I went to get Disney on ice tickets ,the Customer Service was just ok and turns out I couldn't actually use my tickets. Although I'll take partial blame for not double checking before I walked away from counter I will say I know what I asked for, and I know what the counter agent said to get me to make the final decision on making the purchase. However once I got home I had wrong tickets. It may be a bit more fancy and up to date building but could benefit in a fresher course of Better Customer Service no matter the event.
