I had such an amazing experience at Bisou! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so nice and helpful. Vanessa helped me figure out what I was looking for, gave great advice and really made me feel special and comfortable with the entire experience. A few days before going to Bisou I had a negative experience at one of my other wedding dress appointments that left me feeling sad and stressed out - the difference in service alone at Bisou just made me feel so much better about finding my dress is general. I ended up getting my dress there at a second appointment after some time to think about what I tried on. I also really appreciated that there was zero pressure my first appointment to say yes to the dress and I felt like Vanessa was more invested in helping me find the right dress for me rather than in just making a sale. Amazing service and staff!! Would definitely recommend to any bride looking for a dress if you can, book with Vanessa! I honestly don t think I could have received better service.
