defiantly has one of the best selection of styles in town. The dresses are very beautiful indeed! They do tell you that their prices start at 3500 which I guess is a way of saving brides who's budget is under that time. However, when I went there they were about to have a sample sale so there were some really good prices on dresses that were much under that. The sales assistant was a bit cold to me at first possibly because I was a walk in. But once she made time for to try on dresses she became a lot friendlier and more helpful, plus I really trusted her advice, fashion and style. This is a high end boutique and they do know what they are talking about. There are stores that are a bit friendlier and make you feel more comfortable but this place is defiantly worth a look for stylish selection!

After visiting almost all of the wedding shops in the lower mainland, I can confidently say that Bisou was my favourite. They didn t have as many crazy rules as some of the other shops (putting deposits for appointments, no photos, guest limits etc ) and the consultants were fantastic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend trying out their Martina Liana collection as the gowns are beautiful and reasonably priced for their high quality. I would recommend all my friends and family to get their dresses here.

I found a dress within 1 hour. I absolutely love the girl who helped me with picking and choosing my dress for my big day - i forget her name.. tall, blonde. She was super helpful and nice. I had such an amazing experience here! Vanessa was incredible!! By far one of the top bridal consultants I have had the opportunity to meet. She made me feel so special, and even stayed extra long after closing time, to help me narrow down my favorites. After 2 disappointing visits to other bridal stores, we made our appointment at Bisou Bridal not expecting to have any results at finding a bridal gown. Erin was our stylist and things got off to a good foot when she sat down to interview us and understand what we were looking for. We then looked through the racks of dresses and selected a handful we liked. However, none of them met my criteria as I had one criticism after another about why I didn't look good in it. By then, Erin figured out what our likes and dislikes were and found another dress for me to try. We had seen this dress on the rack but didn't think much about it so we gave it a pass. We quickly found this was the perfect dress since I couldn't find one criticism at all. Without Erin's skill and experience with pairing the right dress with the bride, we would not have found The Dress. Thank you for the wonderful experience Bisou and Erin!

I looked up a dress online that I immediately fell in love with. Bisou Bridal was one of the stores I reached out to but the only one that got back to me with helpful information I needed in order to buy the dress. Sandra was very informative, kind, warm and also offered her advice during the whole process. She definitely made my experience so smooth including my in store visit.

I didn t go to this bridal salon in person, but I feel that wonderful service should be recognized. I phoned yesterday, asking about a sample sale I missed, and asked if they were still offering discounted prices. The staff member on the phone was so kind. Bridal salons seem to prefer patrons to just make an appointment, but she asked me about my budget and what kind of dress I had in mind and then went to see what they had that might interest me before making a visit. That is quality service - not having the client there in person, but still taking that extra time to help. She gave me the dress designer name, and the name of each dress she thought I might like, and told me I could call back if there was anything I thought would suit me. To whoever assisted me that day, you are amazing. Please pass this on to her!

I definitely recommend this store. I went there for my first visit. To be honest I didn t feel comfortable receiving their email saying their minimum prices and if I agree to that then I email them back to complete my appointment.... but there might be a reason for that. On my appointment When I went there I was received and welcomed very well. Everyone were nice and patient. I had my appointment with Danni, she took her time and I tried few dresses & one Danni suggested. And she kindly took photos of me so I can send them to my mom though they were on a video call at the moment too! The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that I did not go through the whole purchase and order to have a complete idea of their service but I am confident they are great. Thank you Bisou team.

The whole team at Bisou Bridal is amazing! They are very accommodating, and so passionate about weddings. After visiting a few bridal salons in town, Bisou really stood out to me as the shop with the best service, by far. I knew which dress I wanted for my wedding, the very first time I tried it on, and everything about my dress from that moment to my wedding day was perfect, thanks to all the girls at Bisou. The alterations team tailored everything perfectly, and the dress looks and feels like it was made for me. They also added a beautiful bustle to the train, which really transformed the look of my dress, but also helped to make walking around during the reception a lot more manageable. My wedding was perfect, and I'm so glad that I got my dress from Bisou!

Such a lovely experience shopping here! I went here initially with my sister and wedding planner where we found my dresss, again on my own (just to make sure), and finally a third time with my mom and future mother-in-law to say yes to the dress! The boutique is amazing and well decorated and carries an unbelievable selection of gorgeous dresses. All tbe staff there clearly love their job and its shows in their customer service. Erin was an amazing consultant who listened carefully to all my likes and dislikes and found me the perfect gown!

I had such a great experience from start to finish at Bisou Bridal, even through the shut down which I really appreciated! All the dresses are absolutely stunning! Danny was who I was mainly with when I went in for my appointments, she is so sweet and super helpful even Via the seamstress that worked on my dress was great too! However everyone there was very nice and always so welcoming ! I would highly recommend!

Had a great experience here with Natalie! She was energetic and enthusiastic while helping me try and decide on a dress. There was no pressure to buy the, or any, dress on the spot and gave some really valuable advice when trying to decide on "the" dress.

I went dress shopping at Bisou last night and cannot express enough how amazing the experience was. Erin was our consultant and she was absolutely fabulous!!! She was SO helpful, sincere, bubbly and she truly made our experience so memorable... and I found my dress! Bisou has so many beautiful dresses in all different styles. If you are dress shopping, I would highly recommend going to Bisou.

Not happy with their refund or exchange policy as once you buy anything including jewelry there is no refund or exchange. I can understand this for wedding gowns and earrings, but seriously for bracelets? The jewelry is not cheap either. Not happy.

WOW! I havent even gone into this store to shop BUT they were the most honest and helpful people so far in my dress shopping. Emily went ahead and emailed me a list of their designers and dress style numbers that she thought i would like prior to my visit. She was kind enough to take the time to give alternative suggestions and i can assure anyone just through my interactions with their representative, that you will be treated kindly and they will search hard to find you your dress if you shop here!

I visited Bisou while on a trip to Vancouver (I live in Ottawa) about a month ago. It is such a beautiful salon with a very well curated selection of gowns in various price ranges.

Out of the 7 stores that I have visited, I felt the most welcomed and taken care of at Bisou! I think the biggest standout was my consultant Erin, who is MADE to do this job. She was so warm, genuine and knowledgeable about the dresses and designers. I fell in love with my dream Galia lahav dress but did want to make some customizations to it. She suggested I make another appointment while I was in town to try the dress on again and made me feel so confident about how the alterations would look. I left the store in the best mood - cloud nine!

After the second appointment, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and instead decided to go to a few more stores in Ottawa and Toronto to make sure it was 'the one' - which it was! I just purchased my dress over the weekend and thanks to Erin and Bisou, I was able to buy it during a trunk show, meaning I got the dress for 10% off AND they split the extra cost of the customizations with me! I couldn't believe how great of a deal it was and it definitely helped as it was at the higher end of my price point. They are also making me a custom matching veil which I am so excited to see come to life!

I can't say enough great things about my experience thus far with Bisou and Erin in particularly and I can't wait to come back to visit next summer for my alterations! I highly suggest this boutique to anyone looking for top quality dresses and amazing customer service.

Excellent service. Good selection of dresses in every price point. Wish there was even more selection though. I did not find my dress there. Four stars because I don't like the idea that these select salons take your cc number beforehand in case of a $50 no show fee.

I'm from Vancouver and now live in Hong Kong. I went to many bridal stores in Hong Kong but couldn't find anything that worked and I was very worried I wouldn't find a wedding dress that I absolutely loved. My friend convinced me to make an appointment with Bisou Bridal during a return visit to Vancouver and I'm SO glad I listened to her advice. My stylist was Erin and she is AMAZING. There was no restriction on how many gowns you can try on during your appointment. Erin took the time to look up my venue and carefully listened to what I was looking for in a wedding dress. After trying on many beautiful gowns and liking a few of them but still feeling unsure Erin pulled out a dress I had overlooked and recommended I try it on and it was the ONE!! It was absolutely perfect!! I can't thank Bisou bridal enough for the thoughtful advice and all the energy they put into making my whole look absolutely perfect. From recommendations on earrings, veil, shoes, custom off-the-shoulder sleeves, etc. Erin, Nathalie, their magician seamstress were all amazing and I can't thank them enough. It was all worth it to see the happy tears in my partner's eyes on our wedding day, and to see how happy and proud he was to become my husband. Thank you for everything!!!

Although I didn t end up getting my dress from Bisou, I still wanted to write about the fantastic experience I had here. Probably one of my favourites out of the many stores I went to. The store s selection of dresses is absolutely gorgeous. I had my appointment with Nathalie, and I was shopping alone. It was early on in my dress shopping so Nathalie helped me try on various styles to get a feel of how structure, fabrics, and weight of dresses change as the silhouettes do. She helped me to feel comfortable during the experience and shared her knowledge of the dresses and designers. Photos are allowed here, which is super helpful in making decisions. No one pushed me to do anything I wasn t comfortable with. No awkward or aggressive sales tactics. Just really really kind people. Highly recommended!

Could not recommend Bisou Bridal enough! I had been to 6 bridal stores, including Kleinfeld in Toronto, & Bisou Bridal was by far the loveliest experience. Dani was my stylist & she was incredibly patient, helpful & relaxed. She is so good at what she does, I could see that she had really listened or picked up on what elements I was liking in dresses by what she picked out for me to try on. She also had really great questions to ask when trying to narrow down my vision. My family live abroad & Dani was so thoughtful to suggest I book in for a morning appointment to factor in the time difference & Skype my mum at home. The store itself has such a beautiful range of dresses, it is very spacious & spotlessly clean. All the dresses are in immaculate condition that I could actually buy my dress off the rack. I love my pronovias dress I bought & wish I could do it all again! It was such a fun experience & my sister, who came along, also thought Bisou Bridal was the nicest bridal shopping experience she had had. Thank you Dani :)

A few weeks ago I had an appointment at Bisou Bridal with Stacey. After searching for months for the perfect dress, I felt helpless and my dress appointments started to become less fun and more stressful (the big day is creeping up). After talking with Stacey, she picked out dress silhouettes that I have been trying on, as well as some dresses that she believed would look flattering on me. After trying on her choices, it became so clear to me that the style and silhouette is exactly what I have been looking for and for the first time, I felt beautiful in a wedding dress. Stacey was so patient and her passion for wedding dresses made such a memorable experience for my mum and I. Thank you so much Stacey, and thank you for letting me prance all around the store in the wedding dress (even after close). 100% recommend Bisou Bridal to anyone looking for their perfect dress.

Had an amazing first appointment with Erin. She let us take photos of the gowns to send to my family overseas and even had glasses for the bottle of bubbly my friend bought. The selection of dresses is larger than you think and well curated- highly recommend!

Bought my wedding dress here and had the most amazing experience. From the original consultation to the custom veil to the many alterations they did an absolutely amazing job. I had such an amazing experience at Bisou! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so nice and helpful. Vanessa helped me figure out what I was looking for, gave great advice and really made me feel special and comfortable with the entire experience. A few days before going to Bisou I had a negative experience at one of my other wedding dress appointments that left me feeling sad and stressed out - the difference in service alone at Bisou just made me feel so much better about finding my dress is general. I ended up getting my dress there at a second appointment after some time to think about what I tried on. I also really appreciated that there was zero pressure my first appointment to say yes to the dress and I felt like Vanessa was more invested in helping me find the right dress for me rather than in just making a sale. Amazing service and staff!! Would definitely recommend to any bride looking for a dress if you can, book with Vanessa! I honestly don t think I could have received better service.

My experience trying on dresses here was absolutely amazing. They were INCREDIBLY helpful even though I didn't have an appointment, was coming in out of town, and really didn't have any idea what I wanted.

Their dresses weren't my style, as I really don't give a hoot about the designer, but rather the dress itself needs to meet my very picky standards. However the experience was super enjoyable and Ashley made me feel welcome and gave honest advice and picked out things I otherwise wouldn't have tried (and they were pretty cool, but just not THE ONE). Overall I definitely recommend that you go here if only to try on some fancy dresses and for the experience, but if budget is no issue, I guarantee that you'll find your high quality wedding gown here.

I had a fantastic experience at Bisou! I was looking for a bridesmaid/formal dress and popped in after work one day. Nathalie (which is the main reason this went so well - one of the nicest people I've ever met in retail) was more than willing to give me a hand right away. I picked one dress to try on and that was it. After trying it on and discussing why I was struggling with finding a dress, she grabbed a specific dress that looked AMAZING! She was not pushy at all as she knew I had a time constraint. She also suggested a different seamstress if I wanted somebody else. to top it all off, she let me know about their sample sale which took around 40% off the price of the dress. So, AMAZING Dress and a great experience overall with Nathalie :) Thank you so much!
