I visited Bisou while on a trip to Vancouver (I live in Ottawa) about a month ago. It is such a beautiful salon with a very well curated selection of gowns in various price ranges.

Out of the 7 stores that I have visited, I felt the most welcomed and taken care of at Bisou! I think the biggest standout was my consultant Erin, who is MADE to do this job. She was so warm, genuine and knowledgeable about the dresses and designers. I fell in love with my dream Galia lahav dress but did want to make some customizations to it. She suggested I make another appointment while I was in town to try the dress on again and made me feel so confident about how the alterations would look. I left the store in the best mood - cloud nine!

After the second appointment, I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and instead decided to go to a few more stores in Ottawa and Toronto to make sure it was 'the one' - which it was! I just purchased my dress over the weekend and thanks to Erin and Bisou, I was able to buy it during a trunk show, meaning I got the dress for 10% off AND they split the extra cost of the customizations with me! I couldn't believe how great of a deal it was and it definitely helped as it was at the higher end of my price point. They are also making me a custom matching veil which I am so excited to see come to life!

I can't say enough great things about my experience thus far with Bisou and Erin in particularly and I can't wait to come back to visit next summer for my alterations! I highly suggest this boutique to anyone looking for top quality dresses and amazing customer service.
