Took my daughter to the Disney On Ice had a great experience

The UC is an awesome place to see sporting events, concerts, comedians and all types of shows. If you want to get a good mix of the diversity of people in Chicago this is a great place to hang out. I love the 200 Club Level. The only negative about this place is the difficulty getting out of the parking lot right after a big event. Leave early or take your time exiting the building to save yourself frustration.

Well maintained and secure facility. Lots of security personnel. Prices at the gift and concession stands are high. Friendly people. Good parking spots available for high price. Seats are also very expensive.

Love going to the Blackhawk games, but the parking, food and drinks as so overpriced, it ruines the experience.

Saw the Blackhawks win. What a great place to watch a hockey game.

Really enjoyed the United Center, watched the Bulls beat the Clippers 109 - 106. Mostly came to watch Kawhi Leonard play, since he gave my hometown of Toronto its first ever NBA title, but he was unfortunately rested for this game. The Bulls worked really hard and pulled off the win deservedly!

UNITED CENTER Hosted the NBAALLSTAR2020 I enjoyed my penthouse suite the view was amazing the food was on point. Even had some vegan options. Way to go untied center..

Mr. Jeff Lynne was amazing, first time at the United Center, it was a pretty big deal.

We have been coming here on and off for many years for different events. The place runs smooth and we have never had an issue. Food has gotten much better over the years.

We enjoy coming here since it's in the city. The family always has a good time here.

The United Center is a Great Arena/stadium. It's very big and looks grear. It's usually very crowded and over priced food but that should be expected. Doesn't matter if you are watching a Black Hawks game, Bulls game, or a concert. I promise you'll have a great time!

Wonderful experience, the concert was breathtaking. The center was large and the seating felt closer to the stage than other places I have been to.

Great experience! The home of the Bulls is a must go. The game was amazing and the facility was clean. Make sure to budget for the food and drinks quite expensive!

I was here in early February. I'm a basketball enthusiast so my cousins brought me to my first Bulls Game at the United Center. This was a dream come true. It was an honor to be in the stadium where Michael Jordan graced everyone with his presence.

Went to united Center to watch BTS and the staff was friendly and helpful, since it was my first time going here.

Not a bad view from any seat here. No long waits for anything as the stadium is just nicely designed.

Staff here is a bit on the rude side seats are tight

Worst venue for music concerts. Most times the stage is left or right of the floor leaving all those in the upper level twisting their bodies to view stage. The seats are very narrow and uncomfortable. The best reason to make your way to this not so very nice part of town is for Queenie's Supper Club, a fantastic dining and entertainment venue that's unfortunately opened only during events at the Center.

This stadium is a lot of fun! The video screen is huge and really clear, the statue of MJ is really legit, and the stadium is massive! Despite the Bulls not being the best team right now, it is consistently full or close to full.

A great venue to see a show. Parking is easy and except for the super duper top rows, there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Great time at the Blackhawks games. Not cheap. Bring money if you're eating and drinking here. Can eat for 20 bucks. Large soda I. Souvenir cup, $10. If you like beer or mixed drinks, just bring your whole pat check! Great atmosphere inside, don't forget $20-30 to park.

Good facilities Far more organized and professional and customer oriented than, say, SAP Center San Jose, or Moscone SF.

Great arena for events. Saw a concert and hockey game there. Sound was good for the concert.

Saw an exciting Bulls game! Caught a t-shirt for my daughter that was thrown in the stands and was invited to take photos on the Bull floor, center court.

Are you kidding me how could you live in Chicago and not love the United Center this is the birthplace of real basketball real hockey just home love it live it and I do it got to love Chicago

It's a beatiful the Mad House. The store in fabulous you Will love it, when you go to visit Chicago do not forget to visite it.

I always go to concerts here and they are always really good. Sound is amazing and i dont really feel like there are any bad seats. I sat in the 300 section right across from the stage and was able to see perfectly.

Watched my first professional basketball game in the private boxes and it was great. The view was awesome, the food was really good and there was a dessert CSRT that came around to each box. Every dessert you could think of was on there.

Very nice arena. Food is good, but expensive as expected in any sports arena. Jordan statue is amazing, and I love the store. Great place to go for a game. Lots of parking as well and spots designated for people to pick up Rideshare services or taxis. Overall, great experience and a fun time! Great for both tourists and Chicagoans.

Stadium is Great. Parking is No Joke. The Walk from Out of Stadium to parking spots is a trip.

Only the 3rd NHL rink I've been to but was pleasantly surprised. Clean, way to find and get around. I had sro tickets. The ushers were friendly in helping me get around and had good views.

Saw the Kwon Ji Yong concert here. G-dragon was amazing. I had the best experience possible here. Everyone was nice, and everyone made the time that night so much more enjoyable.

If cool had a location, this would be it. It's funny that such a huge place creates so much natural unity amongst people. If it's at the United Center, it's going to be BIG!!! I brought my father for His birthday and we had a great time! My top location for Bulls games and your favorite artist's concert.

The United center is amazing. Fr9m all of the memorabilia to all the amazing food. It's top notch. The seats are about comfortable as they come even for lower costing seats. Great atmosphere. Really like the Jordan statue. Should have a Scottie Pippen statue too though. But it's all good. Overall just great.

Great Visit! We attended a hockey game - great experience all around - from the club restaurant to our seats to bathrooms. The latter were clean and accommodating. I enjoyed this trip!

Had such a great time..i dig how they're incorporating the kids into this place...go Hawks!

So tonight on June 5th 2019 which should have been a incredible night for my daughter and her friend to experience Ariana grande in pit row seating for the first time ever there experience has been ruined!!! By your terrible sound system your bass is so loud that my daughter and her friends ears were hurting so bad they had to ask a security guard who offered her earplugs that shouldn't have happened it pretty much ruined her very expensive ticket I worked so hard to give my daughter as a birthday gift I am beyond disgusted upset and disappointed In your venue I wouldn't think your sound system is that bad but maybe you need to work better with artists to make the sound easier on the fans even my daughter said a little girl was crying cause the bass was so loud and terrible..never again will I waste money like this on your venue!!!

Well organized with parking, entry to the huge facility, and GREAT performance by Andrea Borcelli asnd the Chicago symphony orchestra. The facility has wheelchairs available at the location so no need to bring your own. The staff will help you right to your seat without the extra effort of hauling and checking in your own wheelchair. Great customer service.

My son & I had a great night at the Bulls game in our suite. Surrounded by food, drinks & charismatic people. Great game as well

Comfortable seats. Good views of the stage from section 316. Beer was tasty but definitely overpriced.

Staff is wonderful. Good accessible parking. Concessions are pricey.
