Our seats were in the Harris Club. Amazing! We had our own table, which had a great view of the game and it was right across from the buffet. Food was fantastic! All of the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely the place to be!

My first time watching a game here. The Bulls won which was a high point. But besides that, the seating is OK and the atmosphere is not what I'm used to. Getting in and out of the Center is obviously hard because of traffic/road closures, etc. The food/drink in the Center is mediocre at best. Probably won't return unless I'd want to check out a NHL game.
It's large and has multiple opportunities for various forms of entertainment, but, I feel the original Chicago So adium should have been kept, also! I feel it could have been kept as a sports museum/community center! Also it would have given some diversity to Chicago's Architectural Heritage, just as the Water tower downtown does, it's a piece of Chicago's sports history. Unfortunately, it's been demolished. Be t, it could be recreated, at least digitally, so people could experience it again today.
One if the best places to see an NHL game. Having been to nearly every other NHL stadium, only Madison Square Garden is even close.
Went to The All Star game. First one in 32 years in Chicago so I couldn't miss it. It was an amazing experience much different than going to a regular Chicago Bulls game. The new scoring system also made the game very competitive. I think the NBA should keep it going forward.

The food's definitely been getting better at all the bulls games now we just need the bulls to start winning. Always a great experience at the games just hard to support.

Super clean, friendly staff, easy parking and they have great traffic control to get everyone out fairly quickly.
Bathrooms are clean. Parking was a hassle. But it was easy to get to my seat and they had some leg room. Food and drinks tho are still way over price. Had fun

Went to a hawks game with my disabled father received excellent service. They brought a wheelchair out for my father without even needing to ask and was wheeled directly to our seats. Picked up right when the game ended and dropped off right at our car.

Enjoyed the game: Bulls vs Pistons. Nice big screens so those of us in higher seats can still see the action, from all sides. Food was decent there too. Lost my phone in the bathroom . Went the very next day to try to get it back and got the run around. It wasn't even a fancy phone. Must've called the general relations manager for a week, without a call back. Filled out the lost and found form online and still nothing . So make sure you don't forget anything. You may never get it back.

The GOAT statue but that's all there is in atrium during day. More inside on game days. Enter on East side of building. It took a minute to figure out where to enter. Don't want to be wondering around.
There is not a bad seat in the house. Excellent sound even in the nosebleed section for concerts. Hawks games, Bulls games, Circuses etc... it s amazing how they quickly transform this arena. The parking has never been a problem either.
My children brought me a ticket for my 68th birthday to see Charlie Wilson better known as uncle Charlie GREAT GREAT GREAT SHOW LOVED EVERY MOMENT AND ALL THE OTHER SHOWS I STILL GOT THE GROVE.
Parking was a little sketchy, food was crazy overpriced and traffic around the stadium was awful. But we saw a good game and the family has a nice night out.

Great venue for a hockey game. Food and drinks are as pricey as you would expect at a big venue. Great selection of Blackhawks and Bulls merchandise. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the arena. Don t miss out on Jim Cornelison singing the Star Spangled Banner at a Blackhawks game. That alone is worth the price of admission.
I went for the SuperM concert in Chicago on November 14, 2019. The seats near the stage were actually really good seats since the venue was way smaller than I expected since I'm used to Rosemont Theater for big concert events. I'm glad that the United Center did crazy levels of advertising on their building the night of the concert. Venue staff were fairly kind in directing me and my friend to my section and seat!
I would highly recommend going to any kpop concert here! I unfortunately lost a purple pashmina scarf after the concert but it wasn't on the ground anywhere. So I recommend you keep your winter gear more secure in case it gets lost while everyone moves around in their seats at the concert.
Took the Mrs to see Keith Urban on his Light The Fuse Tour and it was a great time. We were treated to opening acts Sheppard, Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town and of course, Keith Urban himself.
I wasn't much of a fan before the show but was genuinely blown away by Keith Urban live and would highly recommend taking in a show when he comes back around! We've been to see him twice since then and have always been impressed by his dedication to his craft and his genuine love for his fans!
Clean, easy good place to see a concert, a game hockey or basketball, traffic was reasonable. Prices as expected. You can see well from most anywhere

The United center is the best sports arena I have ever been to! The atmosphere in the arena is amazing. When the Hawks score the whole place goes nuts! The only bad part was the price. For standing room tickets it was 50$. In a lot of other arenas that would buy you good tickets. For a pop and popcorn it was 17$. But the atmosphere was so good I can overlook that. I highly suggest you go to the United center.
Great venue for the 2019 Men's Big 10 Conference Basketball Tournament. My Michigan State Spartans won the championship!
Awesome place to see a game at. Bulls, Blackhawks, a concert, any event. Family friendly during the games. Parking lot is safe, a huge plus ($24-$40). We paid $29 and had a great spot. Longest wait to get out of the lot was 20 minutes during a sold out Bulls game. Less than 5 minutes from the highway (I290).
DO NOT BUY parking passes from ANYONE IN the street. They are counterfeit and you will have to pay again in the parking lot. Even if they are wearing a yellow parking vest. They are NOT legit and will rip you off.

There's nothing good about this venue. From the small seats without cupholders to the overpriced and crowded concession lines. Have to come though to support Hawks and Bulls.
The stadium is old and needs work but I m giving it 5 stars because united airlines has cheap flights in and out of Chicago and I love the theme song from Fantasia that plays before take off
A truly fantastic experience. Went to watch the Blackhawks beat the Red Wings and it could not have been more fun! The national anthem was the best part of the whole experience. The whole crowd went nuts when they brought out the military veterans and everyone cheered through the whole national anthem! Definitely an experience to remember!

I went there for a Blackhawks vs Vancouver on 11/19...I love the new scoreboard. I was sitting in section 302 Row 1 the woman who was the usher I did not catch her name was super nice, I asked her if she could take a picture of me and my daughter who was at her first Blackhawks game she did take a couple pictures and she asked if the pictures were okay if not she would take a couple more and she did it for other people as well. And I did not feel t gouged at the concession stand the souvenir cup for the soft drinks with free refills is a great deal. The concession staff was very nice as well. Very easy entrance and exit for the game also the parking was very easy to get out of I parked two blocks west of the United Center.

One of the biggest basketball arenas in the country. Great atmosphere to watch a Bulls or Blackhawks game. Seems as if the arena was newly renovated. There were a variety of dinning options within the stadium. Concession prices were very high, but that s normal for any stadium. I was disappointed by the Bulls in-game entertainment, it was pretty lame.
I'm from St. Louis and enjoyed my first Bulls game! I love the City in General.

Was fortunate enough to be able to catch a sia concert and it was very nice. Theres lot of bars and 2 merch stands inside (at least for this concert). However, just like any huge concert parking is a nightmare. Also, the area surrounding the stadium isn't the best.
Went to a Blackhawks game, my first game, and I got treated to a executive box. Man was i lucky. Great seats, great food, great service. Friendly service, clean building, modern fixtures real nice place.

The UC is always a great experience. Bulls basketball is a good time and they win when we go. It's pretty quick to get out of the facility after a game and an easy walk to parking. Most of the staff are courteous and security is prevalent. The venue was equally great when we saw Rush here.

Wide open space with amazing seats. The sound is incredible. The service is immpeccable.
It was a major pain getting into the arena. Different gate agents allowed different items to be allowed and not allowed into the venue. If you are going to enforce a rule, it should be done consistently.
The storage area they have for large bags is easy to access which makes it a little better. Overall I was not impressed.

I came here into the United Center on December 27, 2019 to see the Bulls Game. I'm a very big huge fan of the Chicago Bulls, and always go to every single Bulls Home Game to back up and support my team through the wins and losses no matter how expensive the tickets are. I've been a Chicago Bulls Fan for a total of 5 years now, and will still conitnue to be a Bulls Fan even though my team wins or losses because that's what a real fan does for the team. I also gear up of all Bulls Gears when I come into the United Center for every single home game of the Chicago Bulls. I really had a great time with my family seeing my team play in action. I will definitely still coninue to come into the United Center for every single home game of the Chicago Bulls. Fianlly, I am looking forward to going into the United Center again when my team is back in action to play becuase of the coronavirus my team the Chicago Bulls stoped playing. GO BULLS GO!!!! GO BULLS GO!!!!

Good venue as far as arenas go. Sounds was pretty good. Upper seats can be a little vertigo inducing.
I'm not a basketball fan but the family is. We were there for the Chicago Bulls vs. Atlanta Hawks game 3/3/2019. It was my first time there as an spectator and the experience was memorable.
The seats are not the most comfortable out there, but the sounds, lightning, and intermission shows quickly overcome the stiff and narrow seating. While there, we ordered popcorn, nachos, and beer. We have no complaints on the service. As for the ladies bathrooms, they were cleaner than anticipated.
Heads up to future first time goers, plan ahead with plenty of time to arrive and to leave because the crowd vast and the traffic can be a hassle. Gift/Memorabilia shopping could be fun if it weren't for the long lines.
Nevertheless, I look forward to going back to this venue.
I come here for many events, concerts, conferences, games and etc. Always have a great time. I wish parking, food and drinks weren't SO much. Just be prepared to bring cash for parking.

The United Center itself was great. It's the customer service that is terrible. We lost a phone and when I called to ask about how to retrieve it they were very rude over the phone. Told us to fill out a form. We filled it out but no one ever called us. And apparently after 7 days they donate everything. I called again 2 days after filling out the form and they said they would get back to us. Never did. Very disappointed
My company own a suite there so seeing a game doesn't get any better.
