Great venue! Had a great time at the Radiohead concert!
I was watching a Blackhawks game and the sight lines were great everywhere. As a geezer I would have liked more restrooms and less steep seating. But I am now use to the world as it is and don't really think that the above lessens the great fun of a hockey game.
One of my favorite stadiums, great accommodations and that is something about the atmosphere that makes you feel welcome.
Was here for the BTS:LOVE YOURSELF tour. Staff was quick getting us all in the venue. Guards after the show were sweet waving at everyone telling us to get home safe. I saw some staff tending to some fans who fainted in the GA. They were swift and gentle with them. Overall I felt very safe and had a great time!
United center is home of the bulls and Blackhawks. The place Michael Jordan made history as a basketball star.
Awesome arena. I attended a Bills game recently and when I was a kid I attended Disney on ice and Barnum and Bailey Circus.
We can to town for a hockey game and were not disappointed. It's a nice rink. Easy enough to get to. Leaving is a bit if a challenge. But that's true of all large events.
Great food, friendly workers, clean womans bathrooms. The staff are great.
Took the Granddaughter to see Disney on Ice. It was a Wonderful experience to see the smile and the glow upon her face. The employees was very helpful and Nice.
The center is fine, but crowd control is terrible. The escalators apparently can't handle constant use, so employees stagger people leaving, waiting for the stairs to be empty before allowing more people to leave. They also shut down the street in front of the center (north side), not allowing taxis, car services, etc to pick up anyone, but force people into the bitter cold who are waiting for said cars. Security takes themselves too seriously and handle themselves like the brut squad instead of talking to folks like people. They even put a passed out intoxicated woman onto the street without any concern for her well-being, and refused to allow an amputee on metal crutches to warm up while waiting for a car that couldn't get to her. Not impressed with the experience. Additionally, drink prices are ridiculously high with the slowest servers I've ever encountered at a stadium.
Went to a Blackhawks game here. Excellent venue. Not a bad seat in the house. I'm from the south so I don't know much about hockey. But I love sports and can say Hawks fans and the NHL are super cool.
Great venue for both sports and concerts. The view from even the 300-level seats is surprisingly good for hockey in particular. The concessions are fine. Easy parking.
I loved it! The United Center is one of my favorite venues to see concerts at. Food, drinks & overall atmosphere is fantastic. Love looking at the history of the Bulls & Blackhawks hanging from the ceiling, just think although I'm was there for a concert history has been made repeatedly there it's surreal. I was craving an Italian beef with fries so that's what I got, delicious. By the way John Mayer was da s@&t!
United Center is the worst place to go for sporting events if you want to pay $6.50 for a hot dog that who knows what's in it then enjoy or a $10 crowd control beer or or how about around of drinks for 40 bucks or how about give the people a Fair freaking price for food and drink United Center you rip offs I've been to many different stadiums and you are the highest priced I've ever been to next to LA maybe when your teams are good enough for those prices you could charge them but not now seatings great cleaning place what's your Beverages and alcohol prices are outrageous should be ashamed of yourselves but price gouging is what it's about it's sporting events I guess
It is filled with excitement one of the best arenas in the states lots of history there
The Mad House . Check out a Bulls/ Blackhawks game when you re in town or a concert. All Star Weekend was something else here.
As with many venues, the concession prices are extremely high. If you don't mind sitting with a bunch of Blackhawks fans, the place isn't too bad. To be fair, my daughter and I were actively rooting against the Blackhawks and were not hassled by the home fans at all. At least the Blackhawks aren't the Penguins.
Lot of parking nearby, recommend using SpotHero for events. You ll surely be entertained by any event here. Small so where ever you sit you ll have a good view
Not a bad seat in the house. Expect $10-12 for a beer but every pro sports venue is the same. Friendly people.
Great venue. Nice and functional. Home of the Bulls and Blackhawks.
Seeing the Blackhawks and Bulls at the United Center was awesome. You can feel the energy in the building. Parking for $25 isn't so bad either.
If going to concert/ game, get an uber. Parking can be overwhelming. Staff there are very helpful. Front entrance through gates 2&3. Variety of food (pizza, concession stand basics, ice cream) and alcoholic drinks (beers, cocktails). Bathrooms clean and accessible throughout. They have metal detectors so safety is paramount.
Amazing venue for concerts- sound is spectacular.
Life long fan of the Chicago Bulls the Chicago Blackhawks and many concerts
Good seats no matter where you sit. We were here for a Hawks game, not too crowded, had a good time.
First time back since being a long-time Blackhawks season ticket holder. The crowd was festive but the concession prices are truly outrageous.
Not a bad seat in the house. One of my favorite venues for a sports game, concert, etc.
I watched many games for chciago bulls there, as expected its crowded but the atmosphere there before, during and after the game is amazing. Best part is the crowd chanting and supporting the bulls. I like it . Sometimes i leave right before the end by few mins to avoid the traffic after the game.
Great view of the stage. But seating can be little tight.
Easy to get there, good visibility from almost any seat (Bulls games) and nice staff.
Tool. Great acoustics. Great facilities. Recommend.
Nice facility, TONS of parking options nearby during events. Parking costs are about as expected for the area.
What's not to love about the United Center? It hosts the best teams in the United States! The Blackhawks and Bulls. Other special events and concerts I have attended here are always a good time. Lots of concessions and a very safe venue.
Amazing! Lol Took pics under Jordan tribute statue!
Love this place ,excellent food ,excellent atmosphere, great place to have the favorite team you love!! Go Blackhawks!!
First level and second level have a coat check. Third level does not. Not a cheap seat and I can't check my coat.
Always a good time, and great stadium for sporting or music events
Wonderful arena. Had great fun visiting. I also saw Justin Timberlake play here in 2018, was amazing. The sound was very good quality. It's a wonderful Sports arena that doubles as an excellent venue for live Music. The venue is very well arranged and impressive to walk around. The refreshment selection is pretty good, despite the expected high prices. Not hugely fond of the surrounding area, but generally a real decent place for the venue alone.
Went for Disney on Ice show, parking close to the gate was not a problem. The facility itself is not bad, obviously the price of food /drinks are too expensive but the staff I interacted with were helpful, so no real issues/complaints
I came for John Mayer concert on 08/14/19. There was a street sign for parking saying $25. When I was inside of the parking lot I was told that parking is $28 for blocked cars and $33 for easy out cars. I paid $33 with my credit card and asked for a receipt. I attached this receipt to my review. It looks like I paid my money to Joseph Feldman and got a private party receipt. I doubt that this is a right way. I doubt that Joseph Feldman or United Center will show this income on their tax returns. State and City will get $0 from this transaction.
Seeing the Smashing Pumpkins here was amazing. There's plenty of parking & friendly staff to get you to your seats. Floor seats probably aren't the best choice if you're short, I had a hard time seeing.
Went to my first Bulls game. I was surprised by how much stuff there was to do around the United Center before the game. My seats were high up but still could see pretty well. Took an Uber to and from the game.
Nice clean venue. Just wish the seats were a little bigger but that wont stop me from going back
Parking was easy in and out, stadium was great with a super loud audio system. Everything went very smooth. Mid range seats had a good view. UFC 225 was a lot of fun at the United Center.
AWSOME. Always a great time at the stadium.
Bulls. Hawks. Good times great food.
Visited this venue for the Laver Cup and I would say it's pretty average. Lots of parking in and out of the location, restrooms are decent, seats are ok, sound is good.
The area around United Center can get pretty shady at night so be careful when exiting the venue.
Food concession is outrageously expensive ($10 for a bottle of water) and most of the hired staff for this particular event was so rude.
Where dreams come true for the youth in you. Imagine sitting so close to the court that the players are in virtual reality distance, less than an arms reach away. Well that was our experience as we watched our young men play where some of the greats have laced up and battled from hoop to hoop.
The United Center and the NBA could have made accessible pathways for the NBA Allstar game weekend. It is very cold and no signs telling you where to walk to the entrance. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
Everything was great but a Bulls W. 200 section was nice for a change.
Thanks to Nick and our waitress Stephanie it was the best Concert experience ever. My Suite was awesome food that was served was good. Jay Z was off the chain ..... Thanks to the United Center I don't want nothing less then the experience that I had.
Being Blackhawks fans, United Center is somewhere my husband and I frequently visit. It is a one of a kind experience. Everything is kept in great condition, there are loads of different food choices, cleanly bathrooms, great atmosphere. Cant go wrong with an evening at UC. Cannot wait for the updates next year!
It's the best and you get free anything to Dunkin donuts! Yummy you should go
Great arena to watch the Blackhawks. Personally, I get the nachos with jalapenos every game I go to.
Go Hawks!
Awesome venue!!! Great food and drinks. It's very expensive but every sports arena is. Great place to watch your Chicago bulls and Blackhawk play. I have been there for many concerts and was impressed every time.the circus is also fun there.
Great stadium! Fantastic atmosphere. Just need the Hawks to rebuild and get ready for next season!!
Attended the 3rd Annual Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White and Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. City-Wide Job/Career Fair at the United Center (photos near east atrium)
Always love the bulls and blackhawks at the United center
Very nice arena with a neat design. Saw Harry Styles and the security check people were extremely rude and nitpicky (I understand safety, but taking little flags on an 6" wooden stick is a bit excessive in my opinion. They just wanted to celebrate pride and share 'black lives matter' awareness). Good selection of alcohol and concessions.
Expensive but what venue isn't. Food was good and seats were great. Unfortunately the Hawks lost. Convenient for the Madison and United Express CTA buses. They drop off about a block west of the main entrance for a short walk to the metal detectors. Leaving you catch the buses a block east and there were always plenty waiting when I came out of the game. Overall a nice experience.
My Son & I visit the United Center Madhouse Apperal and everything was great!
Bought a coke for $6 and they said no refills. That is absurd beyond belief.
What an awesome set-up for the #Veryhotsummertour #fender #marshallamps #chicago Cool venue, great music, fun memories! Easy to Lyft to!
Always a great time when the hawks are playing! Or when they host a concert! Only complaint is the paper straws with the milkshakes, they break apart too easily with the thickness of the shake
Always amazing. Good staff- great food. Beautiful arena.
I went to a Bulls game and enjoyed it. Whatever they've done since the last time I've been has made a world of a difference in the appearance and atmosphere.
Really nice venue. We sat row 12 second 112 and I would highly recommend this second for concerts. The drive can be a it rough if you are going on a Friday so plan on heading out very early or staying the night
Better stadium for hockey over basketball. Higher seats are not great for basketball. Food is great.
Saw PATD. Daughters first concert. Very nice. Great security. Lots of choices for food and drink. Great!
Awesome Blackhawks game. Sucks that they lost but it was a cool facility.
Our first experience was awesome.
Indeed memorable!
Went to see Tool. Ate plant based tacos. Delicious!
This is a good venue to go to for various sports events. I went to many Bulls games there and had a great time. Finding parking is not difficult as long as you can walk a few minutes.
2nd level suites are amazing! N they have a private bathroom
Great venue...the staff, food and facilities were awesome!
Nice place...plenty of friendly, helpful employees to answer questions.
Great time and gridlock getting out was not bad at all...about 15 minutes and we were on the highway.
Wow great time easy in n out parking great seating all employees helpful.. justin Timberlake was unbelievable to see live here
Fantastic place to catch a game. Sure food and drinks are pricey, it's expected. Game day experience for the Blackhawks is awesome!
Amazing good food, drinks were reasonable priced for a major supporting event. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Decent place to catch the game, although I will say the stadium feels extremely dated and old but its sorta the allure of the stadium with all the rich history.
It s not the Stadium, but the bathrooms are worth any loss of history. The hallways are claustrophobic between periods, and traffic is a nightmare. But sight lines are great.
All the memories with Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman
