My experience with Bisou Bridal was a bit out of the ordinary for wedding dress shopping. I actually bought the dress over the phone and had it shipped to Alberta without ever seeing it in person. As this would normally be nerve wracking, Bisou made the process virtually seamless. The dress was in immaculate condition and exactly as they described. I dealt mainly with the lovely Natasha, but also spoke to Dani and the owner, Colleen at sometime during the process. Everyone was professional and extremely kind answering all the questions I had. I wish I got to actually visit the store as I know these ladies would have made it a wonderful experience. Can t wait for my postponed wedding date to wear my amazing dress.
