Nice venue, love the wait staff service from the seats. Of course you pay an arm and a leg for a beer or snack, just like any other sport venue. I don't believe there is a bad seat in the house. GO BLACKHAWKS!
I've been a Bulls fan since I was a kind/teenager. Posters on my walls, t-shirts, gadgets; these guys were everywhere. Therefore, it was a no-brainer to see them during my stay in Chicago. The game was good; although I would have appreciated that they won when I come and see them . Anyway, was a fantastic experience; the show was there, the atmosphere was awesome and the game....well, it was entertaining. For all basketball fans, don't need to tell you; United Center...the place to be!

Smoking or going outside to your car is not possible. This sucks. Got here 90 minutes early. Gate 7 is the only place to go outside. Security won't let anyone out.

The indoors are great for Bulls games, concerts and shows. As a lot of people ask me this - It is closed space with a roof and very effective heating system. the counters have the typical bar food and drinks. Parking can get tricky in snow and rain... most of the lots around the venue are operated by private players like sp+ and spothero. Rideshare/cab is a better option...
Great location. Great people working here. Parents with babies - you are welcome when you come to a Bulls game. Check your stroller at the Guest Relations closest to your seats. Convenient to public transportation.

Yo! Amazing. We attended the first Pride Night for the the Bulls. There were players and Luvabulls that preached representing everyone on this day and celebrating diversity together. Truly, truly, thank you Bulls and BMO for pulling off an INCREDIBLE pride night.
First time in the not so cheap seats! Had a blast! Ordered food from my seat, and it was there before I had a chance to wonder how long it would take! The Bulls got their butts handed to them, but we had a good time anyway! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Nice, clean. Charge 6.25 for a regular cup of soda and provided flimsy cardboard trays in place of cup trays. Pretzel was cold. The overall venue was nice.

This was my first time ever being at The United Center, but the whole experience was once in a lifetime. The skaters were very talented and the songs were very nostalgic. There were also lots of special effects, such as, lighting the ice on fire, snow falling from the ceiling, and fireworks. Do not hesitate. Just GO!!!! My tickets were literally $25 for the third row.
I am a Bulls season ticket holder so I come to the United Center a lot. I love the stadium for Bulls games, Hawks games, and concerts. They have upgraded a lot of the food vendors recently and added a lot more variety of beer and alcohol. Parking is easy, there are many lots around the stadium and recently they have done a much better job of creating a taxi line if you're not driving to the game.
Its was all enjoyable just wish the Bulls give Shaq Harrison some play time. Guaranteed to win some of the easy games they are losing....
Amazing venue. So much history, but also excellent amenities, seating is superb, concession are of a very high standard and the staff are all super friendly and eager to assist where required. O LY down side is the Uber set up outside, but having a great Uber driven also solves that problem.

Always love going to the United Center for Blackhawks and Bulls games. Parking is fairly close to the arena and the arena itself is very nice and clean. Staff there is friendly and there is fantastic Chicago food options. GO HAWKS!
Platinum suite skybox experience for Hawks game was great. The room attendants were polite and attentive. There is a massive dessert cart that you should not miss.

I go to United Center quite often for shows, it is convenient, you don't get stucked in line to get in, but I always miss a larger variety of drinks. There are only a few spots to get cocktails (which means sometimes to walk to the opposite side of your sector), there is no drink menu and bartenders are not creative. So you might end up with a vodca lemonade for 12 dollars Besides that, I like the place.
Facility is nice.
Food like any stadium is overpriced.
It's a nice clean place and family friendly for fun entertainment events.
Awesome stadium in its own right. Once inside it does seem very big so I can imagine the stadium being lit up when it does.
Hard to call a left or Uber after the event. Better walk couple blocks to do so

It is a clean easily navigated arena. There are lots of nice places to eat or pick up a snack. There are plenty of friendly, helpful people to help you with any need as well as security. There are no obstructions to the stage and the sound system is good. Very nice venue.
Ive been to the United Center for several concerts. I must say I like the way this venue is ran. Only thing I would change if I could... would be more room to dance and how expensive everything is. 8 oz Red Bull is 6 dollars. A double whiskey coke could run you 20+ dollars here. Other than that i love seeing my favorite artists perform here.
Gorgeous arena. Great selection of food and drink. I will frequent this arena again when in the Chicago area.

The new building and restaurants are excellent. But the Charlie Wilson concert wasn't that great. The sound was off and alot of technical difficulties throughout the concert.
Bull's is far from team I used to watch, but the party and atmosphere is amazing.
Come for the burger and late night happy hour, but don't get the fries.

Just want to thank the ladies that handle ticket sales/customer service. My tickets were stolen from my vehicle the day of the JLO concert. I won those tickets on the radio by the way. I decided to go to the concert anyway and try my luck explaining the situation. These ladies went above and beyond and not only were they able to cancel my original tickets but they upgraded my seats and Im super grateful. That concert was incredible
Was here for a show and was surprised at how good the acoustics were for such a big arena. Also, there are lots of amazing seats so you don't feel like you're a million miles from the artist - or the action.
Awesome. This place has the most futuristic display bank, straight out of a sci-fi movie. Looked to be visible from everywhere in the arena. Pretty easy in and out of the facility. Parking from the street was $24. Short walk to the building with two street crossings. Took us a visit to ticketing out front to learn we had to walk a bit more to go in gate 4 to get to the area for will call tickets. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly. The place is well laid out and organized. We had fantastic aisle seats in section 109. Concession pricing was rediculous of course. People drinking low calorie bud in the stands were paying $8.75, delivered. Saw Bulls VS Utah Jazz 1/2/20.
Went for both a bulls game and a blackhawks game! Atmosphere was unreal. Blackhawks game was extremely electric and way more entertaining than the bulls game (both in music and light show). SORRY NBA! Would definitely come back again if I'm ever in town!

Great facility. Must come very early in order to go to lower levels to view the arena. Great experience does not disappoint at each levels viewing angle something for everyone.
Easy parking for a concert. Great shows here. Nice pubs and bars within several minutes walk or 2 minute drive.

Awesome!!!! This is a place where you can enjoy family and friends during an incredible game or musical event and feel safe doing it. I like the security check at the entrance. In addition to going through the threshold, security discreetly checks bags and purses. I appreciate that!!! The food is phenomenal with a variety of venues to choose from. The suites are spacious and very elegant and the floor seats allow you to see the game or event from any angle. Just like being in your living room but with the game right in front of you. And how about the staff! From the moment you walk in you are guided and served with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. They go out of their way to make your experience out of this world. If you're driving, there are plenty of parking lots in the area- close to the center and at reasonable prices. Close to major expressways- can't beat that.

A great view from almost everywhere the sights are amazing see the 6 championship trophies and the Michael Jordan Statue, the food is also good had a great!!! Family night at the gane with my daughter!!! I will be returning
Went for a Bulls game with the family. One of the best family outings you can do in Chicago. Everyone was entertained the entire time, so fun. Getting out of there is a different story....
No complaints and close parking. Plus the Bucks beat them, so there's that. #mkesouth

The only con is that you have to go outside to print your tickets if there coming from stubhub like I did for when I went with my dad.
I really hope they make it to where your able to get your tickets at the ticket center on the inside of the center because that would keep fans coming back for games. You can get a great view of the game from your seat. Section 121 row 14 is a really great row to be able to watch the game.
Wife and I were spending 5 days in Chicago for our 40th wedding anniversary and I was determined to catch a Blackhawks game. I was able to get tickets for the 11:30am game on January 20th almost last minute on Stub Hub. We took a Lyft to United Center and they dropped us off in front of gate 3. Once inside I was amazed at all the concessions available and the seating was just as close. You have not lived til you experienced the National Anthem done by Jim Cornelison and the roar of the crowd. This was on my bucket list. BTW the 'Hawks handed it to the Capitols and it was an overall great time. Everything in close reach and you cannot beat the passion of the fans supporting an "Original 6" team.
Great arena both for games and events. Michael Jordan statue is inside the arena and door opens at 10 am. If you come up early, one block to the east, you can find a Dunkin&Donuts.
First Bulls game here, was impressed with the size of this venue (largest sq footage, but not in patrons). Wish I could have seen MJ play in person. Plenty of drink/food options, and pumped up crowd.
This is a great place to watch basketball. I have sat in all general admission levels and the viewing is fabulous. Don't sit behind the boards, though. Pay a little more for the other seats. The food selection is a real plus. Expensive though. But it is to be expected. If you have the money, sit in the200 level, center Court for the best experience. The Stadium Club restaurant here is only for this section and it is a good thing. The NBA does a good job of fan experience and the Bulls are one of the pioneers of this. Even if you or your partner doesn't like basketball or sports, you can enjoy this. That says something, doesn't it?

Kept very clean and the staff is quite helpful. Both the walkways and seating are spacious, so no matter the size of the crowd it never feels crowded. There isn't a bad seat in the house and the views are great from anywhere.

The United Center is great for concerts. Most seats are generally pretty good. Usually the performers have one or more big screens set up so that wherever you're sitting you can see what's going on.
Security guards at the shops constantly are starring and accusing countless customers of theft

Great experience for seeing a concert. My only complaint is that the seats where kinda tight in the 100 section . But no other complaints especially when you're in the house that the G.O.A.T. built.

Great seats, great music. Our parking spot was close to the entrance, and it was easy to get in and out. We sat in section 113.
Went here to see Childish Gambino. It's generally clean, the seats are spacious enough, and the view (even though we were really far back) was pretty decent. They also had a lot of food and drink offered that really makes the experience comfortable.

Had a great experience! I grew up in Chicago and was a huge Blackhawk fan. Have lived in the Tampa Bay area for 30 years and have become a Lightning fan. The Lightning scored first, the fans all around me were not real happy when I jumped up and cheered. My wife told me that I needed to be a little less enthusiastic or we were going to be killed. Then the Blackhawks scored and I jumped up and cheered again. A total of 9 goals were scored and I cheered every goal...I guess I'm just a hockey fan. First time at the United Center it was amazing. Loved it and loved the experience in my old hometown.
Really surprised how nice the arena is. Amazing sight lines were ever you sit. All the staff in the arena are friendly and the best part was how organized there Uber system is outside the arena. Can't wait to check another event at the United Center the next time I'm in Chicago
