Bisou Bridal has consistently exceeded my expectations. I first visited them in January during a snow storm and although many shops closed that they day they called letting me know they were there if I could get in. We made it from Whistler and Colleen was super welcoming when we arrived. Erin was amazing and so patient during the appointment and even helped in describing the dresses over Facetime with my mother who was back in the UK to make her feel part of the appointment.
Once my dress arrived in the summer - weddings plans had changed due to covid and Nathalie ensured I knew the fitting process and Vera and herself were always working together to ensure my dress was perfect.
