At Bisou Bridal, the atmosphere is lush and customer service is first rate. Staff are pleasant and as elegant as the merchandise that they sell. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes a customer feel valued. I was especially impressed with Emily who offered gracious assistance sifting through the many selections available. I expect all the staff are trained to help the customer make the best choice but Emily was particularly design savvy. She really listens to what you re saying and helps you find exactly what you re looking for even when you re not sure what that might be. A dress that might initially look underwhelming is transformed after she persuades you to try it on. The selection at Bisou is fabulous, so if you re looking for Theia or a Monique you can count on finding the perfect gown. Four of out five stars only because it would be handy if it were located to similar places, for comparison purposes but that said, if you visit Bisou you probably will end up buying there. It s a lovely experience.
