The gowns at Bisou are stunning. The stylist at my appointment listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose a beautiful dress. She was not pushy and was entirely genuine which I appreciated and was not my experience at other salons. When the dress came in, the colour of the illusion layer was not what I ordered. After some back and forth and a few tears, the owner called me directly and told me she was going to make it right. It was only a month before my wedding and I didn't have much hope they could fix the error. She ended up finding me the right dress a size too big. Bisou covered the cost of the alterations to fit the dress to me. The alterations specialist was incredible and worked magic to pull off finishing it beautifully and on time. I was beyond impressed with this level of personal service and very happy with the end result.
