I didn t go to this bridal salon in person, but I feel that wonderful service should be recognized. I phoned yesterday, asking about a sample sale I missed, and asked if they were still offering discounted prices. The staff member on the phone was so kind. Bridal salons seem to prefer patrons to just make an appointment, but she asked me about my budget and what kind of dress I had in mind and then went to see what they had that might interest me before making a visit. That is quality service - not having the client there in person, but still taking that extra time to help. She gave me the dress designer name, and the name of each dress she thought I might like, and told me I could call back if there was anything I thought would suit me. To whoever assisted me that day, you are amazing. Please pass this on to her!
